So i've recently gotten a razer kraken tournament edition and a blackwidow chroma v2, the keyboard works fine but the headset barely picks up my voice, i've seen people say that razer synapse can help fix this problem but i have tried synapse 2 and synapse 3 and whenever i try to log in i just get the same error which is "Oh snap something went wrong just now please try again" i've contacted support but they take forever to get back to me and the the "fixes" they told me to try dont work, does anyone know a way to fix this log in situation? I've had to post on reddit because whenever i go onto the razer insider it just redirects me to a page that says "error"

I wanted to put a fluorescent green protection on my Razer Blade Power Adapter cable. Both to protect the braided cable from fraying, but also to highlight it to prevent a tripping hazard on the cable. So, I'm trying to use the discord extention, but it looks like my discord goes into the loop when I sellect "connect to discord events every 5 seconds I get the "connect to discord ChromaSDK" but nothing changes whether I press cancel or authorize. Any help?

Hello, I have a simple question, and perhaps a very "noobish" question. I have the new Razer Blade Base 2021 (3070), and I am curious regarding life expectancy / wear and tear when it comes to NVIDIA optimus (integrated GPU) vs Dedicated GPU. I prefer having dedicated GPU selected as it gives my laptop screen the ability to utilize the 165hz, which is a pleasure working with. This is even when just browsing, meaning 100% of the time the laptop will be in dedicated gpu mode. Is there any issues with having the option dedicated GPU mode selected always on? As in, is there any risk for lower life expectancy, due to the main GPU always being on, even during light loads? Or is this completely irrelevant, and the only thing I should be thinking about is the battery life? Thank you for your time!

When does season 6 start, because it says season 5 has ended, but a new one hasn't started. I'm confused because I can't get any hours or minutes either.

Warezone temps. I have it on gaming mode in Razer central. I'm seeing 99-100c as peak temps in CPUID. Are these normal or too high? Blade 15 Base with QHD and 3070

Hi hey hello whats up, as the title says I'm wondering if such a thing exists. Right now I'm using a Lacdo laptop sleeve, it's great and well made but is kind of pushed to it's limits when you want to stick the charger in there also. I admittedly haven't researched extensively. I also figure a larger case would be bulky and probably not as convenient or portable...if anyone has something they like please let me know. TIA

I thinking about buying this mouse, because its unique shape somehow is good for my grip to the extent. But i heard sidebuttons are bad, because they are to small and you have to bend your thumb to reach it. On razer death adder when i put my thumb on the mouse i reach first button's end with my finger in relaxed position. I am telling this for reference. Side buttons are absolutely cruical for me, they have to be able to be pressed quickly after previous press and not to be difficult to press, so how how are these side buttons and would i have to bend finger ? This mouse no more sell in my country i would have to order it internationally so i would like to be 100% sure before buying , because i have extremelly large hands, i already tried tons of mice and none fits me, or there is always some stupid issue, like stiff middle button on expensive mouse for 100$ or so. Ye and question razer puts some sticker on bottom of mouse and i am not talking about that when you first get it in box

I'm logged into the insider forum, but get this "Access Denied" message when trying to post. Although I'm logged in, the error says "You don't have permission to access 'http://insider.razer.com/index.php?' on this server." Why is it switching from https://insider.razer.com to http://insider.razer.com???

I am interested in purchasing a Book 13 for software development but the largest 512GB SDD is too small for my needs. Is there a spare M2 slot for putting a second SDD in? If I have to replace the existing SDD how do I preserve my system OS and Windows license? Also how does one even go about doing the OS swap even - does one hang the new system off the side in an external drive? What drive cloning software is recommended? Regards, M

I'm very interested in the Razer Blade 15 Base with the RTX 3060 and I was wondering if anybody knew the wattage of this card. The Razer Blade 15 Base with the RTX 3070 has a 115w TDP, as per notebookcheck, see link below. That would be awesome if the RTX 3060 one had the same TDP, since of course the thermals of the case would not be a problem, same as the RTX 3070.
