I bought a very expensive laptop for work but it kept crashing and was completely unusable for After Effects so i returned it via the label they provided.I’m in the UK and the laptop was sent to Amsterdam. It’s been on hold for days and DHL contacted me saying that Razer REFUSED to accept the package because it’s missing one form I was never told about. DHL cannot contact the number Razer provided so they can’t do a thing.Support keeps replying in the middle of the night saying not to worry but nothing is happening in the slightest and it feels like I haven’t spoken to a single human but only chatbots.The whole situation is incredibly stressful and DHL have called me saying that I have until tomorrow to sort this out or it will get sent back at my expenses.I’m honestly appalled.

I want to buy a monitor stand, I would like to know if it will work with Razer Synapse 3? For some reason I do not want to install Synapse 4.

I have been trying for the past hour to get my Razer Nommo V2 Pro wireless control pod to work with the razor audio app, but it won’t work no matter what I try. The wireless control pod refuses to go into command mode. It says on the website that it is supported under a list of supportive devices, but it just won’t detect? How do I solve this. Its so frustrating how vague they are.

Every thing that I try doenst work: Telephone: only a computer voice saying there is no support via phone Email: (education-support@razer.com) says the email adress doesn’t exist Contact form: can’t put in my first name and last name which are both mandatory fields Chat: even in the times where the chat should be up, I am not able to open up the chat. I got my Pro Click V2 today and its fascinating. The shape is almost perfect and it feels great but for some reason there is no DPI button and instead they give you a long press on the scroll wheel for AI garbage that you cant remap to cycle DPI. I thought i basically found the perfect productivity mouse but its ruined by another company trying to jam AI crap down our throats. Do you really think an AI prompt button is more useful than a standard CORE feature on a mouse? Why wont you let us remap the AI button to sensitivity? Why is there a small subset of button I can remap the long click to? 

My Razer Viper Ultimate just won't charge, it doesn't charge more than 2%, I've tried charging using the dock, I've tried via USB, every way, I've cleanly reinstalled synapse, I've updated firmwares, I've restarted the computer, changed place USB, NOTHING WORKS. I need urgent help, I need mouse functionality, however, I bought it wirelessly to use it wirelessly, I don't use it charging with a wire attached to it.   

Is It normal the mouse wont charges when Im playing a game and using a controller instead of the mouse, I can charge It only when Im on desktop without a game running in background. It seems a software issue. It's usuless like this, becuase i Need to keep the PC running in standby for charging the mouse.

A few days after I bought a Razer barracuda x 2022, I decided to check them by serial number, but it didn't work. I tried to register the product, and I succeeded. Can this somehow affect the warranty. I don't know what to do next, should I return the product to the store or continue using it?

Hi allIs the chroma integration already set for the game? Do we need to do anything to put it to work? In other games the chroma profile kicks in automatically. 

I have a Razer blade 14 2022 with rtx 3070ti, I want to know if I can charge my blade on the go with a 65w-100w usd-c charger via its usb-c ports. While charging. I would just be surfing the web and watching some videos, basically light work and I will not be gaming.

So I’ve already gone to Razer and they want me to send my entite laptop in to them to resolve my single busted S Keycap, the latches under it are working fine. The key itself cracked in half, I was able to superglue the two pieces together and it was working okay until the wings on the back of the cap recently broke. Being a gamer/writer I can not send in my laptop as I practically live and work on this thing for everything, I’ve also already looked and reached out to all the major keycap replacement sites and all have either never returned my email or let me know they don’t have any keys or kits for my particular model, which seems to be rare or near impossible to find others, even in the aftermarket space.  So my question is, for model: Razer Blade 17 (‎RZ09-0423PEF3-R3U1)What other laptop models can I pull an S Key from that will fit and work with my model?I’ll do the whole keyboard or single keycap, it doesn’t matter. I lost my razer hammerhead true wireless x right earbud when I was outside, I can remember that I placed them both correctly into their case and placed it inside my pocket. But when I arrived at home, I saw that my right earbud is missing and I went back to the mall and tried to find the right earbud on the area that I placed them inside the case. But sadly, I didn’t find it, I spent 3-5 hours trying to find it but it was almost midnight so I just gave up and made a decision to purchase a new set. But my friends and some people are suggesting that I should just try to purchase a spare piece. 

I cant get Clio and Nommo V2 to work together in surround mode.Support seems to have no clue.Are there anyone that has succeded to get surround working?How did you do it?

I have been playing CS2 recently and using discord along with it. I have noticed My Razer Huntsman Mini has an issue where I have to double tap my walk and crouch buttons for them to work. Even with discord as well, I have a keybind for deafen, and I have to double tap right control(my deafen keybind) for it to work. If anyone knows how to fix this it would be very helpful. Thank you in advance! 

So my Bluetooth Headset recently decided to stop working and I contacted support and they put me in contact with their warranty team, which is asking me to cut the Razer cord, however I lost it long ago since it was a very short cable and it is just a micro USB cable so I didnt think much of it. Will the warranty be denied now? 

So my logitech mx master series died on me a few weeks ago and I had been searching for a replacement basically just something ergonomically sized with a good scroll wheel and a couple of side buttons. I came across the Logitech Pro Click v2 and when they came back in stock last week I bought one. My main computer is a custom built PC but my work computer is a macos. I got it in today and unfortunately I didn't realize its not compatible with synapses macOS version. The crazy thing to me is the vertical version is and these are both new mice. I can use a third party app to change the buttons on mac but it won't let me change the DPI. Any advice?
