ello. After using the Blackshark V2 x headset for a while I want to give them to my brother but the surround sound activation code is linked to my account, how can I unlink the code from my account and be able to use it on another account?

System ver is the newest 2004. Already checked for updates...nothing but a green check✓

Hello¬ Im just wondering if anyone could help me? I bought these speakers about two years ago and they were working perfectly fine until a few days ago. Ill push the on button on the speakers and theres the clicking noise but no sign of power despite it being plugged in properly both into the jack point and the back of the speaker. Ive tried different power points and checked my USB and still nothing. Theres no sign of damage to the power plug and cords either? I think I might just need another power connection but the problem is I live in New Zealand and can't seem to find a replacement anywhere. I could buy an american powerplug for the speakers but then Id have to use a converter and New Zealand has higher voltage so Im not sure about the longevity of that setup. G'day mates, Recentally i got blackshark v2pro for christmas and after couple of days i noticed that the left earcup had lose parts or something as there was rattling sound coming from it every time i moved my head. I am a student and i have to have my earphones on all day. At first i thought that i would get used to it, but here i am almost 2 months later, my ear hurts uncontrollably after just a hour bcs i move my head so much. Is there any way to resolve this or do i have to get a refund?

Short story: Want to report that Synapse 3 THX Spatial Audio on AUTO its broken and when joining any game it will automatic disabled the entire THX Spatial Audio even if the Synapse 3 shows its enabled. Long story: Better explication: So having the THX Spatial Audio enabled for games, but on "auto" not "manual" is not working at all, (at least on games) how I got this conclution, so I tested the audio that I receveid on the BlackShark V2. 1)I joining a game I hear a sound, I minimize the game and I go disabled THX still hear the sound from the game on backgorund, (I dont notice any difference when disabling the THX), now I enable again and I can fell the difference on sound, but here the bug its coming, pay atention when click on the game again to play, it will auto disabled and actually I can notice the sound that is different from the desktop where just few seconds ago I enabled it. So again I minimize the game and I check if THX still enabled, yes it show enabled, but I click on

iv only just discovered that there was a app for 7.1 surround so i installed it and its asking for a activation code, i brought the head set back in 2019 so just my luck i never kept the box , I have registered my product online and with prof of purchase, is there any way of buying or getting a code if my head set is compatible. thanks

I have the HammerHead true wireless earbud and my question is the upgrade to the HammerHead Pro worth the investment ? how is the sound quality compared between them ? I also noticed that HammerHead have 13 mm drive compared to the 10 mm drive in the pro version. So is the upgrade worth it ?

So, when my wife and I are watching movies later at night we like to crank the volume; our kids don't really enjoy it as much. I was thinking of using a bluetooth transmitter to support two headphones but most gaming BT headsets aren't that great with latency (not something I want when watching a movie). I was thinking of upgrading my gaming headset to the Nari Ultimate but I can't figure out a way to connect the audio output (keeping it at high quality) to use the USB transmitter. The caveat to that is I would need it to split it between two USB outputs for use at the same time. Is there some sort of HDMI to dual USB(powered) output that would support the use of the headsets? Somehow I don't think this is a thing.... BTW, I really enjoy my Razer headset I have now and as I look through all the reviews and opinions of all the different headsets out there I'd rather stick to the ones I know are good on sound. Hi, I have a problem with my "Nari Ultimate" When I connect to a PC or PS4 the Wireless USB transceiver, regularly it is not recognized, and takes the name "Avnera AV6301" What can we do to this please Am I the only one ? o_O

I know it doesn't effect the headphones quality, but for some reason my new Razer Kraken Tournament Edition headset don't light up. I have tried reinstalling drivers and updating all my drivers yet still no luck. Anyone have the same issue as me? Anyone could possibly know the solution, I like the lights.

Hi, I have a Razor kraken kitty, i paid for it with my own money, as it was my birthday money, im only 17, so this was a big deal for me, but ever since ive got it, Synapse 3 has been making my pc crash. In the event viewer, I only see an error related to the headset driver crashing: The device HID-compliant headset (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem. I did see the error with the location displayed before and it was the location of the USB. I tried to uninstall Synapse 3 and download Synapse 2, hopeing that would work, but I use my headset for discord calls, games, netflix at ngiht, etc, but no one can hear me, and i cant hear them, Synapse 2 isnt picking up my headset, What should I do? Ive switched USB slots 2.0 and 3.0 ive repaired and uninstalled synapse. all my other razer devices are being detected. the headset was being detected last week but just disappeared one day
