Hello, i got a pair of the razer nari ultimates for Xbox one for Christmas and i'm having some issues with it, 1, Mic sensitivity? Is there any way i can turn it up so it picks up my voice better? No there isn't razer synapse for Xbox one, that's only for the razer wolverine controller and no the chat mixer does not effect the headset in parties or Skype. 2, Mic side tone, is there any way to enable this so i hear myself through the headset, whenever i talk there is no mic feedback so i sound really quiet to myself so end up screaming down the mic without realising, this is possible as it did it for a split second and haven't been able to re create it. 3, often, the sound from the headset speakers become really static and robotic and is absolutely unbearable and cannot hear anything clearly. Really appreciate it if someone else is having the same problems and can offer some solutions, thanks in advance.

Windows mono sound is turned off. tried turning it on. Tried troubleshooting the sound. I am normally a mac user so I don't know what to do about my right speaker not making sound. Can anyone help me fix this? I really don't want to have to return this computer, seems really nice.

I have purchased this product, plugged it in and it worked without issues. When I got to the setting up the surround sound part, I have realised I haven't received an activation code with the product. Luckily, they allow us to manually register it on their website, which I did successfully. Problem is, I haven't received the activation code after registering it, nor has it been automatically filled in. Can someone help?

So just about an hour ago I went to use my Kraken 2019 and noticed that the mic sounded really muffled to other players. It also sounded wierd in mic monitoring. Does anyone have any solutions to this? Thanks

Hi all, First happy new year to you all, my best wishes for you. Second, I happen to have a wireless nari ultimate which dongle is on my PC. I also do play a lot on my PS4 and I don't like plugging and unplugging dongle too many times. So could a second wireless dongle for the nari Ultimate could help me connect my headset to either active dongle, ie, on the platform I want to play on ? If so, which dongle should I buy and how to configure it ? Many thanks.

Hi, I’m just wondering if there is any way to update my Razer Thresher (Xbox) headset. When I view my accessories, it says that I have a firmware version. However there is no way for me to check of it is the most up-to-date version. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tom

The Razer Kraken headphones are really comfortable and sound great! The microphone quality is a lot better and sounds much clearer. The long cable going from the headphones to my PC allow me to move about freely with no restraint. The only concern i have is that the Surround 7.1 software doesn't seem to work; i looked this up on Google and it's apparently Microsoft's fault because they updated their audio settings. Thanks for making another quality product! Everyone, let me know your opinions on the Razer Kraken headphones!

Hello, I hope someone out there can assist my son. We bought him (and myself) a Razer Nari Wireless headset each. My headset has installed without issue, however, he was not as fortunate. He does not have any other Razer devices and had to install Synapse. The Nari works without Synapse, however, Synapse does not find the Nari. I have tried uninstalling the drivers. The end result of that is the "THX Spatial - Synapse Speakers" device can not be found. I have tested his device on my desktop, and my Synapse finds his headset. So it is not the device, but a setting that needs to be tweaked. Can anyone out there provide any insight as to what needs to be done to get his device working with Synapse? Purchased the kraken 3.5 - it sounds off with super quality, really sounds good - now i am testing the durability, durability is good from what i see right now, is pretty solid and funtionality is great - wired sounds much better to me than wireless all day long, good product - thanks razer p.s. i will let you know what happens in case of accident, if i drop it or something

Short version: Crackling speakers seem to be a software problem. Replace the current realtek drivers with version R2.82, which can be found with a google search here: https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/pc-audio-codecs-high-definition-audio-codecs-software 64-bit R2.82 drivers from the Realtek site seemed to do the trick. Although they seem to be an older driver version that the 8625 that comes as standard 8186 version that the R2.82 package installed. 1. disable the automatic driver installation going into control panel > system and security > system > advanced system settings > hardware > device installation settings. 2. Go into the device manager and right clicked the Realtek audio under sound video and game controller and select uninstall device and check the' delete the driver software for this device' and reboot. After the reboot no sound came from my speakers, but the speaker on the bottom right of the task bar was still listed as 'Realtek' 3. Get

I tried multiple things, like selecting it as default communications device or made relay sure that it is unmute. til now I did not find any solution and I am turning myself to the forum. It's hard to believe that the speakers would have a defect so I originally tried updating my audio driver however I already had the same driver installed. Hello. I recently got a new headset, a razer one. When I opened it I realized it only had one input instead of my last one which had two, one for the microphone jack and one for the headset jack. On my computer I have two ports that work for audio related things, microphone, and headphones, how do I make it so I can use my razer headset in one of the ports for headset as well as mircrophone? So basically what I'd like to see is more variety on the headband options for Razer headsets. Or alternatively, more options for wireless headsets besides the Nari. My suggestion stems from my desire for a wireless headset, but a deep dislike of the uncomfortable auto-adjusting headband on the Nari. I very much like the headband/earcup design on the Kraken; I can use it all day with no discomfort. But with the Nari as the only wireless headset, it locks you into a specific "head feel" if you're looking for wireless audio, which may not be comfortable for all people. Or just make a wireless version of the Kraken Ultimate and I'd buy it yesterday.

Why is there no equalizer for this headset? 60$ For bassy headset is so dumb. In synapse 2.0 they are not even detected and in the synapse 3.0 I can only set the volume. What the hell is going on at razer HQ? Will there be an update for 3.0 to use equalizer no matter the headset?

Hello, I recently purchased the Kraken X's for PC, and the audio and microphone works without a problem. However, I downloaded the 7.1 Surround Sound download, and used the code, but I cannot get the surround sound to work. The issue occurs when I change the playback device to "Speakers (7.1 Surround Sound)." To test that the software is not at fault, I turned on surround sound through the app, and used my standard playback device, and could hear noise without an issue, but as soon as I set the 7.1 Playback device on the speaker icon on the bottom right of desktop, I cannot hear anything. As well, when I go on YouTube with this issue, I get an error reading, "Audio renderer error, please restart your computer" (I also put a picture of the issue below) I've tried resetting my computer, and haven't had any luck.
