I'm posting this thread in two sections cause I need to get help from both support team and members. There are members who claiming for their Razer Gold. And after 15 working days, lots of non-winners didn't get their gold. But we need to calm down. Including date of this thread starts, just 16 working days passed - just exceed the deadline by ONE working day. For members, please wait for 2 weeks.(It'll cost 10 working days.) If someone messing around about this issue in those weeks, that person should get warned. And, I need some helps from Razer Support team. Please give warnings to people who messing around with this issue. Please help me to enjoy Razer insider comfortable. If still lots of members didn't get their gold after two weeks, then we should claim for this issue.

I've been using G502 for almost 3 years now and I've been blowing air to fix the double click issue on its switch for over a year and half. I don't know the science behind it but blowing air on switch always fix double click for some reason. Since my hands are abnormally large G502 fits perfectly and that's why I've been hesitant to switch to any different mouse but after looking at how similar Basilisk v3 is to G502 i'm now extremely tempted to buy it. All I want to know is does it fa omegle ce similar issues like G502 does? i.e double click? Also how's the scroll wheel? The infinite scroll wheel it has is software driven so are there any bugs? Since the scroll wheel is made out of plastic, are there anynxender cases of loosing scroll wheel teeth overtime? And finally since the infinite scroll wheel activation is mechanical are there any cases of broken infinite scroll wheel lock?

Hello so I just bought my new razer blade 14 and I was shocked I don t know why but my fps is droping seriously bad when my laptop is not like example charging is that normal? Please help me..

I just got my Razer Blade and one annoying thing is that I still need to use the "USB receiver" for my Razer DAv2 Pro for example. I mean Razer laptop, Razer mouse, that thing shouldn't require any usb receivers. The laptop should have a built in one for 2.4Ghz peripherials. So I should connect it via synapse or something.

I've seen multiple post asking for this feature request and I knew this would one day happen. Alas, my battery is bulging and about to explode on my $4k labtop. Had Razer listed to its customers and provided a charge safety app, this would have been avoided. I am now in the process of moving back to Apple. Good luck guys!

Hello, I have a Razer blade and I wonder if there is a docking station. My father has a Microsoft Surface and he has plugged everything into that one docking station, monitor, internet via LAN, mice, keyboard everything, and all he needs to do is to plug one cable into the Microsoft Surface and everything is ready to go. I was wondering if Razer has such docking stations, would make the laptop much more fun.

I have a tecware orbis argb pwm fan hub with 6 fans plugged into it, currently it is plugged into the 3pin argb header of my motherboard. I'm planning to buy 6 corsair fans to control my lighting but its too expensive plus i need to buy a separate fan hub for the 6 corsair fans so I am planning to go with the razer chroma controller. question is, if i plug the tecware orbis 3pin argb wire to the razer chroma controller, will it work? will it detect as a led strip, a single fan or will it detect at all?

I see some having "good" or "excellent" bass, but I want the haptic experience, mostly for movies and yes also for games, but only as a second priority. Does Razer have any haptic headphones to begin with? Surround sound isn't necessary since this has got to be supported by the game, so stereo will do. I also prefer wired over wireless. Sorry if it's a newbie question but I don't see any search option. Another note: I had a Skullcandy Crusher wireless haptic one but it died pretty quickly. Thanks!.

Hello, I have a Razer Blade 15 mid-2021 (RZ09-0367x) and I would like to know if charge it with one of its USB-C port (Thunderbolt 3 or 4, change with different documentation) with a Razer USB-C 130W GaN Charger, through a Razer Laptop Stand V2 Chroma could damage my Laptop and its Battery. The only thing I find about compatibility is that the charger is compatible with Razer Blade 13 but nothing noticed about Razer Blade 15. In the user guide of the Laptop Stand and Charger it is said that we can charge laptop with. I,ve connected two and only one is detected in Synapse. Also, Synapse doesn,t show the two. Any clue?

New to Razer Blade laptops (please go easy on me). Any support would be amazing to get the best out of this, however I have some questions that would be amazing if any of you out there that have experience on these beasts of machines can help me :). 1) I have attached a picture of the Display/HDR settings. It shows the HDR is not supported? Am I missing something? My laptop is brand new, 3080ti, i9, 4k Razer Blade 17, Windows 11. It is the most recent and highest pricing laptop with all the latest gear. Hope fully I am not fully understanding it and assume it means that it will be supported when I plug in a HDMI to a device that supports it? At moment I don't have anything plugged into the laptop, so it should be on its 4k HDR support? 2) I have the latest Razer Laptop 3080ti i9 4k 144Hz Razer Blade 17. Greetings, ive so far got the Razer Basilisk Mouse and the Blackshark V2 headset, both wireless. Ive searched everywhere, but couldnt find anything. I can always see the battery life directly on Razer Synapse, but i always have to open it to see. Is there any way i can show my battery life on my task bar or maybe the desktop? Thanks in advance

I have recently updated my PC from Windows 10 Pro to Windows 11 Pro, and I had to re-install a few apps in order to keep everything up-to-date. However, upon entering the Razer websites to install Razer 7.1 Surround Sound and THX Spatial Audio to the latest version, the website has told me that they're either exclusive to or compatible with the 64-bit version of Windows 10. And of course, none of these apps worked after installation. So I'd like to know when these apps will be compatible with the newest Microsoft OS? It's difficult to get used to Stereo, and why would anyone if they have better options?

Does anyone else find it frustrating that we can't apply Razer Gold to buy physical items? :(
