Hello there i need some help. I have the headset razer nari ultimate and the last month I had charging issues. When I connected the cable with my headphones it did something like connect/disconnect and I had to move the cable left right and keep it stable in order to charge. Today I tried to charge them but the red light is not lighting. I tried 2 other cables just in case the one that came with headphones is the problem but I am sure it is the micro usb port. What should I do?

Recently I purchased Razer Nommo V2 Pro and sometimes when I see a video on YouTube or when I hear music on VLC, the lights blink without synchronisation and the music skips for seconds (all these at the same time) and then they come back to normal.Please inform me what to do.Thank you.

Using stereo not thx  And the EQ does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING It's been two weeks and 4 updates and you guys still can't fix this it's honestly disheartening I'm getting pretty sick of this  How can you guys not fix this s#$# I've done ABSOLUTELY everything to try to resolve this and it's still on your guys end 

The headphones themselves work when plugged into the ps5 but the microphone is not picking up any audio at all, theyve been tried wirelessly and plugged in but the issue stays the same. 

Hi, i have a few problems with the thx app. I downloaded both the 7.1 surround sound and the thx spatial audio app installers. But the downloads of both apps all get stuck at 98%, i tried multiple times but they always get stuck. I can still open the window to insert the activation code they sent me, but it says it's invalid. I payed for the THX spatial audio app, but i can only insert the code for the 7.1 surround sound app, so maybe this is causing the problem? However the most important problem rn are the apps not installing.

I recently got the Blackshark v2 2023 edition and after using Synapse to get the mic sounding how I want it to via the equalizer settings, I noticed that it resets to default upon joining a discord voice channel.For example, I prefer the “Broadcast” or “Custom” mic EQ setting and when I join a call in discord it resets back to the “Default” mic EQ and I need to go into Synapse and reselect the EQ setting I want to use.The saved profile setting seems to only work with audio related settings and not the microphone itself. It’s just annoying having to reselect the mic EQ every time I join a call to get the mic how I want it to sound. Any way to fix this? I’m not sure if it’s a discord issue or I’m missing something in Synapse

Hello,Can someone please tell me how I can adjust the volume of the left or right speaker of my Nommo V2 Pro speaker? The only control I can see on Synapse and Windows 11 64bit sound properties are a single channel, not left and right channels. I want to lower the volume of the left speaker and keep the right speaker volume high.Thanks

Kann ich das Headset auch über den normalen hand charger laden und wenn ja was ist da die max leistung die geht ?

So today i bought this Razer Kraken X Lite headset and i have an issue with the microphone(its not working) i tried watching youtube videos about this but it didnt work out. The Synapse does not find my headset and my laptop doesnt find the microphone for it. If someone have idea or a way to fix it i will be very thankfull!Merry Christmas and thank yall!

Hello guys! I just bought the Razer blackshark v2 pro 2023 and I wonder what is the best EQ for Rpg/mmorpg games. I play world of warcraft so im trying to hear everything suck the environmen, the spells, everything! Any suggestion for EQ this amazing headphones for this game, thank you so much!

Barracuda x starts stuttering and afterwards i have to replug my dongle then it does have any problem for like half or one hour then this happens again and again please help me out

Just curious what does it do when i Hold it instead of PressingHold = Long Beep but doesn’t change Haptic IntensityPress = Short Beep (also change Haptic Intensity)

soooo i buy my headset and i try to get it to work bc it has surround sound 7.1 code and surround sone dont work for me and i dont have a thx code nothing works pls give me a THX code

I bought the microphone approximately a year ago, I was able to test it just 2 months ago and it is bad, making an annoying sound in the background.

Hey guys recently I got a bari ultimate and am using it on ps5 and there's a bad echo and the only way I can stop it is if I turn the volume on the head set down to where I can't hear anything and I can't be doing that all the time is there anyway to fix that?? 

I have razer blade 14 laptop, I download a video from whatsapp song group this is not working on my laptop, when i played the video song that is play 30-40s then stopped working. 

why does my kraken v3 x mic quality sound so awful, also the mic option in synapse dont even pop up lol waste of money

Приветствую! Возникла проблема с левым и правым наушником, система или сам девайс не распознает левый и правый наушник и не хочет их переключать. Возможно я что то делаю не правильно, если можно, вышлите инструкцию как настроить, что бы в играх было слышно шаги с лево и с право по отдельности.

So my girlfriend got me a new keyboard yesterday as an early holiday gift. Yesterday evening, the volume slider stopped working. Is there anything that could possibly accidentally disable the volume slider in Synapse? I hear a lot about dirt and other particles getting inside the volume wheel, but it happening less than 24 hours after I receive it doesn't sound like a likely outcome.

HOLA hace tiempo tengo unos audifonos kraken que son 7.1 y no se como configurar el microfono de mis audífonos, ya que este genera un eco mientras estoy en discordia y en generar en videojuegos donde se use el microfono abierto y no se como solucionarlo 

Audio equalizer is not working. Changing preset does not make any difference.Anything under enhancement tab is not working. Bass boost, sound normalization and voice clarity are not working.THX Spatial audio, it is not working too… In demo tab, changing between stereo and thx spatial audio does not make any difference.Changing between stereo and thx spatial audio under sound tab, it does not make any difference too.And the microphone… Mic preview button and enhancement settings are not working.Things I’ve done: uninstalled the software, used driver cleanup tool to clean drivers, removed every single razer file/folder, removed every single razer and thx device from the device manager, did a reset from synapse>settings tab.
