How to get a new license? I used my license on my old laptop which is now broken. 

I just bought the Razer Blackshark v2 x usb. I just downloaded razer synapse and 7.1 surround sound. However it says I would need an activation code. I tried tio input my serial number to get a code but it says my headset is not eligible. But the website does say eligible. 

You said in the November 29 update that you fixed the bug, but it still keeps getting the same bug. Please add the rollback function if you are going to update it this way. And please fix this bug as soon as possible

I got a barracuda, i want to know if i buy the barracuda x mic it will work on it

My PC doesn’t have usb-c so is it pointless for me to purchase the Razer Barracuda headset?   Thanks

My friends bought me razer siren mini for my b-day. We started connecting it immediately and we wrote the ID and serial number but because it was surprise, one of my friends had the recipe. However we managed to sign the product and it showed in the razer website in the browser as signed. But it dosent show in synapse and i did all the tutorials from razer and youtube. I dont know what to do. I cant complaint that it isnt working properly, in fact the mic is amazing, but only in discord there is noise reduction and when i talk somewhere else people dont like it.

Hi, This is actually pre-purchase question, im looking for a sound solution for my gaming room, i have my PC where i play and also Apple TV connected, i was wondering how the septial sound works with the sound bar, only with the USB connection cable? if i connect the sound bar to my Apple TV with Bluetooth will i be getting full ATMOS/Septial support? 

Hi, today I destroyed my kraken x tournament edition, left side has no sound at all, and Im planning on getting Blackshark v2 X… Question is, can I use thx dongle that came with kraken with Blackshark v2 X? Or I can throw it out with headset itself since it will not be useful in any way? 

Ich habe mir das Headset fürn PC gekauft, nutze es aber vor erst fürs Handy und für die Nintendo switch. Bei meinem Headset funktioniert das Mikrofon nicht. Ich weiß nicht woran das liegt und bin daher auch ziemlich sauer! Ich bitte um schnelle Hilfe!

I want to activate the mic to hear myself from the synapse softwear and i can not find the audio setting I have a Baracuda X 2.4

Compre los kraken kitty v2 pro. -Venían con un qr para activar el surround audio 7.1 pero no el código. Ya registre el producto en mi cuenta y envié el correo de verificación pero aun no me mandan nada. -trato de utilizar los audífonos en PS4 pero me escucho a mi misma, ya intente bajar el volumen del micrófono pero aunque lo tenga al minimo me escucho, no importa si no estoy jugando con  nadie más. Incluso si mis amigos están muteados, siempre me escucho. ¿Cómo solucionarlo?

I have a Blackshark v2 pro and when I use THX audio the only thing it does is make the sound quality worse and does not help me pinpoint where anything is, in fact due to the worse audio quality it seems to be make it much harder to pinpoint anything. THX audio is also very bad for listening to music. Does anyone have a fix for this? Am I doing something wrong, or have I done something wrong? If so then I would be grateful for any type of help even if the help is no good. I like everything about this headset for example the comfort and sleek and cool design, although, the only thing that ruins it for me is the sound quality and THX audio, which is a shame. I found that using it wired makes the sound quality much better, I don't know why that is (I understand better but not much better router login ) could it be that the wireless USB is on a USB 2.0 port? Other issues come with the wireless version like white nois

I bought the Razer NOMMO Model-RZ05-0475. They are connect to my computer by way of USB-USB-C cable. The instructions state to connect the speakers to ANY USB port, mine are Blue which I believe is 3.0, and hold the ON button till it turns green which indicates it’s connected to your computer. I’ve done all that and all I get is a BLUE light and the speaker starts making a sound. I’ve checked my connections twice and they are correct. I’m running Windows 11, 23H2. I’ve checked SYSTEM/SOUND and the Nommo doesn’t even show up. I’ve even checked for BLUETOOTH devices and still nothing. I guess you could say I’m lost. Sure could use some help if anyone knows about this. Thanks in advance.

Hi I just recently bought the razor nari ultimate and the it seems to be having a couple of issues like connecting and disconnecting  repeatedly on pc also cant listen to myself to test mic, and on ps5 players talking or any type of shooting keeps echoing in the headset even though I have mic volume all the way down and noise cancelation and feedback reduction on as well. It also seems to be crashing synapse. the headset sounds great but I cant use it on pc anymore and  cant use the mic on ps5 since the echos is so bad.

As the subject stated, Barracuda X turns off randomly without an actually feedback (no warning), and i have to hold the power button and turn it back on from time to time (sometimes every minute). New item, battery charged, did connected to Razer app to turn off auto shut but still nothing solves the issue.Saw few similar threads on the support forum and Razer team locks the thread for additional reply and resort to private messaging with thread owner, which does not help the rest who have this same issue; like myself.

After instaling update nothing changed with thx patial audio it doesnt work and also volume bars on headphones decreases or up sound a little bit, not completely like it was before when i took it all way down to chat i must not hear game but it doesnt work that way now, please help me with that

My Kraken V3 Pros are not completely charging. The light will never go solid green just flashes while pluged in and then turns off.

Today Razer launched a new update to fix some THX issues, but even with this update problems still remains, audio delays continue, PC take more time to shutdown the system when we try to turn off the PC and weird noises from sounds notifications (web browswer) when using THX enabled. Razer for god sake rollback this update to the funcional previous one, we (users) are tired of these plagued bugs.

After the latest Synapse update, the enhancement section is not functioning at all. Nothing changes when I select the music mode or adjust the EQ and it's been like this for a week. 

Just bought myself a Leviathan V2 X today I must say love it, but is there anyway to turn off the “power down electro sound” that comes on every time you press the On/Off button?
