When connected to both the PS5 and your Phone via Bluetooth can you hear your game and also listen to music from your phone, like with some Steel Series headsets?

Good Day, I recently bought the BlackShark V2 pro as it had great reviews. It sounds amazing, its comfy but i upgraded because i wanted wireless. This is totally disappointing. I am lucky if I get 15-20 feet away before it starts beeping at me ( the sound there is a range issue) a fetch from the 90 or 120 whatever is claimed. I live out in the country, no major intereferance, I can go all the way through my house with my google pixel buds bluetooth, and I have a logitech work headset which is wireless, same deal. Anyone else having these issues? also I get static once in a while too, this is literally sitting at my desk ive seen other posts on this around spatial audio so i disabled that and it definitely helped.

Are you able to have different game profiles for this soundbar? what is the best EQ settings for this?

I get static sound on my newly bought BlackShark V2 X whenever I install 7.1 Surround Sound. Anyone knows what's the problem? I already tried re installing. I even tried uninstalling drivers but it is still the same.

Brand new to the forums here - Hi I recently purchased the Razer Audio Mixer a few weeks ago. It was working fine the first few days, but I have been having issues since and I am trying to get it figured out. If my gaming PC is off and I turn it back on, the audio mixer usually work fine for a few minutes, then the sound will randomly cut off out of nowhere. When this happens though, the audio mixer will stay powered on and it will stay recognized by my PC too, and also will stay recognized within the Razer Synapse app as well. Once the sound cuts out, I have to unplug the usb type C/power cable and plug it back in, in order for me to get audio again. When I go to "test" the sound through Windows, it is showing the audio bar lighting up as if it was making sound, but there is no sound at all. Hi. I never make posts asking for help on a forum but I love my Nari essentials and want to fix it. Basically, a couple weeks ago, randomly, the right side of my headphones completely went out and could only hear VERY QUIET static from it. While the left side of my headphones work perfectly fine. Then about a week later, the right side came back. But now the same issue has popped up, with only one side of my headphones working. I’ve tried a couple fixes, but I can’t find a good answer online, and while the headphones are probably just dead from age (despite getting them a year ago), I still want to see if anyone knows how to fix this before I get new set. so i bought these headphones and I FREAKING LOVED THEM. but now they have gotten on my last freaking nerve. i really REALLY WISH i could get my money back or at least trade them in for something else. ill go by saying charging is a freaking nightmare. i cant walk very far from my pc, my G930s let walk around almost my whole house. i honestly want my money at this point the headset wont charge right and for some reason it will turn on when its connected with usb but as soon as i take the usb off it turns off and the razer app says its like like 90% charge. this headset was amazing at first now its complete bull shit and i want my money or a different headset

Sorry if this is a stupid question :-) I don’t have a PlayStation, but i love the design on them. So i was wondering if its only color differences or it will only work on PlayStation? I have a Xbox One, and i don’t like the color on the Razer Kraken X for Xbox. #girlproblems Lol

Hello, I've connected them to the powersource and using 3.5mm jack. Turned them on by turning the volume button until I heard a click but nothing happens. Also have installed synapse 3. Running out of ideas. PS: didn't work on my other computer (windows 11) either. Same conditions were met.

I have been using Razer Headsets for over 5 years now and i still haven't tried the 7.1 surround sound because i never recieved any Activation Code from Razer Headsets, they said that it should be in the Headset or inside the box but i never found one so i register the headset VIA Warranty thingy in the website i did it 3years ago with my older Kraken Headset and never recieved any code, now its been over 3months since i registerd my Blackshark v2 x and still havnt recieved any code

Hello In January i bought myself a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro headset, the sound is amazing and i really like the headset! Shortly after i started having a sound in the left earcup like something being loose in there. I have now returned it to the store and gotten a brand new Razer Blackshark V2 Pro headset, which is having the same sound from the left earcup, as soon was it was taken out of the box.. Since its a pretty expensive headset i wouldnt expect issues like this. Question. Is there a fix to this? Have i just been unlucky getting another headset with the same issue? - Nielzen

Hi Anybody use razer wireless headset on pc? just wondering what your settings are to get everything working right. if i get the mic working no audio comes through and vice versa. or if i do get everything working right the audio sounds like shit, I've went through every setting i know of and still cant get it to omeglz work.. HELP!!

Hi All, I've purchased a Razer BlackShark v2 Pro Wireless and it's my very first wireless headset. Solid headset but I've noticed an issue when I turn the volume via the volume knob, whenever its too high or too low, the headset will emit a constant static/buzzing noise on the right side of the earcup. I've tried everything in attempt to solve the issues, however all to no avail. I list down the stuffs that I've tried in attempt to solve the issue. 1. Update Firmware 2. Connect to different device to test and test with different USB ports 3. Uninstall and reinstall Razer Synapse 4. Disable all audio enhancement is there any solution to this ? If not, is this something that I can request Replacement (got this headset two days ago) ? Thanks in advance and have a good day.

My product is out of warranty, so there is no chance of getting proper support. However, I would like to *buy* replacement earpads. I was disappointed to find out that despite there being a guide for how to replace the earpads Razer does not seem to sell replacement earpads for the Opus. Is there anywhere I may have missed where I can buy them, or if there's a third party seller that makes them?

Dear Razers, I would like to play with my friends on PC and (due to crossplay) talk with them in PS4/5 Partychat. As it is right now I just connect a in-ear Headphone with the smartphone and put my over-ear headset over it. Not really a suitable solution. Would it be possible to connect the smartphone with a cable to the razer audio mixer and forward the signal from the smarthpone app to my headset and back from headset to the smartphone app? Maybe somebody has already a setup which answers/solves my question/issue? Regards,

I want figure out good setting or somehow thing for deafness perfect... like ASUS has Sonic Radar or something that helps for deafness? I only know ASUS sonic radar and Fortnite has accessibility that shows enemies something nearby warning....

In my opinion, Kraken X for console, Kraken V3 X and Kraken V3 Hypersense are worthful. So, I'll choose beside those three. What should I buy? Please give me the recommendation. Useful information is always welcome. Also, vote opened for 8 weeks.

I just got the blackshark v2 pro and tried connecting the headphones via the 3.5mm ports but the headphones dont come up on the razer synapse software, is this intentional or a bug?

I own a Kraken V3 X and got the 7.1 surround for it, I love it and clipped a bunch of moments with the Nvidia GeForce experience but the audio wasn't recorded. The only thing that was recorded was my mic but not the 7.1 surround sound, I checked on OBS afterward and it's the same problem. Is there any way for me to record the game/system audio on GeForce experience and OBS? (Idc if the recording is in 7.1 or not)
