I’m looking at the Razer blade 17 4k, it says “studio edition” after the graphics specs, and then the 300hz one does not have that, I was just wondering what the studio edition means or all changes compared to the 300hz one. I wanted to make sure it doesn’t bottleneck my gaming and make sure it’s not worse than the 300hz one except for the FPS monitor difference

Before you start to read my review, just want to let you know that I've been using their product for 6 year at least. But that's not what it sounds like, here the story. Bought a Huntman Elite in 3rd September 2018. I issued a ticket to Razer Support to solve my issue with the keyboard on 02-Jun-2020 08:33 PM. Didn't try to use Synapse 3 with its features until June 2020. Once I tried to use their features such as remapping keys, custom Macro or set a specific key for the keyboard with different functions. It never works. However, when I try to contact them for support. They kept extending the supporting time until my product expired (Which is 3/9/2020) then they said my keyboard warranty is expired. The time they sent me this message was 2nd September 2020. Which I have 1 day left until my keyboard gets expired. However, I was working with them for at least 3 months since my first ticket in June 2020 that I sent to them. Over 3 months, they keep telling me to do the same methods

hey there everyone, just received my first razer, let alone a lap top of this magnitude. im struggling with my internal microphone. I have it set to toggle instead of always on. where is the default toggle button on the razor stealth 13.3 inch. Do I need to create one in synapse? id like to use the default currently before I dive into programming key strokes. thanks in in advance for all your help!

I want to know if I Can buy the dock for the Basilisk Ultimate separately? The mouse + dock option it out of stock. I am about to buy Huntsman Elite, Basilisk Ultimate + RGB Dock, Firefly v2 and Nari Ultimate and RGB Headphone stand a total of over $700. The RGB charging dock is holding up the purchase unless it can be bought separately. The mouse is the main reason I'm shopping for new stuff and I want everything with RBG. I'm in need of a new mouse asap. I can't wait a month until the dock is back in stock. That being said I don't want to buy the mouse w/o the dock if I can't get it later and w/o the mouse it's pointless to me to buy the rest. This would be an investment for me and would make me a Razer customer for life.

Hello! Recently bought the Razer 15.6 2020 Base Model. I'm trying to undervolt my comp/ think it'd help with heating... but with the new BIOS version I cannot change voltage. I heard from a few places that the newer razer models are already undervolted but I think that only applies to the advanced models. I can't see the voltage on my computer on MSI Afterburner or Intel XTU (just says default voltage). I want to undervolt to fix the heat (I know this computer gets hot... games have been running amazingly, have had no problems with this laptop otherwise). Bought a cooling pad and vent the fans regularly with compressed air). Does this laptop just run hot and that's okay? (by hot I mean hot to the touch). If I should undervolt how do I get around the new BIOS update that prevents changing voltage? Any info appreciated. Thanks!

Hey All! I know there have been a few threads here regarding this issue but they are al locked. just received my new Core-X today , and it just won't power up at all. I have installed my AMD radeon rx 5700TX gpu in it , connected to power and connected the thunderbolt cable between core-X and my MacBook 16 (running Catalina 10.15.6) and still won't power up. any ideas? Thanks!

I see the product returns on the side of the building where I work (pre-pandemic). I have come to the conclusion that there are two kinds of people: those who take care of their stuff and those who don't. Saying "those who don't" by the way, is putting it nicely - I have seen some things and OMG people, please take better care of your things! I'm definitely on the side of being super meticulous about how I take care of my stuff, especially my Razer gear. For this week's Thread of the Week, I want to hear your tips and tricks in taking care of your Razer gear. Do you treat it with special care? I'd love to hear them. Who knows, maybe I'll compile a list of user best practices - should be fun. I'll start with mine: With my Blade, if I'm not charging it and I'm not using it, I unplug the power from it. I've had bad luck in the past with other machines; power surges and what-not and it's become a habit. It's peace-of-mind, but if you don't need to charge your Blade, I feel like it do

I have Razer Synapse version 7.3.29.148 set to run when windows starts. It is also set to minimize to the system tray when it does so. This does not happen. I have tried everything. Closing the program and opening it again yields the same results. As soon as I open it it goes to the main screen instead of going to the system tray like its supposed to. Seems this was an issue sometime last year but was resolved. Also the window on startup does not pop up immediately. It takes a couple minutes then it just pops up. No interaction with the program or even my razer devices.. it just pops up one time per startup after a few minutes

Hey everyone! Avid Razer Kraken product fan here. I have always been a big supporter of the Kraken line of products since from my experience, they last a good 4-5 years before failing, so I appreciate the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each of them. However, over the years, I have noticed a big shortage on color variation. Take note of the Razer Kraken Mobile line of products, they featured colors in red, yellow, blue, orange, etc. Nowadays, it seems the only prominently feature colors for the newest line of headsets are Black, Mercury, Quartz, and of course, the trademark Green. To diversify the array and personalize the selection for users, I recommend a wider variety of colors to choose from! To kickstart this suggestion, I edited a really cool Lilac Edition of the Kraken X's (See attachment). What do you guys think? I'm interested to see whether or not this could be brought to the attention of the Razer team! :)

That would be amazing, 2012 version I would also like to know, but mostly I'm interested in the 2009 version I've been searching all over the web to try and find out, but it's very hard to find.

Im going to make this long story short, Around 1.5/2 years ago i bought the razer nari essential, let me tell you it was one hell of a #### road, They worked for around 2 months after two months i chose to download razer synapse, suddenly the mic stopped working, with very little times it would work for a couple minutes, so i still used it. i got a new pc, and the mic worked! i thought it was a problem with my old pc and not synapse, and downloaded synapse to turn on bass boost, AND now the mic AND right speaker doesn't work. in a couple months im going to buy a headset, i searched for really long for a headset non razer ( because im scared of wasting the money) but razer is litterally the only brand that haves what i want for the right price any options, i am too young to get a job in my country, so 100$ is alot of money for me i dont know what to do, i dont rlly trust razer after the nari

I haven't bought it yet and I have heard really good things about it. I just have a important quesion about it that my friend can't answer for me. Does the usb for the wireless mode work for ps4. Because if so then I'll for sure get it so it's less of a hassle then my Kraken pro v2 which needs to be replaced tbh

If anyone's been following along, Jeff Grubb a reporter for GamesBeat decided he'd being doing his own pseudo "Summer" themed games "event" in place of the usual string of gaming related announcements we'd be getting for E3. He started his "event" yesterday by posting a schedule of announcements - some more obscure than others. For today he had ___man, which was revealed to be Superman - as in the song by Goldfinger, which was in Tony Hawk Pro Skater, which was announced today that it was getting a remaster. So we know this list is going to be pretty legit. With that said. What the hell is happening tomorrow? And what can we expect this summer?

Hello everyone, I'm new user here. I am planning to buy a second hand Razer Kraken Pro V2 Headset. Is there anything I need to be aware of? And I did my research about razer surround pro software, and it needs activation. Is it possible to activate it with a second hand headset?

There is much flashy stuff on the main Razer Insider web page but absolutely nothing which I can find about any SDK Razer has for developers to program the ability to control Razer devices or access user cloud-based settings. Does such an SDK exist ? Does information about such an SDK actually exist somewhere ? If the SDK exists what cross-platform computer languages does it support ? Python ? C++ ? Java ? C# ? or what ? Inquiring developer minds want to know. If there is no real SDK, fine. But if there actually is maybe Razer should spend a little of their time in trying to interest developers in it by providing some easily findable/usable information.
