Hello, I have a problem with the new Razer Barracuda X headset, which make a buzzing sound when the wheel is set to the maximum at the back of the headset. Can you advise me on how to solve this problem or will complaints help? there is no buzz when lowering the volume with the dial or by connecting a 3.5 mm jack.

Hey all, I just bought the Kraken Kitty Headset, but the mic is very quiet. So much that on Discord with input pushed up to 100%, and my friends had me set to 200%, they could hardly hear me. I deleted Synapse and the head set worked great. Reinstalled Synapse and the mic dropped out again. Does anyone have any ideas for a fix? I have adjusted all properties I could think of and reinstalled all drivers multiple times. Thanks in advance!

So, today I bought a Razer BlackShark V2 X. When I got home, I set 7.1 SURROUND SOUND to set up my headphones. I logged into my Rather account, but then nothing happened... I tried to launch the program, but nothing happened next. When I tried to open it using the tray, I got a page with my Razer ID. I just can't open the 7.1 sound setting. Hey, unfortunately, I haven't found a way to connect my PS5 to the Leviathan V2. Before, I just used the 3.5mm output cable from my monitor, but the V2 doesn't have a 3.5mm port and doesn't seem to play back any sound when using a 3.5 to USB C connector. Also there is no sound when connecting it directly with USB A -> C or USB C -> C to my PS5... Can't use bluetooth either, because the PS5 doesn't connect to unknown audio devices. Has anyone found a solution? :( That really sucks because I don't wan't to use my PS5 headset all the time.. man who had the idea to put just a single fucking usb c input in there.. -.-

Hello all, Just bought the New Kraken V3 Pro, I charged fully the battery keeping them switched off & not in use as recommended. Now the question is: can I charge them (using the USB cable) while listening via 3.5 cable? (i.e. they are OFF , no wireless mode)? I guess yes. Thanks in advance

Recently bought a Razer Blade 15 Advanced. I've been using a self-built desktop with multiple 3.5mm line-in ports. My current setup uses a pre-amp that connects 3.5mm to 3.5mm into the desktop. I monitor all system sound with a 3.5mm headset plugged into a headphone jack on the desktop. Any recommendations for moving this setup to the Razer laptop? There's only one 3.5mm port, which I currently use for the headphones. I've tried using a Dell Thunderbolt dock with a 3.5mm line-in port, but although the other features on the dock work (e.g. monitors, USB) the 3.5mm audio line-in doesn't seem to be detected by the Razer. I'm wondering if a 3.5mm splitter would allow line-in and headphone out on the same port? (My current solution is to use a RODE Wireless Go II, with the 3.5mm going into the TX and the TR running via USB C into the RAZER...The TR gets power over that connection, but the TX just burns battery the whole time.)

I just bought a pair of Razer BlackShark v2 + USB soundcard and I realized that my laptop has only 2 USB ports (in one I have the mouse and in the other I have the keyboard) My question is this: Can I use a USB c to USB adapter to plug in the USB Soundcard? If the answer is yes, will it lose its accuracy? Do you have any adapter recommendations or doesn't matter what kind is it.

Every now and then my Synapse doesn't seem to even notice that my headset is connect when I can see it in the bluetooth setting of my PC. Is there issue where this is no longer supported with Synapse?

I saw a sale for the Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox in a store and I was wondering if it's worth it to get it for the bluetooth functionality (Though, I also have an Xbox as well). I was wondering if the Kaira's detachable Mic can be used in bluetooth mode as well so I can use it for communication with the phone and Pc as well (for PC's case. I dont wanna spend extra for an Xbox adapter)

Hi guys! I'm new here and bought my first Razer product, that's Pikachu's Hammerhead edition. The thing is: I bought it on sale from China and it arrived yesterday. Everything with the package was really exceptional, but I got kinda disappointed with the sound quality, I even downloaded an EQ app on my phone to try making it better. For the lower price and sound quality, I think it might be fake - but I could register its serial number on the warranty without problem, so I'm really confused. Is there any chance that the counterfeit products now have 'legit' serial numbers? Also, I can't connect the headphone on the Audio app. If you need, pictures of the product/packaging, I can that them later Thanks :)

Hi I'm looking for a library that will allow me to monitor all audio coming out of my computer for Python. I tried looking online for modules that may allow me to do this, however, the only one I found was Soundflower for Macs only. Any ideas for Windows? My end goal is to be able to create a filter for all audio coming out of the computer, like a customized version of Razer Surround Sound that can omegle add filters as well.

I wish to use the Blackshark V2 Pro wired but the 3.5mm jack cable only has 1 jack connector making you choose between headphones or microphone. Do i need a splitter? And if so, i read a reddit post saying it didn't work for them, so what splitter do i need? Also, i never need to charge them if i only use them wired, right?

I have had this headset for a while now, when I pressed the pause button on the left earcup it would pauses/unpauses only whatever was playing in the background (e.g. if I was listening to Spotify and then I went to watch a video on YouTube and I pressed the button it would only pause Spotify), however recently when I press the button it pauses/unpauses every which is playing (this is especially bad as if I have one thing playing and one paused and then I press the button it would pause the thing which was playing but also unpause the thing which was paused). I would much prefer it to only pause back ground audio. Is there was a way to fix it?

I have a Nari Ultimate and as a diligent user when Razer says I have a software update for Synapse I go ahead and do it. However now many of my audio options have changed and no matter what I do I can no longer get audio out when I choose the THX option. These are the new sound options I have: As you can see I have "Headphones (THX Spatial Audio), but when that is selected alas there is no sound. Before the update my THX was working fine I had the option Speakers (THX Spatial - Synapse) and things were fine. In Synapse itself: When I press on the "Set as Default" it does nothing and again even if I set it manually the Calibration is not heard. Any ideas how I get my THX to work again?

I currently have beyerdynamic DT 990 pro with a SoundblasterX G6 DAC Amp. Inquiring to see if there is better set up than this for FPS games. I play a decent amount of Hunt: Showdown and the sound of that game is amazing if you have the right headset/sound.

Hi, I noticed that after the 3.7.429.42716 update that my Headphone: Nari Ultimate Wireless is stuck in the loading/pairing icon. I have found the completely closing Synapses and Razer Central fixes the issue until the next time I use them. I have used the Dongle Repair and Pairing Software but no luck in fixing the issue. I can still hear sounds, but I cannot access the Audio Tab in Synapse to change settings. Thank you for any infomation

Prior to acquiring a Leviathan V2, I used the Razer THX Spatial Audio app in combination with my Razer Nommo Chroma speakers. The THX Spatial Audio app provides a THX Spatial Audio Game Profiles interface with which you can choose between THX Environmental Mode and THX Competitive Mode for supported games (e.g., Call of Duty Modern Warfare or Battlefield 2042). I do not see the equivalent options for the Leviathan V2 dashboard. How do I know what THX Spatial mode the Leviathan V2 is using?

I just received my Leviathan V2 today. I hooked it up and did a sound test. The speakers sound great, however I have no bass. Synapse 3 does not have a bass adjustment for this system. I can choose Stereo or THX Spatial Audio. Also I can switch the center focus on or off (I couldn't tell much difference with this setting). Of course I can select pre-set values such as THX, Games, Songs.. etc. I held the sub woofer up to my ear and I can hear sound coming from it, so I know it is getting a signal. Also, is there going to be an app released for this soon? I would like to disable the power off feature so it doesn't shut down after so many minutes of in-activity.

New to the sound bar.... anyone have some recommended EQ settings for THX? post them here. Thanks!!!
