Razer Wolverine V2 I can't access the key change option, I have a gray screen! Do you have a solution?

When can we expect the Wolverine V2 Pro PS5 controller to have Synapse 4 integration? I assume it will as I just found out the v3 pro got this support in a firmware update a month ago. There should't be a reason why this one can not right? Especially since Razer doesn't even offer a PS5 version of the V3.I just want fully remapable buttons please…Incredibly frustrating when Razer releases products and then a couple years later release a version X of the same product which gets full attention in software development and the older one left in the bin. Makes me hesitent of buying razer products if they have been out for more than a year.Apologize for the title misspelling I just noticed I can't edit.

I just bought the Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition controller, and when using the "Razer Controller Setup For Xbox" app, the tutorial says I can just hold the little circle button on the controller followed by either A,B,X,Y to switch profiles.Unfortunately I've found no way of actually mapping the profiles to the ABXY buttons. I'm guessing there IS a way, as the tutorial explicitly said there was, but I've not figured it out.

I'm having a issue with the app called Razer controller setup for pc when i open the app and want to edit the key mapping the screen just turn grey and i can do nothing except going back to main menuim using Wolverine v2 and im on windows 11its been working fine for a long time then suddenly not, i have tried to uninstall the app and also clear app data  

Could someone comment on why only the M buttons are remappable?The Elite 2 and PowerA Fusion Pro 4 allow this. Why not the V3? Thanks

So... My Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition at random moments in the game is either disconnecting or input just stops working and I need to manually reconnect my controller but even after this there is no guarantee that it will help and this happens in this game at random moments if I use vibration. And also I experienced issue that randomly in the game my controller input stops working / breaks and also the controller was vibrating HARD and even if I ALT + F4 the game the controller was still vibrating HARD, so I needed to manually reconnect it to stop it. I was experimenting, resetting via Razer Controller Setup App on Windows but this did not help, I was reinstalling this app this did not help, I was deleting/reinstalling drivers in device manager this also did not help, the Only thing that helped me was completely turn OFF vibration in the Razer software and in the game, but damn… I like vibration and I want to play with it but I can't because I have no idea whether it is Razer

Soo I’ve been using this controller for a few years now, the extra buttons and the nice thumbsticks. All the buttons felt so sensitive and efficient, trigger stops were a nice touch. My 100% Main favorite part was the nearly perfect 0 Deadzone that I could not find ANYWHERE else, especially for a good price. I recently bought my second one after years of abusing the first, and while setting up the controller Via the Razer App for Xbox I noticed 0 Deadzone is not a thing anymore. It starts at 1 for the deadzone scaling, which seems about 5%. It’s too much, every game I play feels clunky and unresponsive. This is the worst experience ever, anyone know how to revert the software update on the controller or the app? Or another controller brand with true 0 deadzone, I hate this thing now.

my razer controller setup for xbox hasn’t work since the update, i’m currently using an razer wolverine ultimate, and i can’t map any buttons or change my profiles, even though i tried uninstalling the app

I am on PC. I can not figure out how to remap the share button.  I had a PowerA controller before this and it allow me to remap the share button in steam to a keyboard input.  I have my Wolverine V3 remapped in steam but it doesn’t do anything.  It can be useful for push to talk on PC games.  I downloaded joy2key and it can not even see the share button being pressed.  I understand the rear buttons are only remappable using the Razer software.  Any reason to not allow Windows to see the share button?

I just acquired a Wolverine V3 Pro two weeks ago.  I am impressed overall having used it quite a bit.  Coming from 10 (yes, 10!) different Elite Series 2 controllers I was ready to move on to better things!  (ok, so I like to torture myself 🤣)Anyways…  I am curious about removing the ‘click’ feature of the triggers when in the short travel position.  From what I have read and watched, I am likely in a very small minority for wanting to do this.  I find the pressure to depress the button negatively affects my gameplay in shooter games, but I would like to maintain the shorter throw.  Has anyone been brave enough to try to remove the ‘click’ feature?  Alternatively, are there any ideas on how to reduce the pressure necessary to depress the button?  

This started months ago but has only gotten worse. The slightest motion will disconnect the controller. I've tried 3 other cables and the results are the same. I even both a whole new "high end" cable but nothing has helped. I tried to sit competent still but not it feels like a gentle breeze will disconnect it. It has cost me dearly in gamea where I've been disconnected and died in a crucial moment. I never get mad in games but this almost made me throw the controller into the wall.  There's a fundamental flaw in the design of the USB port and not having a locking mechanism for the cable only makes it worse and a matter of time before the port will disconnect once last time.  I was so happy about the evolution of the controller at first. It seemed that they really listened to the issues with previous iterations. Felt so close to the best controller yet. And then this happens which is such a cheap and lazy failure. 

I love this controller but the ‘Razer Controller Setup for Xbox’ app is terrible:Half the time I open it, and hold the 3 buttons to switch to XBox mode, nothing happens. I need to close and re-open the app, do it again, THEN I can change my profile. You NEED the appt to change the profile, rather than just pressing some buttons on the controller. You used to be able to click a few buttons in the app to switch to PC Mode, but not anymore as of recently. And you never could switch to XBox mode by clicking, always had to press the 3 buttons. Why not just 1 click to switch back and forth? Thankfully I remember the two 3-button combos to switch between them. The app is just slow in general.I saw the Pro Edition recently became supported by Synapse 4 with some new features. Will the Tournament Edition be next, soon? I’m also getting worsening stick drift that I feel like should be able to be calibrated somehow considering they’re hall effect. Maybe in Synapse, if it becomes available?

Can anyone help me please my b button on my v3 pro is my down pad button an no matter what I'm do on the xbox app it won't change back to normal 

Hi all, hope somebody can help before I return this product. I've connected the controller to my PS5, I can navigate the dashboard and play games etc but,  the mute button does not activate my arctic nova wireless headset and the controller will not turn my PS5 on from sleep mode or from off.Also in pairing mode on the PS5 Bluetooth accessories menu it states the "passkey might not be correct* As this is an authorised product for use with the PS5 I'd expect it work easily. Any suggestion?Many thanks.

I have the razor Wolverine tournament edition RZ06-0199. S/N PM2043C01906730On the app I can’t edit the binds for the controller when I click on edit it just shows a blank screen. Before I was able to but after an update it doesn’t allow me anymore. If I could receive support I would greatly appreciate it.

The controller stoped working but it works with another usb-c cable. The strage thing is that the cable that failed just does that when I connect the controller, if I connect my phone it works correctly. Can somebody tell me what is happening? 

Will there be a way to calibrate the thumbsticks on the Wolverine V3 TE to remove stick drift like there now is on the Pro version?

Hello!They already sent me the 3rd controller back, but the same problem. It keeps disconnecting even during gameplay. So it's unplayable! It's been doing this since the firmware update, but the previous one can't be reinstalled... When are they going to do something about this?!!! I can't believe it would be such a big job to fix this! 😤😤😤

Hi to everyone. I updating my Wolverine V3 PRO and it's dongle to latest firmware and I downloaded the Synapse 4 app  but when connected via wireless the unique polling rate option is 250Hz although n the firmware change log on the razer support it's written: Added 500 Hz polling rate mode target for wireless dongle without headphones connected.Do you see the 500 Hz option in Synapse 4 app? 

I can't use my Wolverine Ultimate profiles correctly, and can't edit them either, i tried with My old Wolverine Ultimate and a brand new One, same results. I also uninstall and reinstall The app and The issue persist.

Is there a way to change profiles without going to a separate app? For example, maybe there is a way to change the function button commands? Things like “change profile” are not options, but there are seven options related to RGB lighting?

First is one connection for mice and keyboard, so you use less connections, you can also collect information easier, better synchronization of both peripherals to the computer hardware and internet usage and the game programming, more ergonomic usage and with used less electricity to collect information. The second one is to auto translate languages, so you can speak your native language in any game and others can set a translation for the desired language and not essentially translate the known languages.

I just bought the blackshark v2 x usb and use it on my ps5. But I hear an echo all the time. Can I fix that somehow?
