i was just charging my nari for 4-5 hours and when i saw that light was still red i thought something was not normal and unpluged then tryied to turn on but nothing works tried several chargers and non of them charged headsets what can i do?

Hi my mic on my tournement edition headset has stopped working for no reason i have tried it with my laptop and the same thing no response from the mic please help am i looking at buying a new headset or is there a fix for this

Hi I bought Kraken X Mercury White a few weeks back and was working fine for a day or two until people I am speaking with in Discord and Messenger began complaining about a painful static noise or crackling sound. I also noticed that I do not hear this sound at all but only the people on the other end of the line when using the headset. I figured uninstalling the 7.1 Surround Sound software would fix the issue but it didn't. It just worsened as days go by. The issue happens a few times every day, and it's happening regularly. It of course disappears whenever I replug it but the issue reoccurs after just a few minutes. This happens both on my ASUS ROG laptop as well as on my iPad Pro (where I have to use a 3.5mm jack to Type C dongle/converter). So I am assuming the problem lies on the product itself and not on any of my devices. Please help

Hello, I'm looking to buy a Razer Blackshark v2 headset. But I have a question to ask about usb soundcard that include with headset. Can the soundcard store my sound profile to soundcard itself ? (I mean if I use a headset on another pc, I need to download razer software or not ?)

I have decided to upgrade my headset from Kraken 7.1 V2 to Blackshark V2 X. (The 3.5mm connection) (The reason why not V2 because the mic works better with 3.5mm connection rather than USB according to Hardware Canucks Review.) Now... Blackshark V2 X is quite lack of the base. The element which I admire the most. I am thinking to upgrade for THX Spatial Audio but the promo code not available to use for Thailand region, so I still deciding. Also I can use my realtek firmware from ASUS mainboard but i have to disable 7.1 surround mode. Does any one have any ideas on how to boost base (lower frequency) or use equilizer to work along with 7.1 surround sound. Thanks

I've had a Razer Kraken V2 headset for about 1 and a half years and it's the usb variant. For about a year I have had this strange issue where the left ear of my headset constantly emits a ringing noise. In fact, if I put my ear on the outside of the left ear, the sound is louder. If I enable my headset mic, the sound will come and go and if I adjust the audio quality of the mic, the noise gets louder the more Hz. I attached a video where I turned up the gain on my main microphone to max and then stuck my left headset ear up to it. The low pitched noise you hear is not from the headset, it's just background noise and I apologize for that, but if you listen closely, you can hear the ringing noise.

Hi, I recently purchased a Razer Kraken Tournament Edition THX 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset: Aluminum Frame - Retractable Noise Cancelling Mic with the USB DAC Included. After doing further research, I learned that you can't use this THX 7.1 Surround Sound Audio with the Xbox because plugging the usb into the xbox won't work. After Doing more research however, I realized that If I bought a usb (in) to 3.5 mm Jack (out) adapter and plugged the headset in the USB DAC, and then plugged the DAC into the USB to 3.5 mm jack adapter, and then plugged the adapter into my controller, then the surround sound just might work. I am wondering if anyone has any idea if this will work or not, and if I am just wasting my time or am I actually onto something here. I have had my headset for 2 years now but out of nowhere it just stopped charging when I tried to charge it. My PC said there was a power surge so i tried to charge it in some other ways but it just didn't charge. I think it still works though because I had some battery before it stopped charging and I could still use it. Its just not charging. What should I do.

I used the mamba wireless for 3 months now and I think it is a really good mouse. The only thing is I think Razer could add back the side rgbs back in the mouse and change the switches from mechanical to optical. What do you guys think?

I've been having this problem with my Kraken for Consoles, where every sound turns to static after 2-5 minutes of use, in any headphone jack I put them in. I'm at my wits end here, I bought these recently to play with friends, and it's become impossible to use these long enough to load up a game on my PS4... any tips?

Hi all, I'm a college student with a pretty broken laptop that doesn't have a working 3.5mm aux port, and it's not really worth it to me to spend money on repairs. Since my only headset works only with 3.5mm aux and I was planning on buying a new one, I figured I'd get one that works for my Xbox One S too. I was looking at the Razer Kraken Ultimate, which is USB only, and to the extent of my limited knowledge would not be routable through the Turtle Beach headset adapter I have. There is a USB port on the bottom of my Xbox, would plugging the USB from the Kraken Ultimate work? I know that there is an Xbox-exclusive version of the Nari Ultimate, that can be used with a Windows adapter assuming the computer is on Windows 10. Would the Kraken Ultimate work with the USB slot on the Xbox One S?

Hello, I'm using Manowar headset and for the past 2 weeks it gets constantly disconnected from synapse 2.0 and I have to spend hours every day reinstall the program and change usb ports. I have the headset for almost three years now and it still havent been ported to 3.0. Is this even going to happen in the near future? This is everything but professional!

Im thinking of buying the kraken ultimate and im not sure what all it comes with and how its set up. does it come with a stand? Does it require an audio controller or does it just go straight into the pc?

Hi, New to community and Thresher product. We connected our brand new Thresher 7.1 wireless headset to our XBOX One two days ago. It is picking up game play and music audio, but it is not picking up Party chat, nor game chat. Any advice?

Hey everyone I have installed the razer 7.1 software. It opens up and I can login in etc. BUT under select playback device 7.1 surround isn't showing up. I have uninstalled many times and it wont come up. Any ideas?

I already download 7.1 surround sound software and it must use 7.1 surround sound then i follow the setup and it doesn't show 7.1 surround sound at the speaker.
