So I recently bought a v2 pro (2023) and the mic isn’t working and I’m having trouble connecting it to synapse and the Bluetooth goes in and out and sometimes I just can’t hear audio. I bought a new pc this past weekend and so far I’ve had all these issues. My old pc was on windows 10 and I never had issues with the headset on there. But ever since I got this pc (windows11) it’s just been hell with this headset. I’ve sent messages to razor and all of that. I’ve also downloaded the drivers and even erased all the headset drivers and still nothing is working. If anyone has a fix or anything I’d greatly appreciate it. 

Hi everyone I’ve got the V2 Hyperspeed and I started getting a weird pop/click noise. I even found some specific windows sounds that triggers it so I’ve been using it to test it. If I turn off THX spatial sound it is less noticeable but still annoying. This was my gf’s christmas gift, it just arrived last week. I’m honestly very sad :/ what should I do? Should I return it? She bought it off Amazon. 

Razer Naga is the best mouse for MMO but you have to improve the wieght and made low profile one.Please Razer do it !

I'm using the BlackShark V3 Pro headset on my Mac, and I ran into two problems:The headphones won't play short sounds like alert beeps. It's as if the headphones go into a lower power mode during silence, and then wake up when sound is detected. The problem is they don't wake up in time for short sounds to be heard.The volume knob is not precise enough. There are only 8 different volume levels available on the Mac when turning the knob. This makes it almost impossible to get the volume that I want.Has anyone found a solution for these issues on the Mac?

I see that the Basilisk v3 35k is the only comparable model that is currently on the Mac compatibility list. I tried my Basilisk v3, but it isn’t recognized at all. It’s the most popular and most affordable mouse from Razer at the moment, so I don’t understand why it isn’t supported yet? The only reason I ask is I have a family member that wants to switch from Logitec due to being unable to program the mouse buttons how she wants, and the Logi software suddenly started failing on startup.

Got a new and my first wireless gaming mouse.Bluetooth and wifi dont appear to be all that smooth when looking around in games.Even watching for shutters or frame drops, theres nothing. Its like the mouse is registering intermittently, just at a super fast rate, which results in what looks like stuttering, but isnt actually GPU stutter. Does that make sense?Is this normal, or do I have a bad mouse?

Fixed issue with synapse 4 not recognizing keybinds with peripherals.   Tech for some reason hasn’t added the fix to their tech step by step guides book.  I have the easy fix that I figured out.  

Recently as the nothing phones are coming out, they've reminded me of razer and the first phone I bought back then, never really knew why they stopped at the razer phone 2, but does anyone know if theyre considering making a 3rd razer phone? 

I've made of transactions recently with razer. two of them said failed but still deducted the money from my bank account. they make it beyond difficult to get this money back. they are in no hurry and think it takes a team to come to any conclusion. you essentially stole from you. either credit my account or refund the money. its how business works. will not use their "service" again. 

Does anyone have a spare Razer Raptor 27? Doesn’t really matter if its 165hz or 144hz i just want it bc its razer and its chroma.Anyone willing to sell a new one or slightly used one?Thanks,Arjanixsonto123

I use Razer Viper V3 Pro. Great mouse, but recently I’ve noticed that some of my favorite pros(ropz, senzu etc.) are using the DeathAdder V3 Hyperspeed. So I tried it from my local tech store and I loved the shape. Since then I’ve been hoping for razer to release(or a leak at least) the DeathAdder V4 hyperspeed. Hoping for it to include the Hyperpolling dongle etc.. So please Razer. Work on it. 

My razer viper ultimate is only usable via cable now and I’m in the market for a new mouse.I love the look and all the buttons on the basilisk v3 pro but the weight is what’s holding me back. Since I’ve used the viper ultimate so much and I am kinda used to the weight and grip I’m afraid it would be a bad choice. So I’m also considering the viper V3 or the cobra.What is the best choice coming from a viper ultimate mouse? 

Hello All,I get the battery low notification on Windows when the battery is 5%. Is there a way to get it to trigger at another level? I'd like it to be around 15 or 20%. It can't be good for the battery health to leave it to drain till 5% every time.I have the latest firmware on both the dock and mouse as well as the latest version of Synapse.Thank you kindly in advance. 

I want some nice headphones (i currently have the Kraken X which is still kinda fine) that are preferably wireless.I found the Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed at 96€. They look great but i do like the Blackshark V3 more, with the THX surround sound and the better volume control. Im not sure if its worth the 50€ extra.

So I've had this Razer Huntsman Mini for about 3 years now and I'm starting to have an issue with the Switch of the X key, it's very wobbly and isn't stuck in place like it moves around and feels like a literal joystick, did anyone have any similar issues or

I am having a problem with my barracuda wireless headset everything is working fine and I can hear through my headphones and talk through them it’s just one problem I can’t figure out. It’s that whenever I’m playing a online game I’m noticing whenever the usb is plugged into the usb port I am lagging very bad then whenever I unplug I am fine, it would be a help if someone helped me figure this out.

I love my Kraken V4 — the noise-canceling and immersive audio are amazing. But for long sessions, I need a way to stay aware of my surroundings without removing the headset.A physical pass-through / ambient awareness switch on the headset would let users instantly hear the room. It would make the headset comfortable for extended use while keeping full immersion.I’d happily pay extra for a headset that combines Razer’s sound quality with this level of customizable situational awareness. This could benefit gamers in shared spaces, streamers, and anyone who values both immersion and comfort.Thanks for considering this idea — I’d love to see Razer continue leading in player-first design.

Laptop is from 2022. It had always been fast. Went on a trip and returned home and suddenly it was slow. Did clean Windows reinstall. Updated drivers (including graphics card). Still slow. Then miraculously worked fine for an hour and now it’s slow again. Opening up any apps including Chrome takes 3-4 seconds. Anyone have any ideas?

Hey all not sure how to explain this so I’ll do my best. My iskur v2 x seat basically sinks in and it’s like a visible dent in the fabric. It’s been hurting my butt and I’ve had to use a cushion and I’m upset. Is this intended on this chair? 

Recently bought the razer DA V4 pro mouse, however i recognised that when I click it in certain point on the side the mouse seems to make some kind of clicking sound or something i don't know. Could you tell me if this is a normal thing or should I return it 

Has anyone here used Razer laptops or peripherals for professional tasks related to jobs in Canada, such as managing job portals, content creation, or development work? I’m curious how Razer devices perform for long working hours, multitasking, and reliability in a professional setup.

My Synapse Software just forced an update on me earlier today during a PC Reboot….  Now the Synapse software comes up telling me to upgrade to Synapse 4 because they no longer support Synapse 3….  ...and it no longer detects my Razer Ornata V2 keyboard, or my Razer Naga Hex V2 Mouse… telling me that I no longer have any Razer products connected to my computer. I dont like Synapse 4… I’ve tried it, its horrible software. Razer, why can’t I just keep using what WORKS??  IF IT WORKS; WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BREAK IT???

I’m trying to find some advice / log a support issue with my Woverine V3 Pro boothtooth adapter. It’s less than a year old, but the serial number has worn away as it’s on the sticke behind the pad. This means I cannot find anyway to log a support query.The problem is with the Bluetooth adapter not connecting. I unplugged from my xbox and plugged into my PC to update the controller, this keeps giving malfunction errors. tried multiple USB ports. Since doing that it no longer works in my xbox.Stuff for ideas now.

Literally while in call with a friend it just stops transmitting audio. Audio settings are all the same, i tried restarting my pc multiple times, reset the plugs. Idk. 

Basically, I've lost access completely to the old e-mail I used to make my Razer account and register the products I own. I am unable to change it and unable to contact Razer in any way. Their "support" doesn't actually give you an option to receive account support and just sends you back to their warranty support page. What do I do? Literally nothing on their site is helpful and it's frustrating that they evidently don't like the idea of actually helping their customers.
