THX Spatial Audio EQ doesn't work/blackscreens inside Spatial Audio

Hi! Very recently when I got myself the Razer Barracuda X and with it I bought Razer's THX Spatial Audio. I had no problems the time I started using the headphones and the program. But the last few days, when I tried to go to the EQ in the THX Spatial Audio program, I just got kind of "blackscreened" inside THX Spatial Audio (as you can see in the screenshot). The things I have already tried out doing:
  • Reinstalling THX Spatial Audio
  • Closing the program completely and open it again
  • Restarting my PC (obviously)
  • Turning the headphones on and off
  • unplugging the 2,4 GHz adapter
None of these things worked and I really hope you guys can help me out with this one!

Were there any recent changes made to your PC before the issue? For now, please ensure that you have the latest Windows by following the steps on this page. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device along with a screenshot of your MSINFO32.
