Hello, I'm quite new to Razer headset and I've never experienced mic monitoring before. I don't like to hear my voice while I'm talking in an headset but I still want to chat with my friends. Is there a way to disable mic monitoring? It's quite annoying for me. I'm using this headset both on PC and PS4.

I got the thresher ultimate and was confused on what format priority should be set bitstream that’s what the setup guide that cane in the box says but the master guide says linear pcm. Please Help

Hello there! I'm just wondering if there's a way to disable RS3 from controlling my microphone volume. It's really been annoying me.

I recently got a razer kraken tournament edition and the mic audio is too quiet, i can hear fine but the mic is incredibly quiet, i have tried all my sound setting i can think of but it still is super quiet, it wasnt like this when i bought it. It started happening the next week.

So I log in this morning to my PC and my Razer Nari doesn't work anymore. The audio is fine, it can be muted and unmuted and the game/chat control wheel works. But the microphone is dead, yet the microphone is working fine within the synapse sidetone feature, it just doesn't register to Windows when I try to listen to the microphone nor to discord when I try to listen to the microphone. After extensive googling all I find is people complaining about the headset microphone randomly not working anymore and that there is no way to fix it. No factory reset. No amount of reinstalling or updating firmware. Is this an issue that will resolve it's self in a few days or is my headset literally dead.

Hi, I can't install 7.1 SURROUND SOUND software because it gives me a error code 101 How to fix this problem? Sorry my bad english :(

Bought a Nari Ultimate XBox One headset yesterday sound quality was great but people I am playing with are having trouble hearing me, has anyone else had difficulties with this? Thanks

Hi Folks Once tried the non-ambiguously named app Music Player, but the ads at the bottom of the screen have gotten annoying, also, the UI is pretty mediocre. I tried a few others as well - Pi Music Player is great but the UI has a great bug where I can't navigate to the left of the top-screen menu, at least that I can figure out. Currently I am using PowerAmp and it satisfy my needs. There are various settings and getting the pro version is definitely worth it. Especially if you want to change encode settings and output via bluetooth. Ogg support and "folder.jpg support" works really good. Anyone have recommendations? Which Player are you currently using?

Hi, As of the recent public release of the RTX Voice tool, and as the Razer Nari has a dedicated solution to split the sound between Chat and Game sound output, is there a way in the future, we will have a way to apply the "Output device noise filtering" to the Nari chat output, and then have it merged to the THX Spatial output. As of now, it is possible to filter the output, but it will output the result in a different output called "NVIDIA RTX Voice", you either filter the THX Spatial output, and lose game sound, or music. Or you can filter the Nari chat device, and use the RTX Voice output, resulting in the lose of all sound relative to Nari Game. Wish I was clear enought. Thanks, Adrien.

Hello, I just bought this headphones and I need help to setup and configure them, the laptop doesn´t detects the mic.

Hi Hi, I bought my razer blade 15 base model on Wednesday the 15th and I absolutely love it but I have been having trouble with an occasional crackle/static sound coming through my headphones, it happens when I am using audio but also when I'm not. I have tested about 5 different headphone sets to no avail, tested different volumes and also updated the realtek audio driver twice. I can't imagine all my headphones are faulty but I also really hope there isn't anything majorly wrong with the jack or anything else seeing as this laptop is brand new. If anyone might know of some solutions or have experienced this, any advice is very welcome

Happy with mouse and keyboard - bought headset with 3.5mm plug with extension to divide up the mic from sound, after 8 hours 3 of us have failed. You just want to pay good dosh, plug it in and go. Nup. All sorts of issues. sell it now 2nd hand and leave them well enough alone, would not recommend their headsets at all

Just got these today and spent a while troubleshooting with headphones and mic not working, then microphone only working, then headphones only working. Finally got it all together... Used splitter extension cable in back (custom built PC) In Sound Control Panel: 1) PLAYBACK TAB: Selected Speaker as default device. Even though it loads as Realtek Digital Output this is an analog connection. 2) RECORDING TAB: Realtek (R) Audio set as Default Device then select and click "Properties" 3) PLAYBACK TAB: Speakers set to Default Device (not Digital Output) 4) GENERAL TAB: Device usage enabled 5) LISTEN TAB: Set Playback through speakers 6) LEVELS TAB: Make sure it's not muted 7) ADVANCED TAB: 2 channel, 16 bit, 48000Hz Default format Last make sure the mute button isn't enabled and sound is up. Hope this helps someone else.

Ok. I've read almost everything i could on the issue, however there must be a way to get this headset to wireless. some sort of wireless usb transmitter must exist. Also, while wired in people are reporting in group chat a ton of echo. I've spon to online support several times, and checked out several youtube videos. What is the way I can fix this echo for GOOD. It doesnt echo when i speak only when others speak.

I have a white kraken pro v2 for like 4 to 5 years already, and the paint has already come off on the headband and the metal part on mic side of the earcups. Now I'm thinking of buying a new set of Krakens since I can't replace the headband and all, is it worth it?

I'll be more specific, if I want to play via wireless on my PS4 and I don't want the HyperSense, is it possible to turn it off? If so, is it done by pressing a button or I should connect to Synapse on computer, disable haptics and this will be saved for wherever I use the headphone? Thanks in advance !

hello, ever since I have bought a Razer Sila my head set is cutting off and interrupting with the beep boop sound just like i was too far from the wireless dongle receiver. I have updated razer Synapse, I have re-installed it etc The Razer Sila firmware is up to date also. I am running Windows 10 1909 Build 18363.752. All my drivers and updates are there. Any idea how can I configure the Razer Sila so it does not interfeer with my head set? Thank you in advance.

Hello all, I'm sorry if this thread has being discussed before, but i could not find anything regarding my issue. The thing is that if i connect the headset wireless, sometimes i hear the beeping sound of disconnection-connection. It might happen once, it might happen many times. This seems to be, temporary, fixed if i turn off and back on the headset. I have tried to connect the USB dongle directly to my PS4 and through a USB hub (powered). Same issue happens in both connections. Anyone experiencing the same? Should i try the pairing utility ? Also what are the best mic settings because the mic picks up a lot of ambient noise and/or sounds. User MaxSlo has suggested the following settings. Hello, at first I can suggest you to adjust Mic Volume (as required); Volume Normalization: OFF; Mic Sensitivity: 70 (or less); Noise cancellation: ON; and also Ambient Noise Reduction: 20 Obviously via the Synapse software. I was wondering if there is a 'Best setting' for the kraken TE. Thats with both audio and microphone. My friend also has one and he sometimes sounds very quiet on discord but he hasnt even looked at his settings so in truth im looking for a basic overall guide. Thank you

So, I've turned on my pc in the morning and it worked fine, but at some time during the day something weird happened to my nari ultimate and it doesn't work anymore. Despite being off, the power led is still on, it won't turn on unless the usb cable is plugged in, and the it would do the double beep, but the second beep will be cut off. Synapse 3 sees when it's on. There is no sound, only quiet hissing, though when it's on and plugged via aux it does work with hypersense. Any help on what's even going on and a way to fix this?

I have problem with my HH true Wireless. Bcuz everything is loaded. At razer app for this headphones it shows that 2 earbuds are 100% charged. But music going from only 1. Did anyone have idea? i bought it yesterday

Hi, I just purchased a Razer Nari and am using it on a Mac. The wireless USB dongle is within 2 feet of the headset, but is continuously cutting in and out (with all of the accompanying beeping to go with it). I've read through the older posts and they talk about updating the software; I believe this isn't an option for me given I'm using a Mac. I was just on a 30 min google hangouts call and it cut out over 10 times. What else can I do to improve this as it's made this headset almost unusable and I am thinking about returning it? I've got the G935 headphones and they connect to the computer through Bluetooth, but there's a USB that plugs into the computer and the headphones actually connect through that. Anyway, I like to walk around with my headphones on but the Bluetooth doesn't extend very far. Does anyone know of a Bluetooth extender that'll work with these? The ones I'm seeing online so far don't have anyplace to plug in the USB.
