Guys I am getting a Razer Blade 15 2018 bade model for $1000 but there is a problem. I have Heard that Razer has a lot of Quality issues , like their batteries just expand or their displays don't work. Tbh I don't have much money and I am putting my savings into this laptop, in your honest opinion should I get it. Hi, MSI user here. I'm thinking of switching to Asus because MSI has gone from a dedicated RGB application to "Dragon Center", an all-in-one app that as far as I can tell is based on the ASUS Armory Crate, but isn't nearly as functional, and also tries to do things I don't like such as installing Ryzen Master and automatically OCing the CPU. I'm a fan of RGB and Razer Chroma connect in particular, and saw someone made a utility to connect Razer to Aura, so I was just wondering what the opinions were of Asus owners because I had only considered Razer's board partners MSI and ASRock until now. From what I can tell, every motherboard manufacturer is presently unhappy with their RGB software for different reasons (ASRock seems to have forgotten to update theirs for newer boards, MSI merged everything into the clusterfudge app I mentioned above, etc.), and the problems with ASUS surround high CPU usage especially with rainbow gradients. Hello everyone, I was considering the option to get the Razer Kishi to play on xCloud with both my phone and Chromebook. We all know it is designed to fit a smartphone but I was also wondering if it could work with a Chromebook through a wired connection from the USB-C port in the Kishi to the USB-A or USB-C on the Chromebook. Has anyone tried it already? Did it work? If not would you think it would work? Let me know! I'd like to before the purchase. Thank you all guys in advance.

I would like to purchase a Razer key board and Mouse. Is it possible to use a single dongle (USB) for a mouse and Keyboard at the same time ? like a Black widow KB and a mamba Mouse . I can't even change DPI settings, 2years and not even getting Synapse 3, i'm even fine with version 2 but it's also not working in latest OSX systems for 1.5 year+. I also have to say, while investigating while Crucial RAM wouldn't clock up to 3200mhz on my Razer 17 Pro 2020, I raised a ticket with Razer Support, I have to conclude that they are verging on useless. They don't read the tickets that we submit, nor do they read our replies. I'm about to replace my SSD on my razer, i'm following this tutorial: I'm wondering if anything has done this to their RB 2020 and if will have to save the driver for the WIFI on the USB stick as he recommended or if that's not a necessary step on the RB 2020. like every one else i have had trouble with keys sticking not physical but software and i have found a work around that works for me. i have saved my profiles then logged out and logged back in as a guest ,then imported my profile and started playing ,its early days but in a couple of hours i have had no lockups or stutters maybe its this cloud server thing that when signal drops it momentarily drops out the key from the cloud anyways worth a shot it may help you out .

Hey, New to Kraken headsets. I've picked up a pair of Kraken TE wires headphones. One of the ear cushions has come off (pulled it off to register the product for warranty as per instructions in the box. The cushion wont go back on inside the very slim groove it was once positioned. How am I supposed to get it back in?! Has anyone ever had this issue? Thanks,

Looking at getting a laptop to stream from. I want use the Ripsaw to stream from my PS4 (and whatever else I hook up to it) and use my Razer Kiyo webcam, cause I love it., and my blue yeti mic, cause I also love it SO, lots of USB bandwith is being asked for. Right now I'm having issues in OBS adding the two Video Capture Devices (the ripsaw and the kiyo) I want to buy a laptop, but I want to know that the laptop can either A) handle the banthwith B) has two USB controllers Can ayone tell me what their Blades or other razer laptops have going on? I know that building a tower would make this all easier, but space is a limitation and I like being able to move things around.

I have always been an avid fan of Razer. I personally own a Blackwidow Elite, two Deathadders, a Mamba, and switched from ROG to the recent Razer Blade 15 2020. I wonder if anyone has faced a similar issue as mine with regards to the Blackwidow Elite; the volume scroller got busted, when rotated in one direction, the volume increases and decreases erratically. Thankfully, Razer's customer service got back to me and agreed to do a 1-1 exchange of my product which I deeply appreciate. However, this is where things took a turn, I sent my image showing how my keyboard wire has been cut, and for 5 days, there was no news.
