Clearance delay at customs .. is this normal?

Oh that makes me feel better haha. Mine was shipped on the 23rd and when I called fedex they said it’s in a shipment of about 90 other packages so that’s why it’s going to take awhile to clear customs . Hope yours gets to you soon !


And again I grabbed the wrong date. Mine shows that it arrived in Anchorage at 22:54 on the 23rd. I purchased from the Razer store on the 22nd.

I am sorry cstamp. that should have been the 23nd. I need to proof what I type more carefully! Thanks for pointing the date out... I have edited my previous post to correct it.

I purchased a Razer Blade 15 from the online Razer store and tracking shows it has been held in a "clearance delay" since Saturday February 2. I did call Fedex and was told that there was no estimate on how long it would be held in Customs.

And you still haven’t received it ? Wow that’s a long time I hope this doesn’t happen to my order too

If it makes you feel any better, my order got held up in TN as well. Though my order is just accessories. Whole heart goes out for you and your stealth. Just contacted razer customer support, and they say wait. This is my first time encountering this problem.

Hey @cstamp what is it you bought from the store? And location?


I bought the quartz blade stealth and accessories (headset, mouse, mic). I live in Michigan and it is stuck in Alaska at customs .
