I have Razer Deathadder V3 Pro and Razer Deathstalker V2 Pro Tenkeyless, I'm running Windows 11, and have the devices in their latest firmware version and Razer Synapse in the latest version. The devices work all fine with the cables connected, but wirelessly they disconnect often (especially Deathadder is super annoying to use). I have setup in Razer Synapse for them not to go to sleep early (at least 15 min or so), but they disconnect after few seconds. Any ideas what the issue might be? 

I just bought a razer blackshark v2 usb headphone, but it did not install any app as the manual says it should, and I am unable to open razer website from my pc. Please help

When Razer will realize gaming laptop with OLED 4k +120 Hz screen? Is the next year or more later?

I know people will respond to this by saying “It’s almost 5 years old.” Or “get a new laptop”, but I am confident it’s not just that. I’ve had my laptop for almost 4 years now. Not even a year into having it, It would get incredibly hot in winter. the only thing added to it was 2tb of internal storage and that barely helped it keep going. Even when I had it early on, it was barely able to run Minecraft with full graphics. I have numerous games that I want to play on it, but can’t. I’m surprised it’s even running the sims. It cannot run The Forest, Fortnite, Phasmophobia or really any other game on medium graphics. I have to do a ton of optimization to run Minecraft on 60fps, and it can barely run a Roblox game on medium graphics. I cannot afford to get another laptop and I just had to spend 300$ getting new fans and battery for it. I have a cooling pad, multiple fans going in my room and I don’t know what to do anymore. Can anyone help me and is this a universal problem?

Hello,I would like to use a KVM to switch between my PC and my Mac. I bought a KVM switch and unfortunately it did not work with my Razer keyboard and mouse.Has anyone had a KVM switch which worked well with Razer's products?I am looking for a KVM switch with HDMI and 2 USB ports.Thank you!

Devices: Firefly v2 ProBlackwidow v4 ProI can configure the command dial knob on the keyboard to change the keyboard brightness. How can you use the knob to change the brightness on the Mousepad, or alternately change brightness on both Keyboard and the Mousepad ?Synapse see both devices, and the RGB syncs between them. In the newer program Razer Synapse Beta, a reoccurring problem is in the “macro” side of things.I have used the Razer Synapse 3 macro stuff, no problem, and at some point, some Razer program wasn’t working for a while no matter what I did, so I clean re-installed Razer Cortex (which works fine, might I add), and Razer Synapse. Of course, I saw the “NEW!” Razer Synapse and decided to install that instead of Razer Synapse 3. I was in love with everything new and how much faster and nicer it was. It all changed when macros came into play. I re-installed the Macro module and imported my macros, checking all four of them for any corruption or bugs. Every macro was exactly how I wanted. For simplicity in the rest of this discussion, we’ll focus on “Macro 1.” (I didn’t know that you could rename them back then. (Okay, this was like a week ago, nevermind.)) Macro 1 was a 23 CPS Left Click Macro, with 0.02 second delay between each click or release. In Razer Synapse 3, this macro had no problem

What is the standard polling rate for the naga v2 pro, and can it be increased when using the dock pro?

Greetings,Proud owner of a Huntsman v2 Tkl and DeathAdder V3 here for a few months and been loving both of them.I switched from buying from a competing brand of Razer for the reason I think Razer is a more gaming oriented peripherals brand and in my opinion it delivers better hardware specs for the price paid and so far I don’t feel disappointed but in just one small detail.I bough the DeathAdder v3 because it was the only wired mouse with 8k polling rate (if I’m not mistaken), few weeks after i bought these products Razer released Mouse Rotation and Dynamic Sensitivity for some mice and it feels a bit unfair the DeathAdder v3 doesn’t get these maybe because it is not wireless and it is a bit cheaper? And yet it has better hardware specs than the DeathAdder v3 Hyperspeed for example.In my personal opinion would be nice if these would be available to other mice, as a consumer myself most of the times what determines which product one will buy is the budget and not specific bonus feature

Whenever I use my keyboard connected to wired USB, it does a weird key stick that messes up a lot. It doesnt do this when connected wirelessly though the dongle. Ive updated drivers, updated windows, and updated synapse. What else can I try? 

My dav3pro has besides of the to light Encoder, some wheel issues it clicks when pressed, but it doesnt Work, well kinda i have to press it hard that it gets Input on the pc.. so is there any know issue? I checked a lot on Reddit, but all in find is only that Software reset works but nothing with the Switch or so.Also i did Software (and Profile) reset and "uninstalled" the mouse from the Hardware devices in Windows.If not do people know what kind of Switch the dav3pro has for the wheel?Since it still clicks i assume its dust or so. ( Was also thinking to lube it to Check, could i use the lube that i use for my Coffee machine?)No warrantyThanks!

So i am at the point where i should choose between going full scissors and cut the cables as asked from in the email, and just doing the RMA, BUT, this headphones got a serial number that small that i am scared to cut it, in case they cant read it anymore and i get stuck with some broken headphones, i read that the RMA for my country takes months, what should i do? 

I saw some people a while back having similar issues, but was curious if anyone knew of any fix? Basically the moment I load the THX/Synapse drivers, Discord utility sounds (joining/leaving/muting/PTT/etc) just become completely random, and it gets much worse when in a game. I love the headset, but this is a very irritating issue for me. ETA: Blackshark V2 2023 is my headset. 

Hey everyone, just got a blade 14 today and noticed the lid when closed is slightly mis aligned.On the front of the laptop on the left side you can feel the lid slightly overhang the case by a mm or so and on the right side the opposite, as the case overhangs the lid by a mm.Same thing with the sides with the ports.My blade 16 is pretty much perfect, but the 14 is slightly off. Really can’t see it well, but feel it for sure.Is this common? Is it “within tolerances?” Debating if it’s worth sending it back…. Seems to be fine besides that. Lid opens and closes nice and tight.Thanks

When i put it on the dock, it charges for a minute or so before shutting off (indicated by the lighting), ceasing the charging. the battery is still warm to the touch afterwards however. Thanks in advance for the help! 

In my country, razer huntsman v3 pro costs 6500PHP ($113) and Wooting 60HE costs 11950 ($208). Is it worth getting the wooting over the razer if the price difference is almost half? I was also wondering if the difference in performance is a lot or almost the same.

Hey, my razer blade batteries keep swelling. The original battery lasted 3.5 years but swelled to the point the touchpad wasn't working properly anymore (but that was resolved when I removed the battery). The last two I bought on amazon, just lasted a few months. I'm not sure what to do. 

So just recently started having this is issue where I'm ADS in a shooter game and my character moves backwards when holding down the left trigger. Also noticed it does the same when pressing my right joystick to the left direction lol. None of it makes sense but wondering if anyone has encountered a similar issue and has a fix? None of the buttons have ever been modified everything is default 

First time poster here, I've noticed a fair few items have color variety yet the top tier items come in only the classic black, Razer you guys are missing a market, I personally want the white barracuda pro headset and a few other bits in white to match all my other gear like the mouse dock and even your speaker range needs color variety.
