RazerCare Replacement Mouse
Hello,
I am wondering if sombody here on this support forum can help with an issue I am having to get a replacement mouse for my Razer Viper Ultimate (Mercury) that was covered under RazerCare that I purchased at the time I bought the mouse. Centricity, which is the under-writer for the coverage, authorized the replacement back on June 7, 2021 and sent it over to Razer. It has now been almost 3 months and I still have not received the replacement mouse. I have a ticket open with Razer and it is always the same thing... They are looking into it and will get back to me, everytime I ask for an update.
I am just trying a different channel to see if I can get results....
