The subwoofer no longer turns on. It looks like there is no electricity connected while the plugs are properly connected. Who can help me. Razer doesn't give home.

Hi, I have a Nari Essential and I have the problem that the sound always starts with a delay. For example, when I start a video on YouTube, there is no sound for the first 1 to 2 seconds. Same with Spotify. However, the headset is already activated and is already playing other sound sources, such as in-game sound, during this time. It is only when a new audio source is activated that the start is slightly delayed.  

I recently received a pair of Razer Kraken V3 Pro as a gift because my 2012 Razer headphones were slowly falling apart.  However, to my great disappointment the sound quality of the new Kraken V3 Pro is absolutely horrendous. I have tried fiddling with different settings and using different USB ports in my PC. Unfortunately without any luck. I refuse to believe that the headset is straight up worse than the ones I bought in 2012 from the same brand, so I am guessing that there is a button somewhere that has to be clicked, although the fact that the headset doesn’t arrive to the customer in ready-to-use condition baffles me. (I am aware that sometimes you have to fine-tune certain things upon arrival, but not being able to hear what people say in a Youtube-video is absolutely unacceptable to me). The headphones sound muffled and lifeless and I can’t even activate the THX audio because I don’t have a code as they were gifted to me. I have no way of returning the headset so please can som

When I select the output device 7.1 from the sound settings, there is no sound. I tried deleting and reinstalling the driver, I set it as the default device, I made the HZ values the same, I turned off the excluvise modes, but still no sound. 

Today I bought a Razer Hammerhead True Wireless headset, I tried to activate it on the site, but they already activated my serial number.What should be done in this case???

When I use Tornado Black Shark v2pro to play Apex or EA other games on Windows 11, the sound will be loud and very bad. This does not happen when I use Windows 10. What should I do?

So I bought these just yesterday and I still have the receipt and box, but I noticed that my right earbud was draining a whole lot more than my left one. Does anyone know how I can fix this? My firmware is up to date and I have tried charging them both back but nothing works. If it helps then I have an iPhone 11. I can also just return them to get new ones. 

I have this problem, when I try to log into my account for 7.1 surround sound, it gives me an endless download, all other programs log in without any problems, my headphones were registered on this account, now I can’t log into it to activate this function, what should I do?

I’m told my mic sounds very quiet so I tried to use synapse to change my mic levels but synapse doesn’t recognize my headset no matter how many times I restart or remove/reinstall the driver. I’ve tried using with with a cord and pairing it via bluetooth. I still can’t manage to get it to show up in Synapse. 

Hello!Am I the only one, that doesn’t have the "Razer Audio Controller - THX Spatial Synapse" option anymore in Windows audio options, after the lates synapse update?Currently using Razer Kraken’s Tournament Edition. Without this setting, everything sound so awful! Is there a way to get it back, or should we wait for the update from Razer to get this option back? 

When I cleaned my Razer hammerhead TWS X with alcohol because of earwax, they sound very low. Did I damage the earbuds?

I bought a new gaming laptop. I noticed that I was having audio problems on my HP Victus 16 computer. I wasn't having problems with the sound on my old Acer Nitro 5 computer. I noticed that the volume level is distorted in some games. When the sound is loud, suddenly the sound drops and the sound rises again and repeats itself in the same way. This situation makes me very uncomfortable.  Solution trials;- I uninstalled Synapse, uninstalled the drivers, and then reinstalled Synapse.- I turned off the Automatic Boost in the OMEN Gaming Hub app.- I have uninstalled the HP my volume controls application (MyHP). The Games I've Tried;​​​​​​​- CS2- ETS2- Rocket League

Since installing Synapse 3 and using this headset as of last week, I can no longer stream videos to my friends on Discord. If I stream a clip via VLC they hear music and sounds, but no dialogue. And youtube videos are just silent. I tried uninstalling Synapse and going back to my old headset, but its not working either. I assume some setting was changed when this headset installed. Anyone else had the same issue?

Hello together,i bought the Razer  Nommo V2 Pro and was first very impressed by this speakers.But as soon as i go ingame there is no Sound from the front direction - every other sound direction works perkfect.This happens in several games, not just one and accurs with or without Razer Synapse startet. Software from Synapse is also up to date. Mono Audio settings from windows does not work. Do you any idea how to fix this?

Here's the thing, I recently bought one of your headsets, the Razer Blackshark V2 Pro (2023) and its microphone doesn't capture the sound well at all, I've already changed the settings in the Razer Synapse App but the microphone is still very low and so they have difficulty hearing me.I would like to know what I can do about this.

Hi, I have a problem. the problem with the microphone in my new razer blackshark v2 x headphones, the microphone is terribly quiet, when trying to make the microphone louder, only electrical noise is heard. When you connect headphones to your phone, the microphone works perfectly. I tried a lot of things, nothing helped, I hope for your help

I lose my 7.1 Surround Sound Code  for Razer BlackShark V2 X.  It should be next to the minijack on the end of the headphone wire but I lost it a long time ago and the only thing I have is the serial number of my sound card, is there any way I can recover my code. 

I recently uninstalled Razer Synapse because of it’s effects on my Kraken (random pauses in audio, unbalanced audio, needing to unplug the dongle and plug it back in, etc etc, the usual) and it’s been working great. However I want to have the 7.1 surround feature which is clearly shown in the Windows audio list, but the 7.1 surround app requires a code which I can’t get because the Kraken Pro V3 apparently aren’t applicable and from what I hear, Synapse is the only choice because you have to use THX which is bs, I’m not reinstalling Synapse. Is there another way to get the activation code?

I don’t have 7.1 speakers in system. I tried anything but it’s dont work for my Razer Blackshark V2 X. Here is screens with problems.

  So, 7.1 Surround Sound itself is installed successfully, but questions may arise during the installation process, since the download percentage jumps from 19% to 48% and after that to 100%.  My suspicion fell on the driver and I decided to install it separately, namely along the path "C:\Program Files\Razer\Razer Surround Sound Setup\SophieLiteDriver.exe".  The suspicions were confirmed, the Windows Audio service stops, the installation itself does not reach the end and stops at the moment:Copy to C:\WINDOWS\system32Copy failedCopy Files file - Src:C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\THX\THXServiceApiLite.dll Dst:C:\WINDOWS\system32 Params:/FILES ONLY /SILENT Reason: -1  I tried to completely uninstall Razer Cortex, Razer Synapse and do a complete driver cleanup with the DriverCleanup application along with the antivirus turned off and rebooting the system, but it didn’t help. How can I fix this problem?  Here is the full installation log:Output folder: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp\
