I would like to ask what is the best replacement for Razer seiren cable for me able to use it? Or atleast where can I buy it here at Philippines.

I got my V2 pro today in installed it first i had a tab at the Audio V2 Pro and THX but in synapse 3 the THX audio was disabled all the time and the tabs where blank after i read a couple forums the resolution was uninstall and install again but know i only have in my soundbar the V2 pro and THX is completly gone so now i have 200€ Stereo Headset. Does someone know a solution ? If not i gona return this headset and never buy razer again.Here's my problem, ever since I updated the software the THX Spatial Audio Input disappeared from my audio list. I've reinstalled synapse multiple times and it still hasn't come back.

So I got this headset, its amazing compared to my last one, light and sounds clear. problems I have is mainly THX makes VC sound super weird, I would prefer having THX only for game sound and discord and TS to be stereo or something like that. as for EQ I been trying some stuff and I end up going back to GAME preset and 50 bass boost. as for MIC I just run broadcast preset. So looking if anyone has tuned this headset to its maximum, atleast in mic and THX category.

My razer seiren mini sensitivity keeps randomly going up I thought it may be soundpad but it does it even if it is not running. Anyone got a fix?

Hi Just got my Nari and connected it with no issue to Xbox series X but can’t seem to get the Razer app to detect it. App keeps telling me to pair the headset but it’s already paired and working. Does app work and let you configure / update headset etc or is it unnecessary if I am paired direct to console ? thanks in advance

Hi, my thx spatial audio disapeared wich make the program unusable. I re install, clean uninstall and reinstall it.. still no driver.. please help....

I just had my speakers take a tumble off of my desk and when the right speaker hit the ground it came off of the base. I've been trying to fix it for a while with barely any luck. I can get in on the base and glue it back, but the problem is since the right speaker controls it I need to try and get two strips back into their places in the base. I've gotten them fairly far in, but can't get it any farther. The base lit up very briefly so I think I'm close. I was wondering if there was an easier way or if it's even possible to get them working again, I don't really have the funds to replace them now and I need sound on my computer for classes.

For some reason the maxed out volume isn’t anywhere near loud enough, even a normal volume. If I wear these with a bike ride or something with loud surroundings I probably won’t even hear the music. I’m not sure if there’s a setting I’m missing or if this is it?

I own a Razer Nari Headphones and I'm just wondering if I still need the THX Spatial Audio App or is it just the same with the THX Spatial Synapse found on Synapse 3?

I've noticed that the mic on my black sharks have gotten noticeably less stiff than when I got them, is this just normal breaking in? also, is the microphone known to be durable?

So I have become very proud to rick all the Razer products i can afford to get as soon as i could get them and at the moment i am missing a Razer Headset to complete my main peripherals for my BATTLESTATION. So i am asking you all for your opinion on what Razer Headset , you think every streamer should buy and use and explain why. I am a massive Warzone player, i also play PUBG, Fortnite and will be looking at the new battlefield game. So crisp audio, directional sound and sensitivity are all paramount for me at the moment. I would Prefer Wireless so save tying myself up in the cable. Otherwise Shower me with your thoughts and suggestion

Hello folks This is the last result I have been trying everything to fix my razer nomo chroma and razer seiren remote. it shows up in my Bluetooth and other devices but not in sound setting playback and recording what I did Freshly installed windows 10 reinstalled drivers in need of help, any suggestion or fix is welcome Razer USB sound card is my headset and the only thing that is working atm.

I hope anyone in here knows how to setup a decent sound for FPS Games.. for me personally Warzone.. the sound works simutaneously with Dolby Atmos and settings from Dolby App or Windows Sonic which does not feature any eq options... there should be some guide how to setup a decent sound. Im using a setup for dolby atmos eq which works really good for warzone but the kaira eq needs to be optimized for games like warzone too.. hope anyone can help:) Thanks, Tozaah

I notice that quite often, my THX Spatial Audio application mixer settings (output) often get resets. It resets back to "Stereo" instead of "THX Spatial Audio". Then applications are lost and I got to click and change the settings one by one. Anyway to prevent this from happening?

ok so like a lot of people i had an issue with my mic in chat. spent a lot of time changing settings and forcing people in discord to be guinea pigs. these are the settings i found got rid of echo like in a hallway and to make it well, work. synapse works fine. as long as you dont get too far and it does the weird reconnect thing i have mic volume 100% no enhancements side note works fine now. mic sens is auto headset earphone in manage audio devices set default communication device headphones set default device headset microphone in recording set razer nari chat default device, and in proporties its set 1 channel 16 bit 48000 hz dvd quality for some reason input device on discord is default, and output selected headphones razer nari ultimate - game, voice active, auto input sensitivity selected, and i have echo cancellation, noise suppression, and automatic gain control on. also probably doesnt matter but enable quality of service high packet priority is also enabled. hope this helps

Hi, my audio just constantly keeps cutting out. It used to be intermittently but now if it happens once, it just recurs. I've checked the support and it said that all of my drivers were up to date, and I was very careful with the headset (obviously because of the price) so there should be no physical issues. Is there anyone who knows how to fix this issue please?

Hi everyone, I'm interested in these headphones mainly for games like Battlefield/ COD, but I can't find some infos if Razer Blackshark v2 pro can connect xbox series x wirelessly due to transceiver? I'm not interested in connection through 3,5mm Jack. So, it works wireless due to transceiver with my xbox series x or no? Thanks in advantage for your help!

Hello, has anyone here successfully connected his Kaira Pro to PC via Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10? It just won't work for me. I have the latest drivers for the wireless adapter in my system and the headphones have the latest firmware. The adapter was bundled with an Xbox Series X controller. On the Xbox Series X, the wireless connection works. The Bluetooth 5 connection with my phone also works. Razer support wants to replace the headset, but I'm afraid that won't solve my problem. Do you guys have any ideas? Tanks and Regards

Hello guys, I recently bought a Nari Ultimate. Altough its a great headset I am experiencing a wierd problem. Whenever I disable the mic, the sound turns terrible. Stuttery, low volume to overpowered and back withing seconds. I rebooted my pc but problems maintain. What could cause this problem? Cheers! Marten

So when I enter a voice call on Discord Windows app, all sounds will be muted if I set the Discord output to "Razer Nari Ultimate - Chat". The only workaround it is if I set the setting on Discord's output to "Default". Then and only then will I have sound coming from my game, Discord & Spotify etc. But with that setting I can't make use of the slider on the left earcup to balance out the chat and game audio. Currently my Windows default sound is the "THX Spatial Surround Sound", the default communications sound is the "Razer Nari Ultimate - Chat" sound output. If I set the default sound to "Razer Nari Ultimate - Game" there will be no sound. Communications settings have been set to "do nothing" when I am on a call in Windows settings. I have reinstalled Synapse 3 and Discord multiple times. Discord support said it's an issue with Razer and not them. Has anyone else experienced this before? What's the fix for it? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Whenever I'm on a Discord voice channel, I always hear crackling and popping noises whenever any form of audio is playing (games/videos/music) on any software outside of Discord itself. The audio when chatting with friends isn't crackling but the audio of music and videos from Google Chrome or Media Player as well as video games are crackling whenever I'm on a voice channel (Discord can be active and my audio will not crackle unless I actually enter voice channel). I have tested and found this to be true by playing music (hearing it clearly), then entering a voice channel (music starts crackling), leaving the voice channel (hearing it clearly again), then entering a new voice channel from different servers (music starts crackling again). This problem doesn't occur when I'm using my Razer Blade 15 speakers and other devices. I'm inclined to believe that this is a software issue since the Nari works works perfectly fine outside of this instance. I'm not sure whether this is on Discord'

I've bought numerous items from Razer and for the most I've been happy. However 2 days ago my Nari Wireless head just breaks at the head band and the speaker. I've opened a ticket and I'm being told that it's not covered for replacement. I've had it less than 6 months with an extended warranty and they aren't going to cover the item, or refund the cost of the warranty.
