Introduction: Hello! I recently purchased the Kraken: Tournament Edition. After purchasing, I noticed how muffled the audio sounded. Perplexed I went through forums, looking for an answer. Noticing these threads were mostly empty, and without answers. I wanted to share how I 'Fixed' my Kraken: Tournament Edition. What's causing the Muffled Audio: So what is it that is exactly causing the issue, its actually very simple. referring to the product page, scrolling down you will come across the listed functions of the included 3.5 > USB-A Audio Dongle. Listed under #2 you will find "Bass Control" its the knob to the left of the Razer Logo. Pushing it down or up will modify the amount of bass your headphones will be receiving. I found that mine, out of the box was either set to maximum, or near the highest amount of bass the dongle could output. Every time I join a discord call, my YouTube video gets muted. It's still playing and everything but no sound will come from it, i can only hear discord. How do I make it stop so I can hear music while in call?

Hey, all! First time poster! I just wanted to see if you guys had tips to make the Razer Kraken BT smaller and maintain the pretty aesthetics. (I saw some tips online, but they always made the headphones look ugly afterward.) I'm the target audience -- small head, loves pink, of the feminine persuasion (I absolutely have to type it that way because saying "I'm a girl" seems cringey, for some reason?) -- yet the headphones are HUGE on my head. There's easily two inches of space between my head and the headband when I lift them up to the proper position. They're in their tightest setting, so I don't know what to do. :slightly_sad: The sizing matters so much to me because of a jaw issue. I really can't have the headphones so close to my jaw. My wired Krakens are the perfect size, but they sound so muffled compared to the BT. If I can't figure out a way to make the BT smaller, I'll have to return them and try to ignore how muffled the original Krakens sound now. I know I'll hyperfocus o

I have the Razer Thresher Tournament Edition that I use with my xbox. For the past few months now, I've noticed an issue with the sound quality of the headset, and the issue is getting progressively worse. When I put the headset on and connect the 3.5mm audio + mic jack into my xbox controller, I can hear the audio come through the speakers. The issue though, is the audio will sometimes only play through one side of the headphones. Sometimes one side doesn't get any audio, sometimes it's just quieter than the opposite side. I have noticed that I can affect this by adjusting the volume control wheel on the in-line control. I basically have to fiddle with the volume control wheel and find the perfect spot in order for the audio to play properly through both sides of the headset. If the volume control wheel gets moved by even a fraction of a centimetre, the audio will get messed up. Hello gamers and devs, I own a Razer Nari Ultimate headset, and it comes with Equalizer controls in Synapse. I want a similar function but for the Nommo Chroma. Devs, can you make this a reality? I would like to enjoy music and/or game sounds with my custom presets. ^ Two new page ideas for Nommo Chroma. This is my personal favorite EQ setup, I call it "Dampened Mid". Explosions and music sound a bit more natural in this situation.

so i got a razer nari ultimate headset about 12 months ago and the last few days , i have been hearing popping noises whenever i play a video and my razer nari isnt detected in synapse and doesnt make a sound when you turn it on like regularly

I tried playing a game but then the screen froze and went black. I tried shutting it down and turning it on a few minutes later but it was still black even though my mouse and keyboard lights were on (Black Widow keyboard and Death-adder mouse) it basically crashed but I can't turn it back on. :/

I have a Razer soundbar and middle of last year it stopped syncing to the cloud. I tried to reinstalling the software multiple times and it won't sync My OS is WIN10 with latest updates. FYI it finally sync'd last night but tonight its not :/ Any suggestions guys?

Hey, I need some help regarding updating my headset that I mainly use for console. I play both Xbox One and PS4 pretty regularly, occasionally Switch and hopefully PC in the very near future. I currently use Turtle Beach Earforce P12 and have always gotten on well with them due to the USB connectivity with the PS4, but also due to the short 3.5mm jack that works ok with the Xbox controller and the Switch. I'm ideally looking for something that works similarly USB-wise with the PS4 as that is my main console of choice, but if the option is there for USB connectivity with the Xbox One and going forward the PC too, that would be great. I understand that Xbox are quite finicky with there USB headset options I believe? So not sure if that's a possibility. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I severely need an update. I'm loving the new Razer BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless, it's comfortable, sounds great and best of all... wireless! It's a great headset overall, but there are still a few parts I feel iffy about, as headsets is the only part of my setup I feel can't be filled with a Razer just yet. I'm loving the Aviator Pilot style ear cups, they're comfortable, and best of all they look super stylish. Nothing like the giant Naris that stick out the side of your head like a sore thumb. Unfortunately, I feel like it's still lacking... The adjustment system on it looks, and feels way to flimsy, and overall, is a bit of a sore to use. Even the Razer Kraken X plastic adjustment fork feels better to use. I feel like an Aluminium fork would be perfect, it would feel just as smooth as every other headset most people are used to, and most of all, it would feel like it will last. Hello, I have a blackwidow chroma mercury edition that I've been using for roughly a year now and I have never had any major issues with it up until now, but in the last couple of days, when i try to turn the brightness down for the backlighting, it seems to glitch out and flash like it's trying to but can't for some reason. This happens whenther i try to use fn + f11 or using the slider in synapse. Any answers shoupd be helpful.

hi there, so I bought a pair of Razer Hammerhead True Wireless online. at first , They were working for a brief period when I first got them, so I put them aside as I had other things to do. Later that after finish my work , I pulled them out of the case and began using them. They worked for about 20 minutes at which point they cut out for about 4 seconds, and then the right earbud went off , leaving only right side on. so i thought no battery left so i try to recharge them. now , after recharge finish , i try to turn on again my earbuds , but they keep randomly shut off after a period of time. Is there anything i can do to fix this ?

I really loved the Razer Tiamat 7.1 headset, it came with many nice features. What I really loved about it is how it had an audio control feature that would sit on your desk. This was useful to me in so many ways! The Razer Tiamat should be made into a wireless version with a DAC. This DAC would allow users to connect a console and a pc together so they can hear through both or switch between the other seamlessly. This headset could also support swappable batteries, if one is lost/dead then you could buy more on the website. The Steelseries Artics Pro is one of the only headsets that has this feature and I would love if Razer invested into a product like this. It wouldn't have to be cheap either, Razer could get away with selling it for $300 and say this is for the all out gamers.

So yesterday I got this headset at best buy and I am now setting it up. I connected it and everything seemed right in terms of audio but when I installed the 7.1 surround sound software to my pc and set it to my default audio, I couldn't hear anything. Another problem is that my pc does not recognize my mic at all. The audio works in the Realtek High Definition Audio setting but not in the 7.1 one, and the mic it's like it doesn't exist. Any help? I couldn't find anything on this issue online :(
