Huntsman Elite bottom row of keys not working.

every key on the bottom row of keys is not working on my 2 month old huntsman elite.. that includes ctrl, windows, alt, fn, spacebar, the left down and right arrow keys, the 0 and . of the numpad. anyone else had this or know of a fix? warranty is still fresh but I'd like to just fix it and forget it.. been an awesome keyboard so far.

Hi there! Are you using the wrist rest that it came with? If you are, please try to reconnect it and make sure that the pins are aligned properly. Please try to use the Huntsman Elite with another PC to see if the same issue persists.
