During normal use my Blackshark V2 pro ran out of battery and even though it has been plugged in for 20 minutes it is no longer charging, wont turn on, and doesnt show a charging light.I bought the headphones in 2021 so they are no longer in warranty.They have been really inconsistent while charging recently as they seem to rapidly make the connect and disconnect noise at random while plugged in.Is it most likely a cord or headphone problem? I don't have any micro USB cords lying around so I cant test it.

Today I bought a Razer blackshark v2 x and tried it on the PC and everything worked without problems, but when I tried it on the Xbox Series I found that there no problems with the sound and I could hear games and people normally, but my voice did not appear through the microphone at all, as if I had muted the microphone even though it was not muted**(Note: The microphone works well on a PC and its sound is clear) 

Hi there and thx for the add.Today I boght a Blackshark V2 Headset and the sound in CS2 is just shit. There is no THX tournament modus right? I´ve changed a lot of settings in game and also in the synapse app. Is just a bad sound.. Could anybody give me some settings which are great to play. After 10 years I´ve switches from my old Logitech to a Razer HS. But I am really thinking about giving this thing back and take my old Logitech. :(

Hi! I was hoping someone could help me or point me in the right direction. I just got the new update for synapse and noticed they released the pre-set eq’s for the older blackshark v2 pros. I was just curious if razer has released what the actual frequency range was for CSGO / cs2? Like, I would like to know what the actual settings are on the EQ’s and use that as a base to kind of tweak it to my own.Thank you!

i used the 7.1 app code for the headphones but i didn't install the drivers for them at the time so nothing happened and i deleted the account and it's been a while and i lost the box so i doesn't even have a serial number or anything... you don't have to help me ..but if there is even a small chance...

When I turn on my barracuda x it stays on still blue light mode when I haven't even plug in the usb-c dongle so when I connect usb-c dongle to a device I don't hear any sounds and mic don't work so may one one please explain why it goes onto still blue light when I turn it on even though I haven't plug in the usb-c dongle 

Hi I am from Mexico I recently purchased a pair of Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless Gaming Headset with Haptic Technology. Sorry for being very specific. The problem I have is that even though they come with a USB adapter for wireless use, I cannot connect them to my Xbox Series X. However, they work perfectly with the USB adapter on my PlayStation 5.I have followed all the steps and requirements indicated for the Xbox connection, but they still won’t connect. I know there is a specific version for Xbox of these headsets, but I don’t understand why the version I have does not allow me to use them on the Xbox, while they work fine on other devices with the USB adapter.Could you help me resolve this issue?Thank you for your attention.Best regards, 

So, i bought my blackshark v2 x maybe half a year ago (i dont remember when exectly) and today i found out about 7.1surround-sound. The problem is that i threw away box from headphones and serial code (below the left earcap) was overscratched. Is there any way to activate this without serial code?

Sol two days ago, I get no sound from my Nommo Pro V1. connected via Optical.  Windows Sound acts like its working I get a moving audio bar like it detects audio.  Then when switching to the USB mode on the speakers, its crackles and snaps, then after a few minutes, I get a flash on the screen that state audio issue, then no sound at all. I have already checked for drivers and updates, nothing had updated on my computer for a couple of weeks. I have restarted, powered off, warm and cold boot, unplugged all connections for about 10 minutes and plugging it all back in.  USB audio will come back, but still no Optical audio.  I am looking for another optical speaker and device that sends optical for testing, but I do not have one at the moment.  Speakers were purchased right after razer released them, so very out of warranty.  Any thoughts, anything else I can try or test?

Good evening, I am writing to you because I am dissatisfied with the code activation option you have. Last week I purchased Razer Blackshark V2 X headphones and downloaded the 7.1 application. Then I wanted to enter the code and strangely it wouldn't activate. The application didn't recognize the S/N:. Please help, otherwise I will return the product.

Recently my Kraken V3 X started having this issue where despite the computer detecting them, it doesn’t play any audio or turn on lights and I have to plug them in and plug out every time I boot up my PC for them to work. I had a similiar problem with my Viper 8KHz but I was able to fix it by updating the driver but I can’t find one for my Kraken V3 X on the official website and I tried using updaters for other Kraken V3s but that didn’t work. I installed Surround Sound but that also didn’t do anything. How do I update the driver on my Kraken V3 X?

Last week I bought Kraken V3 Pro Wireless and there is no problem about its quality but the problem is about software, I didn’t understand how to use it, This headphone is THX Supported but it gives me 15 days of trial on THX app when I try to activate it says my headphone isn’t suitable for 7.1 but it already says it on its box.  The other problem is about mic, when on discord my frineds tell me that we can hear our voice from your headphone, I checked on the app and did the necessary things but it didn’t help at all. Lastly, I can’t update my headphone because it says unplung and then replug as a 2nd step but when I do that, it goes back to 1st step again and can’t go further from there, it just stucks there.  Please help because I really like the device but there are some problems with that I can’t fix, thank you 

Sooo i’ve been using this headset for 2 years now and the earpads start to feel dirty ‘cause the sweat is in there (the cloth part) so i wanna know from other owners of this model or anyone how can i clean the cloth part, because i really dunno how to do that and i don’t want to damage the earpads as i am not buying replacements yetThe cloth part is what i want to clean, don’t mind the leather

It’s just as simple as the title, where are the options for the mic to activate the mic return on the razer kraken v3 x USB.I already have razer synapse v3, my headset is found but I only have 2 tab in the sound section (sound and lignthing).

I accidentally deleted the driver for my RAZER BLACKSHARK V2 X - WIRED in the device manager, causing my device to not be detected, just detected as “Realtek(R) Audio (Headphone)” (refer image below), and not function properly. How can I restore it? I hope someone can help me with this problem.  

Hello,I've bought new Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones and I can't register them on the RAZER website because it tells me they're already registered. I would like to use the ‘7.1 Surround Sound’ application to adjust my headphones. Can you help me?
