firmware 1.1, no stick drift, but down and right directional buttons do not work. when resetting the controller in the BT settings of the PS4, they happen to work, but the next day, its the same problem again...

read in a different post someone has a raiju ultimate with firmware 1.04 would like a link for the updater posted here if possible so everyone has access to it or an official reply from someone as to know why this firmware is not yet public.

Hello, I have this issue on my raiju ultimate controller on PS4. For information, this problem is on ANTHEM only... With my right stick, turning right is just fine, however, turning left is like 25 to 50% slower in comparison. How is this possible? What is causing this?

Can anyone please give me the 1.04 update to fix this? My controller is unplayable and I've had no help after contacting support.

Also posted in support forum: I'm getting more and more frustrated with this controller. Bought it last year in september. We all know that the first generation of the raiju ultimate had problems such as input lag and stick drift. As of now i'm on my third replacement. The new batch of raiju ultimate controllers had new firmware installed (1.04). My second unit was of the new batch. No more stick drift or input lag. However it had major Bluetooth issues. Now my third replacement with firmware 1.04 seemed flawless. Yes it seemed. Though i dont have any issues such as stick drift, input lag, or even Bluetooth problems. My L2 button is sometimes stuck. Wether it's in hair trigger mode or not. When i blow inside the controller it goes away. Today i bought a compressed air can spray. It worked.......for 10 minutes. Right now i'm at a point that i'm starting to think that this controller is cursed by all the gods that excist. I contacted razer support, they want video proof. Again. I real

So that could explain why blowing inside the sticks worked for a bit and why the problems appear after one month max.

This is my second Raiju and it came with v1.04 firmware installed. My first Raiju, which I returned, was the older version that I updated to v1.03. This second Rajiu has performed "better" than the first. At least in terms of not just going totally crazy in the middle of game play. It does, however, not perform correctly. I don't know if it's input lag or hypersensitive stick input, but it is virtually impossible to use this controller on Overwatch. The movement on the screen does not track reliable to what I think I'm doing with the sticks. I have tried numerous in game adjustments to sensitivity and aim tracking, but none of them have helped. I'm having a hard time pinning down exactly what is happening, but whatever it is, the controller is unusable. I have tested this thing against both my stock Dualshocks and my SCUF Infinity, and there is just very weird how the Raiju translates stick movement. I received my new Raiju Tournament Edition on Friday and spent the weekend playing Overwatch with it. First off, it is way, way, way more stable and usable than my previous Raiju. I have not noticed any stick drifting or connection problems. However, there still seems to be weirdness in stick responsiveness. In many instances, I'll be turning to aim at a target, and the reticle will pause and then overshoot my intended target. I don't know if this is lag or what, but it happens fairly frequently. I have switched back and forth between my dual shocks and this raiju and the dual shock definitely tracks much more smoothly than the Raiju. I guess I would say that the Raiju response sometimes becomes "Jerky". I am sitting about 6 feet away from the Console using bluetooth. I have only tested this on Overwatch, so I don't know what the controller does on other games. This new controller came with v1.04 installed, so I assume it's the newest version. Has anyone else encountered this sort

I've been reading the community for a while, I have a Razer Raiju Tournament Edition with firmware 1.03. It seemed that Razer at last took himself seriously in solving the command, less still the drift of the left stick and as a final solution .... does he take out a new command ?! There will be no more support for this and have decided to take a new command ?! Please Razer, react to fix this.

Hi all I my Raiju Tournament Edition just arrived from an Amazon reseller (I'm in the US). The product page explicitly specified that this was the 1.04 version as the same seller had a different page where it had all the negative reviews and said it was 1.03. Reading some post on the forums here, apparently the 1.04 P/N should be RZ06-02600300-R3G1, though mine is RZ06-02610100-R3A1. Before I open this and struggle with the return process, can anyone with this part number tell me what version they are on? Thanks

Just got off chat with Razer customer support and was told that the Raiju TE and Ultimate won't be officially sold in the USA due to licensing agreements. Yes, you can buy one off Amazon, but you have no way of knowing whether it will be the newest version. This sucks. I guess I'll wait for the Astro C40.

Is there a way to configure the stick sensitivity on the Raiju TE? I know about the "Sensitivity Brake" button and that works fine. But I want to know if you can set the stick sensitivity with having to push the button?

I have waited for many months like many here, tried the v1.01, tried the v1.02 beta, tried the v1.03. Nothing changed with the stick drift. So fellow members have been hearing about a new batch of controllers that works perfectly. Also people have been talking of the Ultimate controller being out of stock for a couple weeks everywhere. So after it gets back on stock people have been getting a newer batch with v1.04 inside and its been working perfectly. So i decide to RMA (return with warranty) my controller as well. I would like to request an update on the progress of the 1.02 firmware for the Raiju Ultimate and TE controllers. I received the beta version of the firmware on November 14th, and it's nearing two months now, without any word on a finalized version. The beta firmware has fixed most of the BT input lag I was experiencing, but has introduced severe lag spikes when my Ultimate controller is being used in wired mode. It's extremely frustrating to have a beta firmware that is so close to fixing the issues, and it taking so long to be released in a finalized version. Two months is way too long for you not to give us some sort of update on the progress, and if I don't hear anything by the end of this month, I'll be returning the controller for a full refund. If you truly cannot fix the issues with a firmware update, maybe a mass recall of this faulty product would be in order, but I doubt Razer cares enough about their customers to do this.

Does anyone know of any resellers that are setling the latest Raiju TE with firmware v1.4 installed in the USA. The vendor setling on Amazon only seems to have the older version.

Hi all, my wife and I both have the Ultimate. We are both on 1.03. huge drift issues. I've talked to 3 different reps now. Apparently they are out of stock on the new version. And no time frame. They offered me a credit of 262 usd to use on the store per controller, less then what I paid. There is nothing I want on the store. So I'm kind of at a loss here. I don't know what to do. The tournament is out also How did you guys get it? So no firmware update, no controller . 500 credit to use on what? I just want two working controllers. On top of it, support has been not easy to work with. Can anyone lend a hand? Does Razer watch these forums? What else can I do? Do I need to take it apart and fix it myself?????

Ordered my Raiju Ultimate on the 29th January, unaware of any wireless latency issues. I guess I got lucky, since they posted this on the 28th. /note-regarding-the-razer-raiju-ultimate-and-tournament-edition.46534/ Not sure if my firmware is the latest, but I'm not experiencing any lag on wireless, or any stick drift at all. There is one thing I have a problem with though, why does the 3.5mm port not work when it's on wireless? Feels like a marketing issue to get people to purchase the Thresher Ultimate for the bluetooth. Although it's kinda working and I am planning to get it, I'm here to find out if there's any workaround for this. Don't want to spend $420 on a headset just to find out that there's another method to use the 3.5mm port. Google isn't helping. Options would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I received my Raiju on Thursday from Amazon and during the first day of use, I was having all kinds of issues. Random movement, drifting, and severe lag. It had v 1.1 firmware installed. I downloaded v1.3 installer, finally found a windows computer I could use, and installed the new firmware. Anyway, with the new firmware installed, my issues seem to have disappeared. I played for 3 hours last night and nothing seem to go wrong. PS - I still think the iPhone/Android App needs to handle the firmware updates for the controller. Almost every other device I own that has an app and needs updates, does it through the app.

After installing v1.3 firmware and thinking even was fixed, I started playing a comp match in Overwatch. About 3 minutes in, the controller went haywire. It was like it had a mind of its own. Really sad because I like this controller, but I don’t trust it now. I guess I’ll rebuy it in the future and hope I get a newer model.

Hi, Id like to say upfront I only tested the controller on Fortnite on a PS4 Pro. I felt it’s most noticeable on a game that requires fast input and it wouldn’t be of much use using it on a turn based or single player rpg as it doesn’t always provide you with the correct feedback. WIRELESS V1.01 I played with the controller for about 7 hours on the 1.01 version which it came out of the box with which was a god awful experience both wireless and wired. The input lag was unbearable ( half a second at times ) tho I didn’t get any stick drift but it might not have been noticeable due to the insane input lag. WIRED V1.01 Wired started out great but as time went by over the course of 3-4 hours the stick drift appeared every 30 seconds and it would litterally move across the screen on its own. On almost device I own that has an associated iPhone app, the App itself checks for firmware updates for the connected device and updates as appropriate. It’s absurd to require us to have a Windows PC to perform firmware updates on a device that I am going to use exclusively on a PS4 console.

So i had the same problems as everyone else with my controller from start, and updating it just made it worse. few days ago i got so mad after getting killed in blackout because of the drift that i simply pushed down the right stick and blew my life into the controller, and i also pulled and pushed the sticks up and down in the socket. Havent had any drift since then, my guess is that there is somekind of dust inside from production, making the sensors inside the controller go wild? This worked for me, and i hope that is working for at least some of you. 1. push down the sticks and blow hard into the sockets 2. pull and push the sticks in/out of the sockets ( i was mad so i did it really hard, be careful :D ) Hope it helps!
