Hi everyone, I recently bought the base model 2020 Razer Blade 15 and was super excited to see that it shipped today! However, after doing some research I am very nervous about the horror stories of their gaming laptops. Does anyone have any positive reviews or advice for the 2020 Razer Blade?

Got a chroma mouse and led mouse pad and keyboard. all use different software and can not sync leds. why would I buy anymore razer products if they are not willing to support their products

use 'VISUALIZER' you can use wave effect in base model. lol! Ps. Razer, this is your mistake or ? Is this normal? Why you blocking it use software? I want answers.

Should we read into the November 5th announcements? Is it coincidental that it lines up with Ryzens next chips? Laptops? Tomahawks? Or am I being overly optimistic?

Every time I join a discord call, my YouTube video gets muted. It's still playing and everything but no sound will come from it, i can only hear discord. How do I make it stop?

Im not sure if this belongs here, so I apologize as a first-time poster. But I have a Razer Stealth 13 Laptop, and found as a gaming laptop (which is what I mostly use it for), the WASD keys get extremely hot when running games like WoW or Overwatch. To the point where it pretty much burns my fingers after 15 minutes of gaming. I usually am in bed playing with a pillow to prop up the screen, which may or may not prevent the fans from grabbing cool air to flow through it. But it still gets hot even if I put it on a flat service. Question is, should I just get a simple cheap two-fan cooler to go under the laptop as-is? Or will something like Razer's Chroma Laptop stand work too? (since the stand props the laptop up, the fans will get more air - also it looks cool). Everything else is fine with this system though, I love it! I just would rather save my fingers lol

Hi all, First time poster. I am looking at upgrading my PC build here in the future. I have these Chroma accessories: Razer Huntsman Elite Keyboard Razer Naga Trinity Mouse Razer Goliath Mouse Pad I'd like to enable my Build to be 100% Synapse 3 controlled. The options though, I'd thought i'd ask the community for advice. I'm looking to add: Case - Either Razer Tomahawk or Razer Edition Lian LI 011-Dynamic AMD Ryzen CPU cooler AM4 socket: Lian Li Galahad 360mm (depending on Top of Tomahawk) 240mm up to 6 Case Fans: Lian Li Bora 120mm, if they work Lian Li Unifan 120 RAM: GSkill Trident Neo Z RGB Any insight from the community would be great.

Hey guys the left click in my old naga finally went so i had to get a new mouse and it seems the only other razer with a 12 button key pad was the naga trinity so i bought it. i have been using the old naga for about 6 years so i didnt want to rebind years of games. Thing is now that i made the switch it doesn't give the option of using my old key bindings (i have not changed any settings just plugged in the new mouse) can someone tell me how to carry over my key bindings to the new naga?

I was just looking at the new Base Station Chroma V3 and I've noticed the thingy in the red circle on one of the promo images. Does anyone know what that is? I don't remember Razer launching anything like that. Possibly a wireless charger?

Who else waited to long to get the cute Sneki Stickers with their plushie? My fiance and myself were debating on Sneki yesterday, and decided to order if this morning, and the sticker pack was no longer a part of the Sneki bundle! Just a little tattoo (which to be honest is kinda disappointing.) As well as the fact of them advertising Sneki with free shipping and then tacking shipping on at check out.

I've been using the Razer Blade Stealth 13 (2019) Mercury White model for just under a year now and it has been nothing short of a disappointment. 1. I can't dock my laptop to my Razer eGPU via thunderbolt without having to reboot 2. Occasionally my screen will not refresh properly and flickers for 30 minutes or so until the issue fades out 3. My fan, even though I'm idling at 9% CPU, is on blast - almost non-stop 4. The touchpad clicks are spongy and hard to click I would love to engage razer support with these issues but I've been down that road with them before and it was nothing short of a clusterfuck of miscommunication, ridiculous delays, and w/ no issues actually resolved. Anybody experience any of these problems? Are these laptops really just polished turds? Looking for some help from the community here. Thanks!

I used to send the log file to the support team when I came across a sudden quit of DaVinci Resolve. But after reading it, they said there was nothing wrong with the software nor my pc. I used every word I know to describe it, but didn't work. Ultimately, it turned out that images speak louder than texts. I used screenshots tools that capture still images https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-take-screenshots-in-windows-10 and screen recorders for the entire demonstration. https://www.videoproc.com/download-record-video/best-screen-recorder.htm The support team found a red icon on my anti-virus software which also indicated the over usage of CPU. Just a pretty simple issue, but we had gone a detour. I might have been given up reporting without the help of intuitive tools. PS: Most of them have watermakers. So I just use them for personal use. Hi guys & gals, I've seen a few locked threads from several years ago regarding the same topic, but after scouring the internet, I am yet to find somewhere to purchase a hard shell case for Razer laptops. So my question is, Razer, what gives?

I have a gaming PC, HP Omen with Nvidia 1080 TI ya watevs, had razer cortex maintain my game list, dozens of games, two years running. Today for some reason it wants a password.. um ok... and now the game list is toast. Game list is empty.. YOU had ONE JOB, remember the games on the system. Lol what??? Oh I tease you because I love you Anyone else have razercortex just melt down and reset? Is this common? Maybe RC is trying to tell me I'm 40 years old and shouldn't have a dedicated gaming PC. oof

Hello, I need to upgrade my ram for my Blade Pro 17. Unfortunately the only information I get from Razer is DDR4 2933MHz memory. Would be nice to know what Razer has tested as compatible but they have no information to help. Has anyone installed 2x 32 GB ram ? What is the best option out there . thank you , Jean-Francois

Basically simple as that....the serial number is missing from the bios idk how that happend an all of a sudden my new battery a few months old went from charging to just not doing anything....it says its stuck at 25 percentage then if i unplug the cable it dies instantly...also since the serial number is missing for some reason i cant use the razer updater as it says my system isnt a razer..... apparently you can insert your serial number an sku through amidewin but i dont know how

I love the way the Tomahawks look especially the mITX, but the black aesthetic doesn't fit with the rest of my mercury peripherals. What do you guys think the chances of a Mercury edition are?

I recently bought a Razer Blade 15 Base model from Amazon during the annual prime day. So far I am very happy with the device, but yesterday a tiny little red dot at left centre of the screen caught my eye . It's best noticeable on white background and I guess it's probably a stuck pixel. I updated GPU drivers and tried some of the softwares that claim to unstuck the pixel , though I only tried the flashing for an hour max. I'm not really sure what to do now . Should I wait? Should I keep trying to fix it with the softwares ? Or should I return it? I don't know what Amazon policies are on that though ..... vshare Hope you guys can help me out
