Dear razer support, I am asking question about (razer seiren v2 x) device. Is the headphone port on the back of the microphone only for monitoring in and outgoing voice or can i use it for listening music and stuff (like playing game , casual use). because my computer headphone port (jack) seems broken because when i start play a game i hear some sizzle on my left side ( no problem when i'm not playing games) maybe it can be useful when using iphone earphone on computer. Sincerely,
so i am having this issue with my streaming PC. its a Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H Rev 1.0 mother board with a i7-3770k CPU, and i have my Ripsaw HD, Kiyo, and Kraken TE headset controller plugged into the back of the PC in the USB 3.0 ports. however the issue it windows is telling me they preform faster when plugged into 3.0... but they ARE plugged into 3.0! so i am trying to find out what i need to do to fix this. everything is updated, drivers are good, no updates from windows. i tried all the USB 3.0 ports and its still telling me they preform better in 3.0 (again...THEY ARE PLUGGED INTO 3.0). this is driving me nuts! edit: i was able to solve the issue with everything by plugging in the cable that came with the Ripsaw HD.
My Seiren X just started to pick up my voice as if I'm across the room even if it's just inches from my face. I know the mic isn't broken because it randomly worked earlier but is back to making me sound like I'm whispering. Here are the things I've already tried: Going to the Sound Control Panel and adjusting Levels. (They were already maxed out. There is also no boost option.) Uninstalling its drivers and plugging it back in. Unchecked "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device." Switching USB ports. Installing Razer Synapse. It doesn't support the Seiren X, but I thought I'd try. Updating the motherboard's audio drivers. Any other piece of advice would be appreciated.
Hi, I'm new to this forum. I've been having an issue with the Razer Kiyo when using it on Zoom. It seems to keep adjusting the light when I move making my video sometimes overexposed. I have the autofocus turned off, it's on manual. The ring light is off as it gives off a halo effect when on. The room is bright enough, with no additional light source anywhere else. I can't seem to find anything on auto light adjustment and I don't understand why it's doing it. I've also turned off the auto low light setting on Zoom. Does anyone face the same issue?
Every time I try to show any sort of Video using the Ripsaw, the video freezes on stream. I am not changing the settings for resolution or anything, and even if I wanted to there is not another one that I am allowed to change it to. The Audio meter also stops moving, but I am still able to hear the audio. I don't know why this is happening, I literally just got he product today.
Hello can someone tell me how I can change the Volume for example when I play a game or listen to music the stream also hears it as loud as I’m. I want to hear different volumes for me and the stream. i was using Nexus before and I was able to change the volumes on the go from the device. would be cool if we can for example hold the mute button for a sec and it changes from Streammix to Audiomix and vice versa.
Dear Razer Support I got problem when i turn on my PC microphone seiren emote not popup light but sound is working. I try to plug off many time and back to work but i'm tired to do this every time. often it not light until i reboot PC and plug off and plug in many time. I got the Ripsaw earlier this spring and I've connected it to the HDMI-out on my gaming pc and mirror/clone the main Displayport output to the HDMI. For a while it worked fine, gaming in 1440p and streaming in 1080p, but last night when I was about to stream the Ripsaw said the resolution changed from 1080p60fps to 1440p30fps and there is no video signal in StreamlabsOBS. Did Razer change anything related to the Ripsaw in the latest Synapse update? Is there any way to force the Ripsaw to only output 1080p60fps?
Hey all, I’ve seen a lot online about audio issues and I’ve tried a lot of the fixes but not making any headway. The only time I end up getting audio from the ps5 to streamlabs is when I plug in my headset into the ripsaw speaker jack. I usually have my headset and plugged into my controller for sound plus mic. Has anyone been able to sort this out? My other solution/problem was to just have it plugged into the ripsaw but then at some point buy a microphone, only problem with that is getting my voice to people on the ps5. Anyone with any recommendations or advice? I’m quite new to streamlabs so any help would be appreciated, and if you need anymore info let me know!
Hello I plan to buy one of Razer’s microphones (most likely the Serien Mini or Seiren V2 X) but I use a 5.1 surround sound speaker set and generally play loud games and I do not want the speaker sound to be picked up by the microphone. Is anybody able to confirm that theses microphones are good enough for this? Many thanks Jack
Reply below if you want razer to make a pcie capture card like the elgato 1. Yes it reduces the features that it can potentially have, but would be cool to have options for a more compact and clean setup. 4k60hz is preferred. If it is a possibility to have more usb and aux ports, that would be nice too. RGB is also a nice little unique feature for razer to add.
As someone who doesn't stream or create content much, I'm not really all that experienced with the technicalities involved with content creation and streaming, from the electronic components to the lighting to the audio input/output. As such, I wanted to ask something of you out there, who stream or create content, or know people who stream and/or create content: What setups do you use for streaming? This would obviously include any relevant specs from your PC (or mobile devices, if that's your game), but I'm more interested (and I'm sure others are interested as well) in the streaming/content-creating components. This could be anything from lighting devices, soundproofing boards, headsets, microphones, software, capture cards, and so on. And to include the community, tell us what main part(s) of your setup you would recommend for casual or new streamers!
This happened in the past, but it's more recent now, so whenever I move my mic the wire would somehow disconnect or not disconnect, my friend will say why is your voice so high pitch and laggy, I then check discord hear audio and it is bad, I just found out that if I unplug the wire and plug it back in, it would work but it is very tedious and I would want to know what I should do to stop make this thing happen
My Seiren X seems to have an issue with capturing audio. Whenever I try to use it, it will capture in constant bursts of a few seconds of no problems followed by a sudden drop in volume or something, and just does that over and over. I'm not sure what to do here, as it even does this on another computer, where it also has a constant background beeping noise as well. Any help at all would be appreciated.
This camera has been my least favorite peripheral purchase in 10 years. Has never worked right, Is not supported properly. Now it is completely blurry despite, uninstalling and reinstalling what were already the most current drivers. No good. Not Happy. Doubt that I will receive help from Razer here....
