Hey everybody, Always played my Thresher 7.1 on ps4, just got an ps5 and did try connect it but can’t find it some how. Does anybody know if and how i can connect a Thresher 7.1 on PS5???

For some reason, my razer Kraken X is not appearing on the razer synapse software. This is actually my second Kraken X as the first developed this really annoying crackling noise after a couple of weeks. But for whatever reason, it just won't come up. I have tried to manually sink it and it appears on the chrome devices page but not on the actual software. Does anyone know what I could try to solve this issue? Thanks

The mic wire in the headphone cables seems to be broken (chewed through by a rabbit). Has anyone tried to repair the headphone cable? Before I start soldering my fingers to the cable, does anyone know what the wires are inside the cable? Apparently the wires are insanely thin and intertwined with some sort of fabric so I want to eliminate guess work and trial and error as much as possible.

My Nari Ultimate mutes the sound system fully when the output sound is not loud enough, and I don't want it to act like that. I want it to be working 24/7 unless I push the mute button on the side of the headset. Any ideas..?

Hi, is there a list of beeping my headphones do and their meening? I can identify at least 3 different melodies. I could not find any description of them. Cheers

I have a Razer Nari and when i want to be in an Xbox Part through Game bar the headphones only output one of the audio channels at a time, when the headset output is disabled through the Windows Sounds settings Game bar doesn't recognize Razer Nari - Game as a output device even though it is selected. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

When my Blackshark V2 Pro headset has the dial turned all the way down I can still hear sound coming from my computer. I went trhough troubleshooting with razer support and they ended up sending a replacement headset and I have the same issue on the new headset. I have tried updating firmware, restarting my computer, uninstalling drivers from the device manager, and restarting my computer. Anyone have any more ideas? Rencently I bought a Razer Blackshark V2X headset and I using it in a laptop with Windows 10, but the problem is that when I use the Mic, this doesn't cancel the background noise, so my voice and other noises go thru the mic. I know it sounds a little strange, but I don't know how to translate it into English from my own language. When I watch a normal video or music video from Chrome with THX feature turned on on Synapse 3, I hear a burst of sound almost regularly for a second, when I rewind the video and listen to the same place again, I do not hear this sound. Is it because THX is on? Should I not use the THX feature on Chrome? Could you please help? I just bought the headset and I am unsure if it is a return. Update: Another situation I have just noticed is that I hear a similar crackling noise when I press the Discord PTT button. Again, it is not always heard, for example, when I press push-to-talk, I hear the normal only informing sound of the discord. The next time I press the discord, a crackling sound is heard from the back along with the informing sound of the discord. In the interest of helping you guys out since I know Christmas is around the corner and more than likely people will be getting this headset I will try to detail the workarounds. If you're to use it wireless and have other peripherals that are wireless as well connected through USB your headset will pick up that signal and will try to connect to it. Hello all! I'm not audio whizz, but I do know a few things about getting better mic and sound quality in desktops. Usually this involves XLR connectivity and better soundcards, but with a laptop those sorts of options aren't a thing. Recently I bought a Razer Laptop and have since been looking for the best option to upgrade better sound and microphone quality. Should I buy an external soundcard, or is there another work-around? I'm also wondering if anyone is or has been in the same boat. Thank you all!

I have noticed that Razer has done collaborations with Pokémon, Sanrio, Doraemon, One Piece, Hyperspeed, A Bathing Ape, Star Wars, Cyberpunk 2077, Overwatch, Gears 5. I have no doubt I have missed a fair few. I was thinking, why not do a Pikachu headset? All yellow headset with Pikachu ears and the muffs/speakers light up red. Am I wrong for wanting this? My razer hammerhead true wireless can't use their full potential sound when i increase to the max volume from my xiaomi devices.I tried to max the volume from my old samsung device and the earbuds have used truly their full potential of sound.I think razer have to fix that issue with sound.

I am looking to buy the Razer Nari, wich supports THX. In the razer store, there is an THX app, wich lets you create profiles,ect. Does the Razer Nari come bundled with this app, or do i need to buy it separately? Do all the features of the THX app come in Razer Synapse or is it a totally different app?

Hey all! I've had the Nommo Chroma speakers for about 2 years now. A few times in the past couple of months, they'll randomly turn ALL the way up or ALL the way down - no matter how much I try to scroll it in the other direction it'll slide right back up. Rebooting sometimes fixes it, other times I have to uninstall and then reinstall the drivers. Doesn't happen with other audio devices, and it's super random - like halfway through a youtube video or when I'm listening to music and not even at the computer. Anyone have any ideas?

Guys I have a USB kraken and it is working perfectly, except for the microphone part. I need information about the welding order of the cables, as shown in the photos that I leave here attached. Does anyone have this information so I can get it working again?

Sometimes when use my Hammerhead TWS, ear buds the audio has artifacts that sound like auto-tune. digital distortion in High end. could be phase problems or some other distortion, I don't know It there some way top reset the audio ?

Hey guys, Im pretty much using only Razer devices. Monitor, Headset, Keyboard, Mouse. So I srsly want to stay with Razer. Here my question; is there a BT Razer Headset, maybe The Kraken BT?, which is able to use multiple devices as Sound output? Means, Im currently using a workstation laptop and pc. Have a lot of work calls which I NEED to answer on my laptop, but in the meantime I still need the sound output of my PC on my headset. Is that even possible via BT? The issue is, my Laptop is pretty new, does only have a 3,5mm jack which combines MIC and Sound, so I cant just get a 3,5mm bridge and have to use BT. Thanks in advance for your reply.
