Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 Calibration not working

Recently the calibration hasn't been outputting any sound while trying to calibrate. My headset works fine with all applications apart from Synapse itself. I have tried reinstalling the application and made sure that all other drivers are off. I checked on my laptop and the calibration seems to work fine. Anybody got any ideas what might be preventing this from working?

    [SOLVED] A broken registry caused this issue, since I have managed to fix this.

    Please tell me how you fixed this. I am experiencing the exact same issue. The calibration makes no sound, and the EQ and other sound options seem to have no effect on the sound I'm hearing.
