HelloI recently got the Blackwidow 3 tkl and I happy with the purchase but I want to change the Keycaps. The keycaps are cherry profile. Do every keycap with cherry profile works with this keyboard or theres something more to take in count before buying anything?Thank u for reading! 

Hi guys, I’m new to the community. Recently I’ve encountered that my mouse’s right click works poorly (in a fps games when I aim down sight it would twitch between aiming and not aiming), so I am looking to buy a new mouse, but they do not make the all black model anymore, is it the one with green wheel the same as the one with black wheel or I should go for a different mouse that is similar to it, if so, what mouse should I get?

I lost the use of my left hand but would still like to play games on my PC. I need a pointing device with programmable keys.

Recently grabbed myself a wolverine v3 and I must admit it is definitely one of my favourite controllers nowadays. The lack of software options however, options that are available on much cheaper offerings from the likes of Gamesir, is nothing short of disappointing for the price. I really hope we get a firmware/software update in the near future that adds at leastTrigger dead zone adjustmentAnalog stick response curves (disabling sticks as well)Default button remapping (not just paddle assignment and with keyboard/multimedia key support)Profile switching onboard and shift layers(the profiles are already saved to the controller board)I don't believe there are any console restrictions here because the elite series 2 supports all of these. Knowing razer there's probably a controller in the works with these features for twice the price of the v3 but I really hope I'm wrong

Hammerhead True Wireless - 2 defective pairs. Unlucky or outdated product?I ordered two pairs of Razer’s old style gaming ear buds with no silicone on the ear piece. The second pair was because the first pair didn’t and still doesn’t work, opening the case when it’s fully charged does not “play an audible cue” that indicates it’s attempting to pair.It just does *nothing*. There’s no audible cue and it never shows up on any of my devices (phone, Xbox or PC) as a pair-able device. I’ve tried everything, from charging the case without the ear buds, to charging one ear bud at a time, and of course charging both earbuds. They are both basically overpriced paper weights.Someone from razer actually reached out to me and informed me the seller I bought it from on Amazon HDD Shop, isn’t an authorized reseller for razer, so I can’t get a warranty on either one. All I can do is return them back to HDD shop since razer can’t find the S/N I provided them for both products.Am I really just unlucky?

Since I installed Windows 11 after 10 version on my 2021 Razer Blade 15 Advanced model rz09-0367x (nvidia rtx3070 mobile gpu), I have been experiencing blue screens with the message 'Video Memory Management Internal' and Kernel Power source issue on event viewer, even when the computer is doing nothing. I have also noticed that, compared to before, the fans are running loudly even when the computer is not performing any major tasks.I have tried all the solutions I found online, such as reinstalling the graphics drivers, cleaning the registry via CMD, and even formatting the laptop, but the problem persists. I bought this device the other day specifically to be a controller for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. But...there are no profiles anywhere on the web for MSFS 2024, including in the loupedeck marketplace.Further, I’ve not been able to configure any physical buttons or knobs to control anything in MSFS 2024.Has anybody gotten this to work, and if so, please share how.Thanks!

Hey Razer community, I’d love to see Razer offer a Hardware Control API that would allow us to efficiently manage hardware usage and reduce power consumption. A lightweight, minimalist alternative to Synapse, similar to what G-Helper is for Asus, would be perfect for users who don’t need all the extra features but still want control over their Razer devices. This would let us fine-tune settings for better performance and lower power draw without unnecessary software overhead. Let’s ask Razer to consider this and improve the experience for all of us!Yes, it was chadgpt, but the idea is till serious, and I think would be beneficial for both the firm and users. 🙄

Had this controller for around a year. Starting about a month ago, the controller would randomly ghost look and move during game play which caused game loses. Now the whole left side died. Not sure if its worth upgrading to the V2 Pro or the Ultra when i see the backbone getting lots of good reviews. 

Do i need to buy THX if I bought a Blackshark v2 pro and if we get it on razer website do we get it if we buy Blackshark on amazon

I got Razer Viper V3 Pro 5 months ago. And left click stops working sometimes

So I just got the v3 TE and I was about to copy all my previous settings to play Halo Infinite (previously used Elite Series 2 for years). I was insanely shocked when I learned that you can't remap the basic bumpers in this thing? Please someone tell me I'm missing something, this is unreal wtf. I will 101% return the controller if that is the case. Anyone?

Just bought a pair of Kraken Kitty V2 BT from razers website. They paired fine with my pc but I notices the ever so slightest audio delay. You can tell when you watch people talk on a video. I did a little research and found a forum from 5 months ago with a bunch of people asking when they are going to fix this bug. As the synapse update from 5 or 6 months ago seems to have given a lot of people audio delay. Latest reply on there was from 26 days ago and there seems to be no solution. Did I buy a pair of headphones they aren’t supporting anymore? If so why are they selling them on the Razer official website. 

Hi guys, I've had this mouse for about 2/3 years now and now I have to recharge the battery every 1/2 days. Ok, I'm always on the PC, but do you think it's worth keeping it like this until my mouse dies?

Razor web site …. probably due the great many hardware from Razer available its darn confusing to find out what you want. There’s not even a general search option …All them separate software items make it very unclear what you really need, in my case for a Tantarus v2.Once you get around programming macros in my case for a flight simulator i spent 2 days, due the complexity of the synapse v3 and v4 software and the IMO superfluous distraction of unnecessary stuff.PLEASE SIMPLIFY the lot, and just post a OFFLINE specific software tool package for the sake of accessibility. 

My Razor Ultimate Blackwidow Keyboard is finally starting to have signifcant wear on it after 13 years I got it back in 2012. So I have been out of the loop with modern keyboards is there a razor keyboard that give me similar feel to what my og keyboard gave me. I believe they keys are MXBLUE switches. 

Hello, I recently switched to the basilisk v3 pro and I love it, the only problem is that the scroll wheel wobbles horizontally and vertically, Is this normal or should I ask for a replacement?

Hello, I am a user of the Razer Synapse software and I have been using it for a while now to customize my Razer peripherals. However, I have noticed that when using the Hypershift function, it can be difficult to identify which buttons have macros assigned to them. I would like to request a new feature in the Razer Synapse software that would allow the individual buttons with macros assigned to them to light up when the Hypershift key is pressed. This would make it much easier to quickly identify and access the macros I have set up. I think this feature would be a valuable addition to the software and would greatly improve the user experience. The IdeaPad Pro 5 14 inch 32 GB laptop seems powerful enough for gaming and productivity, but I want to make sure it fully supports Razer’s software. I use a Razer keyboard and mouse, and I want to ensure full compatibility, especially for custom lighting effects and macros.Has anyone tried using Razer Synapse on this laptop? Does it run smoothly without issues? Also, do Chroma-enabled devices sync properly?Let me know your experiences! 😊

so when i am on wire mode the mouse working when i connect usb cabel to dongel itys showing that is working but my mouse starting to light up white and not responding 

I'm having trouble reloading Razer Gold, it keeps telling me "This purchase transaction cannot be found" and I can't seem to find much of a solution. Any help? 

I recently just changed my battery on my razer blade 2022 model because it would die of 1 hour of use watching Youtube. I knew something was wrong. Now I've change the battery and it booted and feels like its running fine. But I'm running into an issue with the sound randomly that I wasn't before the battery change where there is a static noise now. When I plugged it into power it stopped but when unplugged it starts again. Anyone else seen this issue before?I read a form talking about changing power settings for PCI or something to off so I did but no dice.
