I want to make it clear that this issue needs to be addressed. With the firmware update, they just went from a gigantic deadzone to a smaller one, but this is not acceptable.Most games already have a non-adjustable native deadzone; so with this controller, you will have a double stacked deadzone, ruining the gameplay experience.We need to be able to adjust it dynamically. I don't need a 5% deadzone or a 1% deadzone; I want to be able to set it to 0%. If the game already has a 20% built-in deadzone, I'm not going to get stick drift with 0%.For a 280€ "Pro" controller, this feature is more than expected. I'm just saying that any FPS Pro would prefer a lower deadzone over a mechanical D-Pad or whatever (nothing against the D-Pad, I liked it, but I can't buy the controller again until this is resolved).

Yo, How can I make the USB ports permanently powered on my Blade 14 ? And also another keyboard problem the numbers are not illuminated while the rest of the keyboard is. Thx for help

Hello,I've had the controller for a while and love it, but something occurred to me last night: neither the D-pad nor the face buttons are re-mappable! How can this be!?The Elite 2, its direct competitor, allows this, and I used it heavily.Please tell me I'm missing something.If not, Razer, please patch this!

Where do I find the new updated version of this product? I've just bought the official controller at full price but I've received the older version with no pivot in the middle of the D-pad. If the official website doesn't sell this new updated product, where can I find it?

So pc controller, New razer raiju ultimate controller connects fine to pc however ,My original when I plug it in Windows makes a sound and it comes up as an xbox 360 controller and works perfectly, When I disconnect windows shows disconnected. My new ones comes up with no noise but in device manager unlike my original comes up as a wired controller also as an audio device.The Bluetooth works perfect and on steam everything seems OK.Question is (without having to download another programme) can I change it in device manager to be recognised as an x box controller so it works on cod like my original?? Not sure if it can be done this way rather than Getting a programme,Obviously razer is a PlayStation controller so presumably it has to be done if playing on pc with a PlayStation controller?   I have spent 2 days trying to get this to work on warzone and still no joy until last night when I un plugged my new one and plugged in the old one and noticed 1 is an xbox and the other is wired 😭\ud83e

The dongle of my deathadder V2 pro has broken for about 2 years--and I recently bought a new dongle of deathadder V3 pro, thinking that my old mouse can pair with it given that the two dongles have the same model numbers and IDs. However, the razer pairing utility (both the normal and the Hyperspeed one) can’t pair those two together. It still thinks the new dongle is for V3 pro only. Does anyone know how to fix this on razer’s platform or wash the V3 pro dongle with the firmware of V2 pro dongle? Thanks!

I would like to know how to keep the color of my Viper Mini without keeping the Synapse 3 open. Synapse requires a lot of RAM(at least for my PC), so every time I close it my Viper Mini’s color go back to it’s original mode. What can I do?

Using the Wolverine V2 controller, and the face buttons have just completely stopped working, no dirt or contaminants are inside the switch. These switches are not very durable and I don’t see replacement switches available for the product anywhere. Does anyone know where they can be purchased or if Razer has any plans to support this product?

hello, I bought a W v2 pro gamepad a couple of days ago, everything is fine for the first 30 minutes, then it starts that the buttons do not work and there is no arbitrary pressing, can I fix this or do I need to return the goods?

When i accidently pressed the M3 button, the controller got disconnected and it keeps disconnecting upon pressing it. Installing drivers and resetting settings did not help. Does anyone know the solution?

Hi, I just received my new Razer Blade 16 with mini LED display. All is working as expected thus far except for external display output. So, the Razer Universal Quick Charging Stand for Xbox is freaking amazing. I have two of them for the Robot White controllers I got for my Xbox One a few years ago. The overall aesthetic is beautiful with the color matching and the charging is reasonably quick.I do, however, have one very minor complaint: I have a custom controller I ordered through Microsoft’s Xbox Design Labs site. It looks great, but I would really love a matching charging stand for it. Hey there, so I just got a Wolverine V2 Pro for my PS5 and I noticed I was having a hard time aiming in COD, when I would push and hold the L3 to hold breath when sniping my character side steps right until I let go. If I just press it once then it will auto hold breath and auto run. Options are not selected in game menu for auto run on L3 push. Anyone else experience this or do I just have to adjust play in accordance with control setting?

I have a pink razer chroma base station but it no longer matches my setup and just looks super out of place -- has anyone ever painted or spray painted their base station or have any reccomendations / knows if it requires a specific type of spray paint?
