I just bought my first keyboard, a Razer BlackWidow Lite TKL, and had a question about keycap swaps. Upon inquiring, I couldn't decipher the serial number, I tried for a good 15 minutes with any combination that looked similar. The Razer support team was able to get my keyboard registered in a couple of minutes by walking me through the characters for the serial number.
The support member also advised me of the warranty policy, which I wasn't familiar.
Any question I had was answered quickly and completely, as a novice to keyboards, it's refreshing to have helpful resources like your Twitter support.
I feel good about supporting a company that is eager to put a customer at ease, even if it is something as small as registering a product.
