Has any of you managed to get anything close to acceptable using THX and Warzone? I am on my second PC with that headset and as soon as I enable THX, my sound goes weird (echo for example) or too low or just rubbish. I am very disappointed to be honest. Have you guys experienced anything similar?

I've been frustrated over this for the past day now, I recently got a Kraken Ultimate and while it worked for a while, I had to do some troubleshooting with the microphone, I uninstalled some drivers and then tried it again after they were reinstalled but now it wouldn't be detected by Synapse. I also tried it on another system where it still worked. I have tried - Reinstalling Synapse - Using the Device Troubleshoot tool - Scanning System Files for corruption

Hello, I just bought "Razer Kraken V3 X" and installed "Razer Surround Sound 7.1" to Windows 11, this software constantly use my cpu and ram. Even when I disable surround sound and default to Razer Kraken V3 X in sound settings, the software continues to transform the sound to 7.1 in the background. If you could fix this issue, so we can actually stop this sound transformation when we disable the 7.1 surround from the toggle in the Razer software that would be great. I don't want to pay extra electricity bill because the toggle does not work as expected. Best Regards, Mert

Hello, I was looking around for good headphones and accidentally heard the black shark headphones and bought them because the sound quality was better than I thought. (Fun of sound rather than resolution?) But I'm curious about the function of the volume knob on the headphones. Would the volume be 0-100? If I turn up the volume more than half, will the gain be applied? (0 - 100 - 150?) I think the volume control knob inside the headphones will not perform well, so I think it would be better to adjust the headphone amplifier's knob...

I own a Razer audio controller and I was wondering if there was/someone could make a script/mod/plugin that adds the possibility to add key binds that use Razer Audio Controller buttons to work (like muting your mic or your shagle voojio headphones), Thanks in advance!

I'm curious as to why thx spatial audio adds an echo/reverb to the sound. I don't know what it is supposed to add to the sound profile and thought this would be the best place to ask. Maybe to most it sound good, but to some it sounds weird. I was thinking to some people it could make it sound like its actually coming from speaking in a room and you can hear the echo off the walls. In the clip I have attached you can actually hear it make the electronic hi hat sound completely different. It also makes most music sound completely different than the original.

Hi, Everyone Today I receive my razer hammerhead true wireless pro. When I receive the box is secure and no signs of damage. When I open the device its sealed and perfectly fine. First I charge the device and wait until the green light showed up and i check the earbuds. So i downloaded the RAZER APP AUDIO ,check the device is okay and i notice that the right earbuds is not charging at all but the left earbud is fully charge. I put back the right earbud back and recharge it again after 1hr i saw on the razer app that the right earbud is fully charge and then I try to use both earbuds but suddenly while im checking the razer app the right earbud is fully charge and just less than 1min the battery is 80% after a min ahain the battery is going down to 76%….. but the big question is why is the left earbud is still 100%. ?????? So i just use it and suddenly the right earbud prompt that battery is low in just less that 7mins but the left earbud is still 100%. I dont know of this is a hardw

Hello guys. I have a problem with sound on my Baracuda X headset. Everything plays well - music, movies, games ... till I join TeamSpeak servers. After joining on TS server sounds play like if I was underwater or what. Could you please help with this issue? I tried uninstall TS app but its doesnt matter. Thank you!

Hi, I just bought a headset as above and when i plug it in, it wont show up on the synapse as a device. I've tried registering the product, restarting my computer multiple time, followed the razer troubleshooting guides and it still wont work. My keyboard deathadder mouse and blackwidow keyboard are detected no problem. The reason i'm trying to add the device is because i want to see if i'm able to adjust the EQ settings for the headset. Any advice? Thank you

So, rn I'm using a Blackshark v2 and it's giving some problems so I wanna change it. I had Kraken and Nari ultimate before. the Kraken was fine I liked it a lot while the Nari (I love the style) I'm not really a wireless type of person so it was all new to me cause it took me 12h to fully charge probably and worked for only 4-5h(idk if it's normal tbh). Also, I couldn't mute myself when I was using it wired https://100001.onl/ but only wireless(or is it just me?). Anyway I was going for Kraken v3 but I was also tempted to go Nari again xD (I just love the model too much I know it's stupid) I don't really need anything fancy tbh just a good headset to play lol and use discord. Sorry if what I typed makes you triggered but I'm a noob when it's about these things xD

Product works just fine but doesn't show up in synapse

my nari ultimate dongle broke because i used it so much. lol i really love my naris, and i basically take them everywhere. and because of that i constantly needed to unplug the dongle. i am really sad that the dongle broke. i was going to order a replacement on the official razer website, but they are out of stock :slightly_sad:. i love my naris so much and i don't want to throw them out 😭

As the subject states, starting with Tiamat 7.1v2, at some point the sound stopped coming out. When I select each channel with the selector, the indicator light comes on full blast after about 5 seconds, but no sound comes out no matter how much I turn the volume controller. The mic mute and 7.1ch buttons do not respond when pressed, only the audio mute button does. Is there anything I should check or has anyone solved the problem? Synapse is up to date with v2.21.

Hello everyone. Just bought Krakens tournament edition like a hour ago. I live in Amman, Jordan and bought the headsets from PC Circle, when i opened the box, it had some weird particles and i think its an open box even though i bought it brand new. the box just had tape on the bottom. anyways, i registered the headsets to my account and it worked but the THX app isnt confirming my code that i got with the headsets, im now living off the trial.

Hello everyone I feel a little frustrated, I have purchased the Razer Gear Mobile, but the headphones are giving me a problem. The first time I used it without a problem, after the first charge was exhausted I put them in their compartment for one night, the next day I wanted to use them but the left side did not work, I have carried out all the synchronization recommendations without success. I tried to restart the charger allowing the charge to run out completely, but then I started another problem since the one on the right side did not work either, and I have noticed that the synchronization mode now works the other way around, I have to open and close the box and only like this the application recognizes them, although it tells me that the connection was not successful I apologize for my poor writing but I have relied on a translator

I purchased the Nommo Chroma speakers yesterday, and recieved them today. Got them set up, and all working perfectly in windows. I also dual boot Ubuntu, and for some reason they don't appear to work on there. When booted into Ubuntu, when I turn them on, they come on for a few seconds, then they turn off. Does anyone happen to know how to get these to work on Ubuntu?
