Hey guys the left click in my old naga finally went so i had to get a new mouse and it seems the only other razer with a 12 button key pad was the naga trinity so i bought it. i have been using the old naga for about 6 years so i didnt want to rebind years of games. Thing is now that i made the switch it doesn't give the option of using my old key bindings (i have not changed any settings just plugged in the new mouse) can someone tell me how to carry over my key bindings to the new naga?

Hi guys & gals, I've seen a few locked threads from several years ago regarding the same topic, but after scouring the internet, I am yet to find somewhere to purchase a hard shell case for Razer laptops. So my question is, Razer, what gives?

I have a gaming PC, HP Omen with Nvidia 1080 TI ya watevs, had razer cortex maintain my game list, dozens of games, two years running. Today for some reason it wants a password.. um ok... and now the game list is toast. Game list is empty.. YOU had ONE JOB, remember the games on the system. Lol what??? Oh I tease you because I love you Anyone else have razercortex just melt down and reset? Is this common? Maybe RC is trying to tell me I'm 40 years old and shouldn't have a dedicated gaming PC. oof

Hello, I need to upgrade my ram for my Blade Pro 17. Unfortunately the only information I get from Razer is DDR4 2933MHz memory. Would be nice to know what Razer has tested as compatible but they have no information to help. Has anyone installed 2x 32 GB ram ? What is the best option out there . thank you , Jean-Francois

Basically simple as that....the serial number is missing from the bios idk how that happend an all of a sudden my new battery a few months old went from charging to just not doing anything....it says its stuck at 25 percentage then if i unplug the cable it dies instantly...also since the serial number is missing for some reason i cant use the razer updater as it says my system isnt a razer..... apparently you can insert your serial number an sku through amidewin but i dont know how

I love the way the Tomahawks look especially the mITX, but the black aesthetic doesn't fit with the rest of my mercury peripherals. What do you guys think the chances of a Mercury edition are?

I recently bought a Razer Blade 15 Base model from Amazon during the annual prime day. So far I am very happy with the device, but yesterday a tiny little red dot at left centre of the screen caught my eye . It's best noticeable on white background and I guess it's probably a stuck pixel. I updated GPU drivers and tried some of the softwares that claim to unstuck the pixel , though I only tried the flashing for an hour max. I'm not really sure what to do now . Should I wait? Should I keep trying to fix it with the softwares ? Or should I return it? I don't know what Amazon policies are on that though ..... vshare Hope you guys can help me out

I have Heard that Razer has a lot of Quality issues , like their batteries just expand or their displays don't work. Tbh I don't have much money and I am putting my savings into this laptop, in your honest opinion should I get it. Because getting a detective laptop would really burden my wallet plus I wont have money left to ship it back to Razer for a replacement. https://xender.vip/

Hi, MSI user here. I'm thinking of switching to Asus because MSI has gone from a dedicated RGB application to "Dragon Center", an all-in-one app that as far as I can tell is based on the ASUS Armory Crate, but isn't nearly as functional, and also tries to do things I don't like such as installing Ryzen Master and automatically OCing the CPU. I'm a fan of RGB and Razer Chroma connect in particular, and saw someone made a utility to connect Razer to Aura, so I was just wondering what the opinions were of Asus owners because I had only considered Razer's board partners MSI and ASRock until now. From what I can tell, every motherboard manufacturer is presently unhappy with their RGB software for different reasons (ASRock seems to have forgotten to update theirs for newer boards, MSI merged everything into the clusterfudge app I mentioned above, etc.), and the problems with ASUS surround high CPU usage especially with rainbow gradients. Hello everyone, I was considering the option to get the Razer Kishi to play on xCloud with both my phone and Chromebook. We all know it is designed to fit a smartphone but I was also wondering if it could work with a Chromebook through a wired connection from the USB-C port in the Kishi to the USB-A or USB-C on the Chromebook. I would like to purchase a Razer key board and Mouse. Is it possible to use a single dongle (USB) for a mouse and Keyboard at the same time ? like a Black widow KB and a mamba Mouse . How do i tell which devices are compatiable with the same dongle ? i tried looking through razer support but cannot contact them since i do not currently own any razer products. Thanks

Hello Razer Seriously, are you guys in war or something with Apple? Why we can't get Synapse program working in Mac systems. I can't even change DPI settings, 2years and not even getting Synapse 3, i'm even fine with version 2 but it's also not working in latest OSX systems for 1.5 year+. I also have to say, while investigating while Crucial RAM wouldn't clock up to 3200mhz on my Razer 17 Pro 2020, I raised a ticket with Razer Support, I have to conclude that they are verging on useless. They don't read the tickets that we submit, nor do they read our replies. Having raised a ticket to investigate why XMP options weren't appearing in my 17 Pro BIOS, the agent (Level 2) wasn't even aware that the latest BIOS introduces XMP support and needed a screenshot to guide her...as we all know, v1.03 introduced XMP profiles. I'm about to replace my SSD on my razer, i'm following this tutorial: I'm wondering if anything has done this to their RB 2020 and if will have to save the driver for the WIFI on the USB stick as he recommended or if that's not a necessary step on the RB 2020. Also i reckon i need a T5 screwdriver as well or does the 2020 need a different one? Thank You

like every one else i have had trouble with keys sticking not physical but software and i have found a work around that works for me. i have saved my profiles then logged out and logged back in as a guest ,then imported my profile and started playing ,its early days but in a couple of hours i have had no lockups or stutters maybe its this cloud server thing that when signal drops it momentarily drops out the key from the cloud anyways worth a shot it may help you out .
