Bought used Razer Blade 14, build date 2017, for some reason cannot load Windows on new M.2 drive. Powers up to BIOS no problem, see's drive in BIOS, keyboard lights up, fans spin, put in Windows USB stick, starts initial load of windows files, goes to first scrolling circle and then nothing, blank screen. Tried lots of different settings in BIOS including BIOS defaults. Same result every time, frustrating. Did a partial Windows memory testing showed no problems. I suppose it's possible the new drive is faulty, what do you think?

Hello got a question, Ive got the razer chimaera 5.1 wireless headset and now i want to use it for my streaming on twitch. But for some reason i cant merge the microphone with the game sound. I plugged the 3.5mm in the back of the base station right into the PC and did the same with optical. The only way to let it work is to press the 'Mode' button on the headset Whats going wrong here? I want to hear the in gamesound over my headset and speak to my viewers without toggling.

With game developers now having 12GB of VRAM on the consoles, will they use it, making our 8GB 3080’s obsolete? I’m ready to buy today if Razer had even a 12GB 3080 option, but at the moment, I don’t see any wiggle room for future-proofing from Razer. This is especially important for 4K and QHD.

Hello everyone! I really love open world games, keyboard and mouse are perfect for walking and shooting, but when I get into the car, keyboard becomes horrible, because you can accelerate or brake, same as completely turn left or right with nothing in between. Using joystick with mouse looks a bit silly for me (I am not completely against that option). There for I am looking to buy a keypad. What I want is to have "small keyboard" with joystick at the side, so I would be using WASD for walk, joystick for drive. So the question is: Can Razer Tarturus Pro determine in how far I push the joystick or key (razer analog optical switches) for driving purposes, or it can only work as WASD joystick? Thank you.

last Razer mouse for me, off to the trash can, then off to the store to buy something better. I have a nice new Lancehead here, less than 6 months old, doubleclick after doubleclick.. no matter what I try. I am sick of looking for bandaids, this has been a repeated issue with Razer mouses regardless of model.. they won't fix it, so time to move on. I see hundreds of posts about it in various places, each with a slew of potential 'fixes' none of which really fix anything, or address the root cause. Just bandaids.. and fan-bois sticking up for a lost cause. I'm just stopping by to vent my frustration before I replace this POS with something that works, and has decent support. This shouldn't be an issue across multiple models! That points to some deeper flaw in the overall system. I'm glad this one was a freebie.. I'd hate to think I had wasted money on it.

I have two razer mice. Both have bad switches. Involuntary double clicking, not clicking, the usual razer issues. I jumped through hoop after hoop with the naga and they eventually let me send it off to be repaired (took like 6 weeks.) It came back and worked for a bit then started malfunctioning again. They ignored me this time. I actually bought a deathadder elite to use while my naga was being fixed. I know, I'm an idiot, but I thought they were redeeming themselves at the time. Guess what? It has a bad switch now. I will never buy another razer product, but I'm curious if this is normal for razer? Is razer really this bad?

I logged into my rixty account and it forced me to convert it to Razer. OK, I guess Rixty was bought by Razer. But, on conversion, seems there is a cap of 400. The excess was converted into Pins. But those Pins have expiring dates, which is ILLEGAL here. In Rixty, my money did not have expiration, it was MY money, and it's illegal to force convert it to Pins with expiring dates. I opened a ticket but Razer refuses to convert my pins into non expiring ones or to reimburse me. Doing that is ILLEGAL in Canada, and I want to know how I can fix this. Llaurick

Hi guys! I am looking for this Razer Prism wallpaper with the black background. I only see the Prism wallpaper with the purple background available on Razer's downloads page but I am looking for the black background wallpaper. Can you guys help me find it. Need it in 1920x1080. Here is an example attached. (The smaller left laptop has purple Prism and the bigger right laptop has the black Prism). Need the black one, thanks!

Since Razer basically bought THX and can THX certify basically anything they want, why not produce a home theater surround sound system. Should have a dedicated receiver compatible with xb, ps, pc, bluetooth, the works. Maybe speakers that are on stands or standing satellites. Quality should be at least as good as Bose. Thinking 7.2 set up. What do you guys think?

So frustrated. I synched my chroma mouse, mousepad and headphones with my new hue play for immersive game play. It worked well for one or 2 days. As I’m learning the settings somehow I’m unable to synch the peripherals with hue play. When gaming the hue play reacts to game but the razer chroma products are stuck on visualizer even tho I’ve disabled and only have hue enabled. Am at my wits end and can’t find anything online. thanks!!!!

just got the human scale pro click (2020 model), loving the fit and finish but as a 16" MBP user I am trying everything possible to get the tilt button feature to register as horizontal scrolling. Downloaded Steermouse and am trying to coordinate the settings to get it but nothing seems to work. Help anyone?

Is there a way to get my Blackwidow show CPU temperature visually using Chroma Control, and why not? I mean this seems like a function that quite many people would like so why isn't it implemented? In before people start asking how would you even, why not just show the temperature in gradient from green to red or use the 'F1-F12' keys as reference / approximation F1 = 10 °C -> F10 = 100 °C.

I bought this headset maybe a month ago and they're great. My problem is they keep reconnecting and disconnecting, it's only for a second, but it's really starting to get annoying. I have a wireless razer mouse, no connection issues. So I don't know why the headset is having this problem. Anyone having any similar issue with this headset? Any tips or should I just take them back? Also, I've tried reinstalling synapse and I've also tried using razer synapse 2.0 but never would open.

Razer fam, I am having trouble making a decision so I thought I'd come to the source for some advice. Last year I bought the 2020 RBP17 refresh 4k w/ 120hz sporting the 2080 SUPER. Seeing now that the 30 series is out, expecting a major boost in performance, I have been considering selling my RBP and preordering the 4K 120hz model for this year. The main thing that I'm wondering is.... just how much more performance will it have? Obviously the reviews are about to start flowing in for the 3080 mobile card, but the preliminary benchmarks seemed to suggest that the performance could be a less than 20% gain. As far as I can tell, with the exception of 16 to 32GB RAM, it doesn't seem like much--if anything--changed in the machine. The display seems to be the same, the processor is the same and the chassis seems to be the same. Anyone have any input? Would it be worth it to upgrade my Blade, or would the performance gain be so minimal that it wouldn't be worth it?

I live in Phoenix, AZ and have "linear" huntsman mini. I would prefer to have a "clicky" version instead. Anyone live in the area and want to meet up for a swap?

My Deathadder Elite's scroll wheel suddenly gave out and for any RMA request, a receipt is required even if I registered the device, but my purchase of this mouse was more than 6 months away and as such I could not view it on my banking history and get a reprint receipt from the store I bought it from. So basically, is my RMA request basically moot now?

Hi, I have a Macbook Pro and USB keyboard and I cannot print screen from the razer keyboard. I can from my MacBook pro. There is a "prt sc sys rq" key on the razer keyboard but it doesn't do anything. Window Key + Prt Sc Sys Rq does nothing. Window Key + Shift + S does nothing. I'm going crazy. I need help.

anyone had issues with their wolverine ultimate controller? Mine has been working perfectly and i absolutely loved it until it just stopped working today. Was working perfectly last night, went to bed after gaming, and just after work today plugged in my controller and there were no lights and no function from the controller. Power going through the cable is fine as i plugged it into my phone and then headset, both of which started charging. Changed USB ports and restarted xbox but still no joy. **controller has never been dropped or bashed** Thanks in advance

My Razer Blade has always worked fine until tonight. I was installing Linux and was trying to boot from my USB when my computer restarted. Now it’s just stuck at the loading screen with the Razer Logo. I really don’t know what to do.. and I’m really worried because my warranty is over and I really need to use my laptop for school and work.
