Just curious here. I’ve been using Razer THX for quite sometime now, but I recently bought a good surround sound system. Would it be beneficial to keep THX running, while using the surround sound? Or would it be better to drop it in favor of the surround sound only?Thanks.

I just received my BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless (2023) . Everything is perfectly fine except that I cannot connect my headset to synapse 3. It will not detect whatsoever. I have did a ton of research and watched countless youtube videos and found nothing to help me. I am connected via dongle /headset to pc/ and its not working. Bluetooth is on. I have updated, deleted, troubleshooted synapse and cant get anything. I’ve followed tutorial and help forms detail to detail. Can someone actually help and be of use so people can learn how to use this headset. 

Hey there everyone Any help appreciated on thisi have a repair shop and there is Razor Laptop with not booting Correctly issue and took out the main board and I think  there are some bios  programing issue on Some of the IC like IC W25Q80Dw / IC MX25L6405 /IC MX25L1005/ IC W25Q80V  is there any way i can find the base factory bios for these ICs? if photo needed i can send photo or video of the main and the device if you could help on reprograming or factory base bios program please let me know 

I currently got the Intel Wifi 6 ax201 in my Razer blade15 2021 home. However, every once in a while I have to uninstall the drivers because it stops working somehow, and sometimes this trick doesn't work. On top of that, I broke one of the ports (where I have to connect it with the laptop) when I was repasting the GPU and CPU. Now it holds only with a masking tape, so if I move it, it gets disconnected.Luckily, is not something too expensive to replace, but I'd like to replace it with something better, any recommendations?

I know I've definitely pressed a certain key combination before in order to turn on and off specific lights on the keyboard.At the moment my G, M, F11 and left shift keys have their lights turned off and it's driving me nuts.Does anyone know what buttons to press to get these individual keys to have their lights turned back on please?Edit: this is happening specifically in world of Warcraft it seems. When I'm out of the game, the rest of my keys are one colour but those keys I mentioned are on but a different colour, so if the rest are yellow, those keys are vibrant green. Does anyone know what I've done and how to fix it? Hard reset did nothing.

Hi guys!, in march of this year i bought my viper v2 and from about 1 week ago i started having problems with my scroll, when i’m scrolling down suddenly go up a bit and the opposite when scrolling up, does any one know how to fix it? i have try it all solutions that razer support gives me when i talk to the chat support, please help

I’ve had my deathadder v3 pro for about a year and randomly today the scroll wheel click stopped working. The scroll wheel up and down still works fine.I have tried resetting the profile in Razer Synapse and installing the latest firmware and still no good.

I had this razer gold voucher code. I redeemed it 1:1 going to my steam wallet.Now I cant find how to do it anymore. Because in the razor website 250 wallet creds (ph peso) is 272 gold.Can someone still remember how it to do it? 

Hey guys just wanted to see I’m new here and now a fan of Razer. I play Xbox and purchased the Blackshark v2 pro and the Wolverine v3 pro a couple days ago. Just wanted to say I love the products and look forward to using them. I had to get the white blackshark but that’s ok because almost I buy is black anyway. lol. Anyways just wanted to say hello. 

I just got this keyboard and installed all the stuff then hoped into a BO6 I and already ran into numerous problems my wasd keys randomly hold and the shift key always appears to be pressed I can't looked at the lead bord with our it opening the steam game bar (u know when u press shift and tad) idk if I just got a broken out the box keyboard or if there's some settings I can change to fix this problems but idk what to do

After 8 or so years, the cable finally started cutting out my signal when it is moved, so I need a new one. I really liked the sound balance of this model, with its more bass focus. Looking for recs of other headsets with a similar sound profile as the chroma (must be wired, I don't want hypersense since it seems like it would be annoying more than immersive). 

I have a Razer Blade 15 (2021) laptop that has a RTX 3060, Intel Core I7, and 64 GB of RAM. For some reason I experience lots of frame drops when playing games like Minecraft. I will drop frames every 15 seconds or so of playing. During the fraction of a second when the frames drop, it seems almost like everything freezes for a moment before jumping back to normal operation. I have made sure that I am using my dedicated graphics card and not the integrated graphics, but I still have this issue. I would think that this issue is not related to the specs of the laptop. This problem happens from the moment I start the game so it is not something that happens due to hot temperatures.

I can't find a definitive answer so I'll ask you guys. I am interested in the new controller but my concern is the tension on the analogue sticks, mainly the right one. I currently play with a longer stick and maximum tension on the Xbox Elite v2 and I struggle to go back to the 'normal' loose setting. I bought the newest Scuf controller and I couldn't get on with it. What is the tension like and what does the clutch actually do? Thanks. 

meaning can i bind the thumpkey on a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro  as the hyper shift key aktivator. and then use the hypershift bound keys on my razer tartarus pro. keypad? if yes then info about it is very hard to find, and one should think it is a big selling point.

My PC wont boot when my chroma HDK is connected.Worked just fine until  I updated bios to 3057.Asus B650E-I, 7900X3D, 7900XTX.If i connect it when PC is up and running it works.Tried with Synapse 3 and 4 and it works just fine in both.Any advice how to solve this? BR /m 

Hello, ive been using this mouse for a year and recently the middle button click suddenly stopped working. Ive tried to reset on synapse and tried on different devices and still not working. Scrolling is just fine but not clicking. Any solution?

I have a Blade 15 (2023). 13800h, 4060, 64GB RAM. It has started to freeze intermittently and become really hot to touch when gaming.I recently was playing WoW classic and GPU was getting up between 75c to 80c. Not hot for this laptop but I wouldnt expect it to heat as much as it has for such an old game. I set the graphics to as low as they'd go to look for an improvement and got none.I have an Asus Zenbook 14 for work. I9 ultra 185, integrated GPU, 32GB RAM. I installed it on this to see if I can get the same temps but the system ran cool. Fans barely came on. Installed on my steam deck and little to no heat build up also.I am on the original factory image and updated to last available stable patches in windows.Any help or pointers appreciated. 

Hi all.  Does anyone know of a way to increase the range of a wifi headset, Black Shark V2 (2020) in my case,  without running a cable from the computer to move the location of the dongle?  Is there a Wifi extender out there that will work with devices that aren’t on the network?  So far I haven’t come up with anything which amazes me. It would be great to be able to get more than 20 ft away from my PC without losing signal.

My Windows 10 computer will pair but not connect and the blue light stays blinking. My phone says "pairing rejected". Connecting USB gives a USB device not recognized warning. If I use the 3.5mm, it works like it should. I can't get the firmware update to recognize them, so no help there. Any other clever things to try or do I need to resign myself to corded only use for this set?

Razer Nommo V2 Bluetooth lightning flicking like hell.. no action been taken... very very disappointed 

I recently wanted to buy some Razor Gold Giftcards with cash, but wasn’t able to. They said they were only taking cards? Is this a permanent payment method or just temporary?

Currently rocking the razer blackshark v2 wireless headset and out of nowhere my mic stopped working. It will only work when i use the audio jack plug but when i use the wireless adapter it doesn't work. Keep in mind i can hear out the headset regardless if i use the audio jack or wireless. Haven't found anything on how to fix this, any help?
