Hey Guys, I bought myself the Kraken XE tournament edition which features the USB Chat audio controller for 7.1 Surround etc. For some reason tho im not able to record my ingame audio in any game, it only records my microphones input and this annoys me alot since i wanted to record my ingame audio aswell. Is there any fix for this ? Ive tried alot of different things but nothing seemed to help

Hello, I recently acquired the helmet Razer Nari Ultimate. I have a little problem, I have to desactivate everything and leave in stereo to have a "clean" sound in CS:GO. If I activate the THX Spatial, Bass Boost, Hypersense and cie, the sound and not good at all, even with the sound properly adjusted in the game settings. Does anyone have any settings/profile to show me to be able to have an optimal and correct sound please? :). Sorry for my bad English 😐.

Got a curious issue. I have a Kraken X on Windows 10, purchased a few months back. Headphones and mic worked excellently, full plug and play with no issue. Now at some point during those months, I guess either Realtek updated its drivers or Windows did (running the latest versions of both) and today when I tried to join a video call, I had audio alright, but my microphone was just some 'Stereo Mix' effectively replicating the speakers. The mic was useless. I tried rolling back drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling everything, fiddling with audio settings, contacting Razer support to find out whether there is an emerging issue...nothing. My Device Manager does not even show the Razer Kraken as a unique device. Just Speakers and the cursed Stereo Mix as the only Input Method. Curious if anyone else has been running into similar issues. Any insights will be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I just got the Razer Nari Ultimate, and when I went into discord to talk to my friends, they all stated that my mics volume was super low for them. I went into the synapse and set the mic volume to max, and it still seems to be very low. I also have already gone into my windows sound settings and set the device properties volume to 100, and the headset microphone levels also to 100 if that applies here. Has anyone else run into this problem? I wasn't sure if the mic really is that low or if it is some other issue.

Hello. I just bought some razer kraken x headset. When I plugged it in, I didn't get a notification that I plugged it in. The audio works perfeclty. Windows dosen't detect it. The Mic does not work. How do i fix this?

My laptop is Acer Aspire VX5. Recently just started enjoying my headphones everything was working very well but as I set up my new dock everything went to spiral. I used the dock for my headphones. Now all my laptop does is recognize the sound driver as CONEXANT USB AUDIO. Since then I wasn't able to enjoy my 7.1 surround sound. How can I fix this driver issue? I did all the uninstall driver for conexant and did restarts but when i plug the headphones back in it just reads as the conexant. I need help. I tried chatting with live support but nothing was done to help me out. Also I uninstalled the 7.1 application to troubleshoot the problem, when I installed it again it wont accept my activation code anymore.

Does anybody know where I can get a razer tiamat 7.1 v2 ear cushion replacement? I've contacted razer support recently to enquire about the replacement but they do not have a replacement in their inventory. The leathers are falling apart and it's deteriorating can anyone suggest where I can get a fit replacement? I've order some online before but the size does not fit my headset.

Hi. I updated my Windows from 7 to 10. On Win7 i was able to use Surround with my Electra V2 (3.5 mm jack) and didn't have any problem with that. Now on Win10 my PC see when i connect my headset, but synapse 2.0 doesn't see. My mic also doesn't work even when my PC see that i connected that. How can I fix that? I tried many solutions from YT, forums etc. Nothing helped. Cheers!

Hi everyone, So since yesterday my headphones have been making a popping sound then disconnecting and then reconnecting. I've had them over a year now without any issues at all, I've uninstalled Synapse and reinstalled it to success. Is it time to buy a new headset?

Hey there, I'm looking to change my earbuds (the Razer hammerhead BT) They were amazing in most ways. But looking to get something new, I was thinking about the razers new earphones, the true wireless one's. But looking at the reviews and such, it seems to be rather a more of a disappointment to a lot of them, due to low battery life, weak bass and terrible case. So I'm thinking what do other people who aren't on youtube think of this from their personal use. If anyone would even recommend this for a daily use of heavy bass music (Hardstyle to be specific) And if not, does anyone have a better suggestion ?

hello mate, i just bought my headset razer kraken X lite , and i installed all the the devices , registered everthing , when i want to activate the 7.1 surround , i put the key from the box and it's giving me invalid activation code , i tryed installing and removing the app but same thing thanks

Pour activer le son 7.1 et profiter pleinement du potentiel du casque je devais encoder le code fournit avec le casque sur le site razer.com/7.1- surround-sound.. Chose que j'ai fait ensuite cela m'a fait télécharger le logiciel 7.1 sur mon ordinateur. je peux désormais activé et désactiver le sound 7.1. Le problème c'est qu'il s'active uniquement sur mon ordinateur et je n' en ai pas l'utilité. J'aimerais savoir comment je peux faire pour pouvoir activer le sound 7.1 sur ma xbox. Since I bought the Razer nari ultimate, the sound is leaking from game, youtube etc into my mic. I've tested anything you can test, disabling stereo mix, reinstalling synaptic, reinstalling sound drivers. What else can I do? If i lower the game volume it's ok for my discord friends, if i bring the volume up they hear my gun shot, reloading etc. What should I do? Thank you.

How do I replace the damaged or worn-out headband on my Razer Kraken Pro V2? I've bought a replacement headband for the headset online, but not from razer(because razer don't even sell it) and I want to know how can I replace it? I am very disappointed that razer sells products that worn-out easily. My keyboard's wrist rest also worn-out easily.

so i got my Razer Nommo speakers today but when i plugged them in and booted my computer they did not pop up on razer synapse. i have updated everything for windows 10 and device manager says there are not any driver updates for them and that i am equipped with the best drivers. I need razer synapse because currently only the left speaker is playing anything and the left sound is much louder than the right sound so i was hoping i could configure that in razer synapse since nothing i do in my computer settings has worked. i have also already tried uninstalling razer synapse and reinstalling it but that did not seem to work either. Any advice?

my razer nari essential is brand new(bought 2 days ago) and its not working unless its plugged in. It says its fully charged as well as when i unplugged it and try to turn it on its not turning on and if it does it turns on and immediately right back off. Please help!

Hi guys so after 1/2s of a good run my Razer Kraken 7.1s died on me, seems like the wiring came loose. So just picked up some new Kraken Ultimates which are also wired but anyway my question is how can I take care of the cable to make sure these don't break? Should I wrap the cable around the headphones whilst not using them or what? My anxiety of these breaking is crazy high.

I bought a “razer kraken tournament” headset and i found out that to use the 7.1 surround i need to download it to the computer,but i play in ps.so i cant use the 7.1 ? Thanks.

is there anyway to make so that i can use my razer phone as a external audio processor for my razer stealth? love the laptop but you guys need a little work on your soundcards, or at least a design some razer exclusive mixer or something like UAD im a professional in the edm industry so non of the graphic tools and buffs even matter to me im anxious to see what you guys are able to come up with for us audiofolk
