Razer Electra V2 mic problems

My audio output and mic output Are separated, So I use the 1m extension cord. Now- It detects the headphones, however it does not detect the Mic... What should I do? Thanks for the help.

    Hello. Have you tried using other splitters? Does the mic work when the headset is used with other devices?
