When I run the Surround Sound Installer, it just shows “Server access unavailable”. My connection has no problem, I have tried wifi, hotspot and lan cable.
I am having the same problem, have tried to disable firewall setting and nothing has worked
Literally running into the same problem right now, i already tried the old synapse fix for uninstalling literally everything razer from my pc to give it a full clean re-install, between multiple PC resets, deleted and uninstalled the HIDstuff for my mouse and keyboard unplugged everything razer used my backup HP keyboard/mouse, made and exception for the installer on my pc, and turned off firewalls before re-installin C++ and all that then trying synapse and surround sound installers again but to no avail, surround sound still wont let me have access.
Wall of text before a rep shows up and recommends exactly this process.
Ff. this thread, having the same problem, which started yesterday. I was able to install it the day before, but had to uninstall it to isolate another issue, and now no luck installing it again.
Well, I guess I’m not the only one. Glad these are all recent. I expect an update soon. I don’t have a workaround right now, but I will report back if I figure one out. Goodluck out there.
Tried it just now and was able to complete the installation. Looks like server is back online
I have the same problem, any solution?
