Recently, a couple friends got banned from a server for failing a PC check on FiveM. One friend got banned for having a “script” downloaded before his FiveM was downloaded. His PC is a few weeks old and he never downloaded cheats but the only application that was downloaded before FiveM was Razer Cortex. The PC checkers stated that they found a script that was commonly used as a bypass but they didn’t find anything to bypass. Does Razer Cortex have anything that can be misinterpreted as a script?

Just got my Leviathan V2 with the subwoofer and got it plugged in and everything, but you can barely hear any bass coming from the subwoofer. I've seen online that the THX driver that automatically gets installed causes an issue with it work, so I uninstalled that, but nothing. Also saw the Synapse causes an issue with the subwoofer working also, so I uninstalled that, and it still doesn't work. I can put my ear up to it and I barely hear sound coming from it. Any thoughts?

Hi everyone,Any reason why Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed no longer powers up with AA or AAA batteries?I prefer Bluetooth connection with a disposable battery mouse as I can simply replace the battery instead of disassembling the whole mouse to replace the lithium-ion battery.

i bought a brand new pair of true wireless pro’s charged them and they don’t turn on or pair is there a way to fix this or should i get a replacement pair

Hello, Ive been using Razer mamba elite for many years, but recently I want to upgrade to a newer model that is as similar as possible to the Mamba and with the chroma. I was thinking about cobra pro, but are there any other good options? 

i`ve watched about 3 to 5 tutorials today, and they tell me to find it in my razer synapse app, but my mouse didnt connect automatically apparently, and i cant seem to find a way to do it manually anywhere. can anyone help with this? 

My mouse has been through it all, from it getting dropped, to my silent basketball hitting it, don't get me wrong it flies, but it just never breaks. I look at so much reddit posts and they all say their razer mice tends to break but I've had mine for a few years now and it still hasn't broke. I'm using the Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed. If you guys are also using the same mouse, have yours broken before? 

Title says everything. I've been using Razer Basilisk Ultimate for 4 years and the batt dies too fast, even at 30% lightning. Is it time for a new mouse, or it is a software/firmware issue? It charges quite fast, and dies quite fast. I don't think I even get an hour of wireless life even at 30% lightning when charged at 100%. I have always been using 1000 Hz polling rate and I am not willing to use anything less than that. I use Synapse 4, just for information.Thanks in advance

I was changing the color of my Razer keyboard and when I pressed a key combination, the LEDs turned off and now they won't turn back on. I don't remember the combination. My keyboard is on a Razer Mini 60%. I don't have a PC; it's connected to my PS5. 

Hello! I would like to know if there's any alternative to charging my blade 15 without its original 3 pin charger. I know some models allow usb c charging but I believe mine doesn't. I tried turning on the usb charging in the bios, my external battery support 100W and I also have a quality 100w cable.Is there another way to charge my laptop with a travel battery pack using the main charging port?My model is the Razorblade 15 base model (early 2021) rz09-0369 

I downloaded the program from their website, which says it's compatible with Windows 11, but when I try to open it, it won't open. I have the code to validate my application so I can use the program, but if it won't open, I can't enter the code. What can I do to use that option? someone help me?

Guys which one is better. I have deathstalker red switch but I'm really curious how it compares to bw lp. Anyone tried orange switches? 

Recently got a blade and want to increase its longevity. Apparently this can be massively helped with a laptop stand. I love the oled display (14”) so don’t want to buy a monitor. My concern with a stand is that I’d then need an external keyboard and the screen would be too far away from me. Has anyone figured this out? 

Hello,just got myself a pair of Barracuda X headsets,was wondering if there's an issue if I charge them with my OnePlus 12 charger,it's a 100W charger. Will this damage them? 

The title sounds pretty stupid but everytime I turn on my pc the Esc key rebinds to '. Everytime I start playing my games if I forget to rebind the key in synapse I can't open the pause menu when I'm in game. 

Hey everyone, I got something to discuss with my ROG QD-OLED monitor conflict with Axon while I'm scrolling to view live wallpaper like, constant flicker or some sort of distorted screen of my whole screen.But once I closed the program, the issue stopped. Also one more thing is, the Axon program worked perfectly fine for my ROG Scar 18 laptop except for my PC monitor.I'm a fan of live wallpaper but this kind of issue is really irritating. Does anyone know what could cause these problems? Not sure if my specs are related but I used ASRock MB. 

Hello, last week i noticed that my barracuda x had a problem, when they were on Bluetooth mode there is no sound although the connection seems fine.I tried it on my pc and my phone and it still has the same issue . I also noticed that when i connect it wtih a cable on my pc it works just fine . Any suggestions ?

Hi has anyone that purchased a blade 16 2025 5080 with crashing, overheating, keyboard becomes extremely hot to touch, cpu spiking all way to 98-100 C . would greatly appreciate it. thx 

Hey everyone, since Synapse 2.0 support ended, my keyboard and mouse have been temporarily disconnecting while I'm playing online games, and sometimes I've had to unplug the cable. I'm so used to my mouse that I don't want to look for an alternative. What do you recommend? Please help, I'm desperate. 

I have a Wolverine wired, sometimes the gun just pulls to the right and ignored input for like a split second, messing me up.Any ideas? 

Do I use the adapter from the Hammerhead V3 to connect to Synapse to use THX Spatial Audio?If I can use the adapter to get access to the Synapse THX Spatial Audio, then I can use it for all my headphones.

I got euro sign to work on M1 button with an key binding in synapse, but maybe better to put the Euro sign on the alt 5 button or better still a dedicated button on this very high priced keyboard…. :( 

I have had a razor keyboard for a little over a year purchasing the specific model I got for the key feature of which was that it has the onboard memory, I have tried this out and the memory only seems to work with computers that have the razer software installed and not on other devices, which feels like the feature it trying to imply. I have really been happy with the product as a keyboard for my laptop but was hoping to also use it with some of my other devices which do not support synapse.
