Greetings, I have a problem that my peripherals ( mouse, keyboard, and mouse pad ) always blinking when playing Remnants: from the ashes (from Epic Games). But when i play others game, my peripherals is fine, Its very annoying. So i turn off the lightning on my peripherals when i want to play that game PS: i'm using spectrum cycling for my peripherals, and my razer driver already have the lastest update, also im using synapse 3.0 Can someone give me some advice or solutions to this problems? Apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere ... the Windows 2004 update has messed with the display size of my new Razer SE 15" 2020 laptop. I understand it's some bug that affects some NVIDIA drivers. Anyone found a workaround, or are people just living with it until MS fix? Thanks!

Hey I bought two items keyboard and mouse: Razer Blackwidow Lite - keyboard Razer Viper - mouse The problem is that keyboard is very high maintenance. Maybe it's my mistake. With everything open and this "barebone" design everything gets inside keyboard very easily! It is collecting a lot of dust particles and very don't like being even slightly spilled something on it. So you have to expect to disasemble this keyboard every two months and thoroughly clean it (at least 1 hour of work). Razer Viper same thing. I couldn't remove buttons because that would void warranty, but something did get into mouse button and I have suffered for a month until the thing was gone. I like how the products work but longevity is very low and a lot of cleaning and maintenance. I think I am going to switch to logitech when these items die. Logitech are so much more care free products and at a sane price. So thanks for keyboard and mouse, just I am not going to buy a new keyboard and new mouse every year.

Razer, you make great products. Is there any sort of information I'm missing on future products? I'd love to know what you have coming down the pipeline!

I bought a Razer Blade 15" because of the size and power. I plan to cover the logo as I am not a kid. I find it rather ugly anyhow. I see that there's TOAST ..which makes wood covers for Blade 15". Are there any other covers that anyone can recommend ? ... side note: $3000 computers should have proper fan controls. ..and covers to hide the hideous logo.

Hello, I just bought a brand new Razer Blade 15 2020 Base Model and I'm interestedt in upgrading my RAM and SSD, but I would like to be certain since I will be shipping both from overseas to south america and It will be impossible for me to return them in case they don't fit my laptop, has anyone done it? or does anyone knows which RAM and SSD's are compatible with the laptop? Preferible a 32GB (2x16 RAM) and a 1TB SSD, both with the highest speeds this laptop can take. Salute to all my co-razer enthusiasts.

Tried to order a new Razer Blade 15 2020, and so farI have gotten 4 consecutive 'We were unable to successfully process your order payment' messages. All orders were from this account with varying credit cards to see if that worked, obviously, there was sufficient funds on these credit cards... I'd love to see a keypad with optical red, purple and analog switchs and interchangeable joysticks that are similar to Xbox, PS etc. instead of the dpad. And a full size "shift" key for gaming.

Im going to keep this short, some issues with a certain 3D program *cough* Maya *cough* has very much messed some file stuff and I have a horrid feeling I need to reset everything to purge it from my drives, but I know there is the option to keep some file etc but if I reset to factory settings will I need to re-register the laptop with razer care etc or will it stay as is?

I think that Razer should release a ceramic mouse feet kit (similar to how they released there grip tape kits) the viper family, basilisk family, deathadder family, and any other future mice lines that they release to compete with glorious and to expand there product range

(I have a 2013 iMac that i sometimes use to play something never that much like free games or something else I also have a apple mouse the one where you cant right click and left click at the same time forget what its called Now on the mac you can have setting for your apple mouse so that might be affecting my mouse idk) So basically i have a razer launchead mouse and i played on a 3 mouse acceleration and a 1450 dpi until recently i figured out about this "little" thing i didn't know about and was wondering what a average dpi or what dpi you guys use rn after figuring the acceleration out im using a 2550 dpi at this moment is that alot for a average person or is my mac being weird with my mouse. Anyways sorry for maybe some confusion but what dpi does everyone use for their mice/mouse?

I've had my headset for about a year and half now and I love it, but the long braided cord would always get tangled and I would intermittently have to unplug it, detangle it, and then plug the USB back in. This worked out fine up until last week, but there have gradually been twists/kinks in the cord that don't really come out. Now the audio and/or mic will cut out every 20 minutes or so, but when I adjust the cord a little bit it reconnects for a bit, so I know it's because the cord has become damaged somewhere inside the thread outer layer. My warranty is up and the rest of the headset works fine so I don't want to replace it, but I don't know how to solder in a new cord... any advice?

I currently have the old razer deathadder chroma and i was wondering, does anyone else have a double click problem or is it just me? it may just be my mouse wearing down but it aint that old.

Razer recently released an advertisement for their concourse backpack, and quite frankly I feel like there are some ideas that are ignored but would REALLY make for a great backpack addition. 1. Tone down the green on the razer logo. Even though it looks cool, half the time I don't want people to think I bought a backpack from a gaming company because Im edgy and quirky and stuff, I just want the backpack to look cool, which it does 2. Multiple interior padding colors. Simple enough to add, and would be a great touch 3. Support for large battery banks. Ngl, if you integrate razer chroma on the interior of the backpack, I'd see that as a reason to get it. Finding stuff at night in a backpack can be annoying. No need for 24/7 RGB on the outside, but some interior lighting that you could change would be lit 4. Many backpacks nowadays have those fancy shoulder straps that reduce the strain from carrying it, I'd look into possible designs for that 4a. Cooling gel on the back of

When is Razer going to design a qwerty style gamepad? I know there's people like me who can't use the grid array (carni hands). It seems it could be pretty easy to do from there standpoint.

Hi all, had some issues with a game and overall configuration and thought to ask here. I am playing AgeOfEmpires2DE and tried to map a hotkey to my Razer Deathadder Elite and it didnt work. The button i tried was the side buttons, 4 and 5. The game actually registers them as "Extra Mouse Button 4 and 5" but they dont work with the SHIFT key. They do work alone by themselves, just not with SHIFT or Ctrl. So if i use any other button like the scroll wheel with the SHIFT key it works but just not the side buttons. For example SHIFT+ Scroll Up works fine, Ctrl + Scroll Up also works great but neither of the Side Buttons 4 &5 work with SHIFT or Ctrl. Not sure if this is a game issue or Windows 10 not allowing my to pair them with the SHIFT and Ctrl. Any tips? Also last small concern, can the razer synapse auto change profile linked to seperate games automatically? Thanks

OK, So I have a razer Blackwidow I got it like 2d ago and when I go on Razer synapse 2.0 (i use Mac and yes you can use a windows keyboard on a mac) so when I go to look it is not there just my mouse and when i unplug my mouse it does not even show up and it work I know. And When I plug in my mouse and open razer synapse it crashes Someone help me, Thanks. And if I can change the effect like ripple or Croma without razer synapse then tell me Thanks.

Joe Rogan has a hot take on gaming saying that it's a waste of time. His point being that gaming is a fun experience but isn't productive. He's pretty much stating that gaming has a terrible ROI (Return on Investment) and while I do see what he is trying to say, I disagree with him and I do think it's more nuanced than that. It really all depends on what your KPI is (Key Performance Indicator). Some people simply want to have fun, fill in the gaps of boredom or entertain themselves. Gaming is perfect for that. I don't think that it's necessary for anyone to walk away from their experience with something tangible to show for it. If it was such a waste of time, I would think that listening to his podcast or watching a movie would fall along the same lines. You're consuming it. Has anyone used Aster Multiseat software together with Synapse? I cannot connect my Deathadder Essential everytime to Synapse whenever Aster is running. I need to disable Aster and restart to have Synapse recognize my device. Anyone found a workaround for this?
