Razer Kraken X Lite microphone sounds bad when I speak louder

Mic is fine but whenever I speak a bit louder it starts to have a weird background noise like it's being distorted or something. I don't remember if they did this when I got them a few days ago. :/ Edit: I noticed that if I put default format on CD quality that thing is gone and it sounds better. Is there anyway I can solve this without lowering it to CD quality? Apparently both 44100 Hz formats work. Rest of them have that annoying sound when speaking louder. When I plug the headset into my phone mic works PERFECTLY.

you must place the mic in the right position. It shouldn't be in front of your mouth but you must have it straight and in the same height with your mouth This will help you: http://www.nuance.com/products/help/dragon/dragon-for-mac/enx/Content/Introduction/Microphone/MicrophonePlacement.htm

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Kraken X lite concern here. Have you tried changing it to "2 channel, 16 bit, 48000Hz (DVD Quality)"? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
