I bought the blackshark v2 x shaving headset microphone and the microphone is not detected, unlike the headset which is and works, and the microphone built into the PC which also works (Intel). I'm using Windows 11 and a Dell g16 laptop. I have updated the drivers but when I launch realtek audio console an error message is displayed ‘impossible to connect to the RPC service’ I have updated the RPC service but the same problem is displayed. Do I have to download and activate 7.1 surround sound before activating THX spatial audio or THX can be activated regardless of 7.1 surround sound ?

Quickly, my situation is that I use two computers, one my work from home office computer and one my gaming rig.  I had been using a Razer Nari headset for gaming, but switched it to a Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro.  However, I then started using my Razer Nari on my work PC.Now, the Razer Nari’s sound is just definitively better, and I got it at a much better pricepoint.  The audio is crisper, the bass is clearer and louder, and I loved the mixes that were possible.  And Steelseries’ audio element was literally poking me in the ear until I used an aftermarket cushion replacement.One might wonder why I don’t continue using the Nari for gaming, and there are two reasons.  One is that I have serious issues with Synapse (I discussed that on another post elsewhere), but one was a curiously excellent idea to use an external DAC that had a battery charger, and then equip the headset with a hot-swappable battery port.  As such, I use the headset until the battery gets l

For some reason after a while the mute button on my Razer Barracuda X headphones stop muting my microphone. The only way to mute it is to push the button in very hard and keep holding it. Is there anyway to fix it?

Hello,I have a problem with the drivers for the Razer Blackshark v2 pro 2023. When I'm not in Discord, everything works. When I'm in Discord, everything runs smoothly if nobody is talking to me. If someone tries to talk to me, the headset completely escalates. Volume fluctuations from extremely quiet to extremely loud. I then can't hear the person I'm talking to at all. I can then see on the blue ring that the person is speaking in their name. But nothing works anymore. If I close the game (in this case Assetto Corsa Competizione), everything works again. Can anyone help me? Does anyone have a tip? As it is at the moment, I'll probably have to send the headset back.

Hi so I have a razer Kiara Pro for xbox and whenever i turn the headset on it’s fine but after a while it starts to become really loud and distorted. Everything becomes 10 times louder (kinda like the bass of everything) and it is so awful that I have to switch headsets. I’ve tried so many things yet nothing is working out for me, Any tips on how to stop it? I spend $100 on this headset and really don’t wanna get rid of it lol. thanku  

Hello, I have the Razer Kraken Kitty Quartz - USB of my partner currently the error that it is supplied with too little voltage.The headset repeatedly turns off at increased volume combined with an activated lighting level. The following troubleshooting steps have already been tried.Tested the headset on different USB ports Tested the headset on different computers Updated/reinstalled all drivers Checked for possible firmware updates Disabled the backlight (The only way to use the device without failures) As I could gather from some social media, this bug of the Razer Kraken Kitty series does not seem to be an isolated case.Does anyone have a solution to fix the error?Is Razer planning a quality program or a future software solution? RegardsLukas

Will this work together or is the base station made for other headsets than the Blackshark V2 Pro?

Ich habe ein Razer Nari Ultimate Headset und habe jetzt seit paar tagen das problem, das wenn ich destiny öffne zumindestens hab ichs bei dem spiel nur bisher versucht, die verbindung über dem usb zu meinem headset sich trennt und wieder verbindet dies passiert immer und immer wieder direkt nacheinander dabei habe ich aber dann keinen sound. Kann dies irgendwie daran liegen das der usb zu warm wird oder so? dies passiert interesannter weise hauptsächlich wenn ich während dessen noch firefox bzw. nen browser geöffnet habe.

When i play on fortnite my mic quality and sound are very good but when i launch league of legend, the sound goes incredibly high on sound wired. I don’t know if it’s a synapse bug or headseat bug but i think it’s a problem when we use a improvement settings on synapse
