No supported games in Cortex
I wanted to play Roblox just to get Razer Silver, but nothing showed up under the supported games section, and I was never rewarded silver for playing an hour. Can someone help with this?

It's been like this for a few days already, i don't know what the support is doing. Try and send some feedback with this problem to them, maybe they'll grant it some more importance.

hi all just to let you know i've posted my latest reply from support on this issue here they're aware of the issue.
Must be some big issue.
Usually they fix this kind of problem faster than that.

SliproachIs world of tanks working for you? Did you download it from Steam or through the war gaming launcher. Also are you using the EU version or the NA version of the game.

0V3R_K1LLI'm running the EU client of WoT launched via cortex, i had a issue where i was running WoT and i'd get signed out of cortex but i fixed that by closing all of the razer programs and restarting my pc, but cortex Isn't tracking games now when i launch WoT i don't get the little you are earning silver bubble in the bottom right corner of my monitor have tried running the game via cortex, standalone and the wargaming client but cortex isn't tracking any of them atm.

SliproachYeah same here. I guess the update only showed the games under the rewards tab but it still doesnt track the games being launched hence it isnt giving any silver. I think Cortex isnt even detecting the games through the games tab so I guess Cortex doesnt even know if we installed WoT or not.

Yup same here. When I try to launch WoT from the cortex UI, it won't track. It just sends me to the website of razer telling me to download the WoT client which I already have installed.
think i've found why WoT wont reward silver when you click it on the supported games tab it takes you here https://gold.razer.com/gold/catalog/world-of-tanks-(us) notice the (US) bit don't think the EU WoT client counts :(

I have tried the US version too. It doesnt track both the EU and the US game installs.
Still having this problem, have tried everything i can think of i now have WoT installed NA and EU client on every possible drive on my pc an no matter where i run it from it won't register as earning silver
