Does the thx work with ps4?

When I select "7.1 Surround Sound" as my output device in CSGO, the game instantly crashes. When I go back into CSGO, it is not selected. I have a friend who uses the older version of surround pro with the same headset as me and he has no problems.

Gostaria de saber como posso configurar o fone 7.1 para poder jogar Counter-Strike: Global Offensive pois o áudio fica totalmente estranho... não da para escutar direito o áudio de passos e etc.. dentro do game escuto o áudio longe e tudo oq a em mapa áudio fica estourado dificilmente da para entender alguma coisa antes. eu tinha antes o Kraken PRO e o áudio do meu antigo fone parecia ser melhor do que o modelo mais novo e atual da razer... alguém pode me dizer como melhorar o áudio e impossível de jogar com o mesmo. GRATO. Ja procurei em todos os lugares mas nao consigo ver e nem saber como posso resolver o mesmo

Hello, i was playing a game and at a moment a heard a sound from inside left ear cup! When i shake the headset something seems to moving in ear cup, it rattles.The headset did not fell down, no crash etc. The sound plays OK. I put off the soft part and didn't see anything What happened, what can i do?

I unplugged my headset to clean up my desk then when I plugged them back in there's no audio so I use the THX usb thing to raise the volume to 100 still no noise so then I google it and on Razers website it says to use the wheel on the side to raise game audio it is also at 100 now and I can barely hear my game. I checked and my default audio is on Razer Kraken TE game so I don't know what to do please help!

My Razer Thresher 7.1 for PS4 have a very annoying problem, that happens very often: while playing WWE2K19, after 10 minutes the Razers' were lit up, I hear constantly a bip really annoying and I can't manage to play in this way. This bip lasts 1 second and it is followed by other bips. Obviously when there is this bip the audio doesn't continue and I don't hear anything, it's very frustrating. Please help, I'm really nervous, I bought it yesterday and I'm worried!

Hello I'm not speak English sorry. Razer Kraken X my new headset. But when Surround Sound is enabled, Stereo works. Or it seems to me. Surround Sound enable = Stereo Audio Surround Sound disable = 7.1 Audio

I was just wondering what speakers people have found work well with the Tiamat. If I'm watching a movie, I don't necessarily want a headset on, you know? I'd like to use all of the plugs, not just what a 2.1 speaker would use, though. I have Windows set to see the headset, which would still be the output device as far as Windows is concerned, as a 7.1 system, so I'd lose at least some channels in a 2.0/2.1 setup, and I'd still like to use as many as I still can. Google has only spat up 3000 reviews of the headset and its specs ._. Thanks!

Why not full connected razer mano'war 7.1 wireless. 30 min affects and stops working and is hard to customize, but the first 30 min I heard it myself. In general, something noticed with this product is bad because there are no programs suitable to operate the headset. I've always liked the razer's quality design and its capabilities, but lately something's been going wrong. Because if you buy a product and pay big money, I think it must be quality. I'm buying a razer for that, but now something's wrong with her, horribly annoying. al can you help me or tell me something to do or is this serious with usb something wrong?

Hello, Three days ago I bought a Razer Electra v2. Now it stopped working. Windows message: Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) The USB device returned an invalid USB configuration descriptor I tried the headphone on two different PCs. Same problem. Can it be fixed? or is it broken? Thanks!

I am not sure why a thread which covered this issue was closed with a rather useless answer. After a bit of research I uncovered that the connector is a mini-DIN 10 connector, which is not actually covered by the DIN specification. Essentially it seems to be the same as the old Sega Saturn connector. Sadly I was unable to find any extension cables, has anyone else found a solution for this? I have posted on a German HiFi Forum to see if any of them have an idea on how to get hold of a mini-DIN 10 extension cable. Maybe someone form Razer would be able to help, I am sure I am not the only one with this issue.

Hello, I bought Thresher 7.1 PS4 headset, everything is great about it, but, there is one concern. When I start The Last of Us in game audio options there is only 2.0 channel to select. My friend has Astro A50 and when he plays TLoU 5.1 sound option is available. What is the reason behind that Thresher are 7.1 but game does recognise them only as 2.0. I connected them via optical cable and all is set in settings as it should be. Also I get surround sound by pressing and holding volume button. But still for the game and PS4 headset is only 2.0. Is there any firmware update or something that I don't know of and should make? Thanks for any help

I got a Hammerhead Duo earphone recently, and I noticed that there isn’t a Razer logo on the side of the microphone. But in some unboxing videos or reviewing videos, there is a razer logo on the side of the microphone. Did I just get a fake product?

i bought a razer base station (headset stand with chroma) not once but twice one for my setup and another for my bedside. my setup one works fine but my bedside one doesn't power on unless i plug it into my PC im not sure what to do ive tried different plugs different power supplies in my house and nothing works does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Everyone, I have a Razer Tiamat 7.1 v1 and recently moved. I no-longer have the connector to the Audio control unit that allows you to use the control unit to control your speakers and the headset. Is there a way to purchase the cable that plugs into the Audio Control Unit? I asked Razer help and they said no - so I figured I would ask here. Does anyone know how I can purchase this cable featured in this video? If I cannot purchase this cable - what are my options for getting speakers and this headset to work? I really dont want to deal with plugging and un-plugging in speakers and headsets to get my PC to play both. Considering the plug in my PC uses 7.1 jack to my headset. This is an ultimate deal breaker and will force me to just not use these products anymore. Any help / advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi I'm in two minds about buying the kitty kraken headset :/ I was wondering if it is possible to use it with non usb devices with the right attachments (not sure what the right ones are either) i have a battery pack but id like to be abed to use the audio and chroma if possible without a computer :o I might get them anyway but it'll be sad if you can only achieve full functionality through s computer with a wired interface. Still they are super cool!

Hello, I need help, my Razer Kraken Pro v2 have a problem on the cable when it link on the volume+mic controller, in both sides of the controller, some times just one side of the headphones work, and make strange noises. That can be fixed? Who mutch will I pay to fix them? My warranty already expired. Please help, I don't want switch my headphones that have less that 2 years.

I just purchased a Kraken X and have been using it for a couple of hours. It is not showing up in razer synapse, and I checked the supported devices list and its not on there. Why would they not have support for a product that has been out for nearly 3 months? When will they finally support it?
