The scroll wheel tilt to scroll pages left and right absolutely will not work without Synapse running in memory. I even tried X-Mouse and the tilt function will not work with it. Perhaps someone from Razer could explain this as it will work with all your competitors mice. The wheel tilt on mice for horizontal scroll has been a thing for over a decade. Has this changed? Is this caused by a bug? Synapse does indicate that the horizontal scroll will only work with Synapse running. Why?

I just purchased the base model of the Razer Blade 15 with the 10th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-10750H 6 Core and NVIDIA® GeForce GTX 1660 Ti (6GB GDDR6 VRAM). I downloaded and ran Minecraft just as a test right out of the box, and I received surprisingly low frames. (144 fps on the lowest settings, and as low as 45 on the best settings). According to some sites, with my processor and graphics card I should be getting closer to 500. I have no FPS cap. I've attached a screenshot below so you can see the exact specifics. I'm afraid if I'm getting such low frames on Minecraft, I won't have too much fun on games like Rust and COD. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Any settings I need to adjust? This is my first gaming laptop and I'm not really sure what to do. Keep in mind this is straight out of the box, no settings tinkered with. Thank you!

I'm in awe at how frequently I'm being prompted to login to the Razer authentication prompt after I login to my computer even when I answer the checkbox to stay logged in. I'm not in belief this is a community problem, but one that RazEr Corp needs to address. The problem is likely one of the following: The Razer desktop app does terrible with flaky internet and when a connection to WiFi exists, but the Internet connection is not actually there then the app rolls over like a fish. The Razer desktop app has a ridiculously low timeout allowance for a network connection to re validate the login token is still valid for previous login and when the login service is not reachable the token is invalidated and the login must be redone. Connections with lots of jitter an latency may suffer from this. Someone thought it was a good idea to log out every X days at random for the sake of security. Is there a point to building out a Razer products at an top dollar price tag and not have a unified application/product support? From what I can gather with the latest Trinity mouse I got I need Synapse 3, but for my Keyboard and Keypad I will need Synapse 2. I kept getting Razer products to make things easier, but that doesn't seem to matter anymore.

Folks, I've been scratching my head, headbutting walls and keyboard-stamping at Crucial via Twitter because they advertise their 3200 Ballistix ram as "100% compatible" with the Razer 17 Pro and yet since installing it, my machine was hanging and also refused to use the XMP profile. Their ram is clearly not XMP certified (despite their claims of 100% compatibility) and I recommend that you all avoid it. IN SUMMARY - DO NOT BUY CRUCIAL RAM FOR YOUR RAZER MACHINE I swapped their horrible customer service and SO-DIMMS for Kingston HyperX Impact 3200mhz, installed it this morning and IMMEDIATELY the machine is running the chips at 3200mhz, the XMP profile even automatically selected itself in BIOS so I didn't need to change a thing. Hey guys, After multiple years with DELL I have decided to switch to razerblade as I have always liked the macbook pro build quality (unfortunately for my type of work I need a windows machine). I just got the machine yesterday, razer blade 17 i7 10875h with rtx 3070 and qhd 165hz, early impressions: it really feels like a macbook pro in terms of build quality, also after running a couple of stress tests, cpu temps always below 80 degrees and gpu under 70, run a couple of games, like metro exodus and call of duty warzone and even with rtx at med-high on 1440p it runs at 60 fps. Big downside of this machine it is the screen, really dimm (barely 270nits) and mine it came with some insane backlight bleed and some color shifting problems, contacted razer support and they say I need to wait 2 weeks for a replacement unit, that kind of sucks after spending so much money on it (living in Ireland btw). Is it worth waiting and getting a new unit? is the screen a usual problem in razer blad

I just received the razer kraken x w/7.1 audio. I only need the stereo input from my desktops front panel. So I plug it in after some clicking it plays well enough. My question, is there a driver I can download so W10 recognizes and switches audio to the headset automatically? I hope I made this clear enough. Thanks

Hi All, I bought razer blade pro 17 2020 last year, it was a second hand German model which obviously comes with German keyboard. I'm based in UK and would like to change the keyboard to a proper QWERTY UK keyboard. Can anyone advise the best course of action if I wanna change the keyboard? Would you be best just to change the keys? If yes, where can I get them? Or should I change the whole keyboard? where can I get it? Thanks

I have used Razer products for over a decade; I own dozens, but I'm done. This has gone from a driver to being a lifestyle of bloatware that has at least tripled the boot time of my laptop with its constant 'updates' which are usually reinstalling the modules I painstaking uninstalled from the GUI that makes you manage them individually. I hope someday this will go back to being a driver for great hardware, rather than crappy software that hinders it. Until then, the devices will live in a round storage can by my desk. Any chance you can just make a driver only version that doesn't use more resources than even Google Chrome? Please?

I cannot believe Razer... I have put with so many terrible experiences that I have had on mac and overlook all the annoying things with their driver software (broken, forgets my presets, I have to unplug/replug all the time to get it to notice) I have put up with all of this because I like using Razer devices and when things actually work, I can configure my mouse to use for work as well as gaming and it makes my productivity way better. Little do you know... and they do not market it anywhere... SYNAPSE 3 DOES NOT EXIST FOR MAC AND YOU CANNOT USE SYNAPSE 2. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. How can you release new hardware that just straight out does not work!!! I paid 150 for a PLUG AND PLAY MOUSE. WHY DO YOU THINK I BOUGHT THE NAGA? I just bought a razer basilisk v2. after I plug in my mouse to my pc and install the driver, all my graphic become slow motion. yes, I mean all. start from loading window logo while booting, graphic effect while opening program, games and whatever related to video effect. It becomes normal if I change to an older mouse and plugin back my razer back. I already reinstall my driver using the latest razer driver from their website but the problem still repeated after I restart my computer.
