I used Razer Kraken 7.1 V2. I LOVE that headset. Sounds great. Clearest mic I've ever had. Unfortunately, the one I have has its mic starting to break after a nice 3 years. I see that it's no longer available in both Amazon and the Razer store. Is there another Razer headset that's similar to this? I want 3 things from this headset: -The clear mic. -The great stereo sound. -Mic Monitoring (Razer Synapse already handles this technically) So basically, is there another Razer headset that is around the same or better than the 7.1 V2?

I have 5 RBP in total my late 21 has had bluetooth connect issues, has anyone else had this and replaced the unit? if so which unit works best. Thanks

I just bought Huntsman TE and to my surprise, I didn't find an option to swap to the functionality of the FN and F1-12 xender keys. This is important to me because I use the media keys much more often than the F keys. The only option I found was to map the media keys instead of the F keys but then I lose the option to use the F buttons completely. Any advice? omegle Thanks

Hi! I recently got into coding stuff, and I realized that I dont have any button that could produce "<" (less-than symbol) which is kinda important for html. I got a razer cynosa, and I would like to bind on of my buttons for the "<" symbol. Hello everyone, about a month ago I ordered a Blackshark V2, which had some issues right out of the box. I immediately made a post on this reddit, and soon after I got a response from the RazerCustAdvocacy. The process went very smoothly, they replied within 30 minutes each time and were kind enough to guide me through all of the steps. They have now shipped a new headset to my place https://showbox.tools/. The reason for this reddit post is that I see so many negative reviews about razer's customer service. In reality, I had no issues at all with their support, I even found that the process went very smoothly and was handled in a professional and efficient manner by their employees. In conclusion, despite all the hate that Razer support receives, I still have all faith in them and would recommend anyone who is experiencing some kind of problem with their Razer product to go ahead and contact Support. It's always worth a shot, and with my experience it is completely worth the time.

So anyway at random my number pad flashes white for half a sec, then its good for ages.

When I first use cortex, I got problem that it was usually closed when I want to use system booster. Even I didn't do anything of cortex, it was closed. I can't expect when it usually closed. After using cortex 10 beta, it stopped closing itself. So, I was forced to use beta, unable to go back official stable version.(Actually, Beta gots a lot of cooler stuffs. Maybe I use this more for sure.)

Hello I was playing a game on my console and I was talking and i think the water that was in my mouth went into my mic at first it sounded like I was under water to my friends but now I can't speak at all even if I tap the mic part it doesn't pick it up I currently have it in front of a fan to try and dry the water in it and I have not seen any improvement in the mic at all the audio works fine it's just the mic will not pick up me speaking

Hello to all! I bought a Razer Advanced 15 some months ago (core i9, RTX3080). It's working very well, but I wonder if any of you would recommend to use it over a cooling stand to make sure heat will not cause any damage. I'm sorry if this is obvious, but since Razer does not sell its own stand, I'm not sure if it is recommended or not, or if its internal cooling system should be enough. Thanks! Daniel

Hey Peeps, Am just now having problems with my 2020 razer blade 15 base model with it going to a black screen the computer goes to the sleep mode when I click on the keyboard and shows me the lock screen to sign in with my pin. I reset my OS 10 home edition and it's still a problem. I also removed the razer synapse and it's old files on the program folder. I have the 2070 rtx max q gpu and 16 gig ram. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Dear Razer, community and all other people in the game controller branch, we must talk! There are 3 aspects which need improvements. XInput The XInput controller interface, created by Microsoft, has set the standard for controllers. Unfortunately, XInput is very limited. It contains just the buttons, triggers and sticks from a current standard controller. That's a problem for every controller with additional buttons (especially for the most Razer controllers), because players can't use the additional buttons as native buttons, but just as mapped buttons. This means, that every controller with additional buttons need a mapping function, which - I think - is one reason for the high price. But mapping means that you have a function twice on your controller. The primary aspect is to relieve the right thumb. The secondary aspect is to use not-needed buttons to have a more native usage (in my case 2 D-Pad buttons). But finally, you always has to make compromises. btw: The predecessor

I took delivery on the latest top of the line Razer 15 with I9 12th generation and RTX 3080 and 144 refresh rate screen. Pretty expensive but my laptop is such a big part of my life I thought I would go for the best. This is my first Razer. Previously I owned higher end Surface Books. I am very impressed so far. Absolutely gorgeous screen. Built like a tank yet light enough for easy transport. Speed to spare on everything. Most of my work involves a lot of documents, graphics and videos processed through cloud storage as well as video conferencing. I am still getting it configured and I am looking forward to putting it through its paces. I am not a heavy duty gamer but I plan to put this gorgeous graphics card through its paces. Strong positives here.

I've spent the last few weeks going back and forth with Razer customer support for a replacement mouse. My Naga Trinity was acting up and I had lost the receipt. So I saw that the genshin x razer in-game bundle was "delivered" but i never received it in my email so i asked the support what happened they said it was apparently "cancelled"... like what the.. has anyone had this happen before and what's gonna happen now? they said that they will be filing a ticket right now but I have this bad feeling somehow. Hello Razer. I just thought I would create a thread post stating what I would like to see on the next Razer Blade 17. First of all I think Razer is heading in the right direction with the current 2022 Blade 17. I am glad they gave the 17 inch model 8 speakers now and increased the battery capacity to 82 watt hour. I think Razer should remove the single auxiliary fan on the 17 inch and provide us a 95-100 watt hour battery and they should bring back a glossy screen option. I own the 2021 Blade Advanced with the OLED display and I think the 2022 models have a display downgrade. I would love to see Razer build either a 17 inch OLED or a Mini LED 240 HZ glossy option. I really love the 17 inch Blade but there are only small factors that stop me from buying one. Another small thing I would like to see changed on the next 17 inch is the speaker hole gaps. I appreciate how Razer laser cut holes in the chassis now but the left and right side of the Blade 17 still has empty gaps. Apple drills f
