Hi, I have a Razer blade 17 early 2022. No issues whatsoever. I have the latest synapse installed and my max fan rpm can go up to 3800. I have all the software, all updates.  It’s not loud at all when it runs on 3800. The temps are always ok. I just wanted to know if 3800 rpm is the highest it can go or it’s limited by software or smth. Thank you!

Hi guys,As someone who very recently learned of Razer and liked it, would anyone be kind enough to enlighten on the difference between a 2023 and 2024 Blade 16 wirh a 4090? Bestbuy sells the former for $3100 now, and the latter at $4400. While I was looking for “the best”, 3.2k is already a lot.Would it be better for me to get a 2024 with 4080 or just get the super discounted top of band 2023 model? 

I'm looking to switch from mac and get a powerhouse laptop that will last me 5 years and be great for gaming. I have only seen reviews for the 300hz non-4k one, are there any around for the 4k version" For anyone that has it or plans on getting it, why/is it worth it? Also, am I forced to get a 4090 (not 4080) with the 4k? The ROG Zephyrus is $3500 for the 4090, so I was curious about getting that. 

Just got myself a new Aether Pro Lamp but it’s already become unusable. First it completely disappeared from my Synapse 3 after I restarted my computer. Then the Gamer Room app wouldn’t control it at all. So naturally I deleted it off of that app and tried to add the device back. But unfortunately, no matter how many times I reset the device, it won’t enter pairing mode. At least I think I’m resetting it, because the paper instructions tell me one way to do that, and Razer’s support website has different written instructions along with picture(s) instructions on the same webpage that don’t match either the printed instructions or web written instructions. Classic haha.Anyone else had this problem and figured out a fix?

Simple question here: in order to transfer large amounts of image data between two co-located Razor 18 laptops, is a simple ethernet cable the best solution?  Thank you.

I am curious to know if I were to get a Razer Seiren Mini will it have audio mixer software through synapse available for use or do I have to buy an audio mixer?

I originally set up my Orochi V2 using Synapse on my old gaming PC, which I later sold. I've been doing some light gaming on my Mac Mini, which isn't Synapse compatible, and I'm running into an issue with my old Synapse mouse bindings.Razer Hypershift was bound to Mouse Button 4, and now that mouse button won't work because it's still bound to hypershift. I can't figure out how to rebind the button or reset the mouse in order to regain access to the button without using Synapse.Any advice? 

My new Razer Viper V3 Pro ordered direct from Razer, isn't tracking correctly. It will randomly skip downwards severely for no reason while gaming, even when the mouse is moving up. When I lift it up and reset it quickly to do a swipe, it doesn't immediately start tracking, is delayed and doesn't catch up to the current mouse position correctly. I have changed the LOD to many settings, same issue. Current set up: 1600DPI, LOD Low, 2K polling, wireless, no mouse acceleration, receiver at the top of my mouse pad, using Zowie Rouge cloth pad, it's very standard in gaming. The main game I'm playing is Fortnite, and I experience the issue mostly in boxfights and 1v1s where there's a lot of mouse movement required for building and editing. Does anyone at Razer, or the forum, have a fix for this? Either settings? Or a new firmware patch?

I was using my razer huntsman v2, and the s key and its switch came completely out. I havent even had this keyboard for 2 years and it's already falling apart. I've never been rough with it or anything. I believe if I spend nearly 100$ on a keyboard, it should last longer than a $20 one from best buy. I assumed that the limited warranty meant something. They denied my request. 

The Razer Nommo V2 X speakers, firmware update from 1.2 to 1.4 is causing a decline in sound quality, making the sound more sharp and unpleasant to listen to.

Other than ear styles what is performance difference between the Kraken Kitty V2 and V2 Pro?

I have a Naga Pro - I thinnk it's the V1 but I'm not sure because Razer's site won't tell me anything about the mouse other than its support has expired and they don't want to talk to me.I just moved and somehow I lost the 12 button plate. So now all I have the 6 and old school mouse back/forward button ones. Does anyone know where on the Razer site (if at all) they sell the 12 button one? I tried looking myself but all I found were stupid things like the wireless dock. 

Have any of you upgraded your RAM on your Razer Blade 18 successfully? If so, what RAM did you use? I purchased and installed Crucial DDR5 RAM, 2x32GB, SODIMM, 5200mHz, but after installation I get a black screen. Everything is updated on my machine, Windows, Razer Firmware, Bios, everything. Still, a black screen. So, I think this RAM is not compatible with the machine even though it meets Razer’s specs, and Crucial says its compatible. What have you installed on your machine successfully that works out of the box. Please advise. Thank you

The past 2 nice and 1 keyboard I owned all developed the wheel flick issue. I like the ergonomics of their Basilisk but reluctant giving my money to them knowing the mouse will be useless in 6 months. Have they solved this problem?

Im not sure if its Razer synapse but recently my PC randomly goes super low FPS and then as I move my cursor, theres a series of beeping as I move my mouse around. Then its back to normal. Is this a Razer Synapse issue? Has anyone encountered this?

Simple question. The razer blade 15 base model has a 65wh battery. Can this be replaced with the 80wh battery from the advanced version?I know the ssd is in the way, but if you move it to the other slot, is it possible?

Hey there! I'll buy Razer Blackshark V2 X and I got a question. Should I use the 7.1 that comes with it (aka the additional software which you enter a code and it adds another output device which has 7.1) or use Dolby Access' 7.1?

I have an external soundcard used for music production. It's a UMC204HD connected via USB. The headset is not recognised what ever I do. There are no HID compliant issues in device manager, just this USB device is not recognised no matter what port I use. Any fix? Tried the usual advice and no dice. Thank you.

As the title suggests. I can’t seem to find a good wireless pair here. I live in India and in here the pros are around $300 and hyperspeeds are around $180. After reviewing the Reddit feedback I’m really confused which one to get. Is the $120 price difference really worth it?
