After 3 years of use my mouse’s battery now only last for 5-10 hours, so I have to charge it every day instead of once per week.  What battery is used for the mouse? I want to order a replacement.  I assume it is a cheap mass produced thing that only costs a few dollars.

razer's naming scheme is confusing the hell out of me. v2, v3, x hyperspeed, pro, etc. i really like the design of the basilisk, but the few i found under $100 USD either did not have bluetooth or rechargeable. which of the models do have these 2 criterias? i might stretch my budget to $150 usd if it means there is a basilisk model that for this criteria... 

I purchased a Blade 15 a couple of years ago. When I received it, I was having problems with the wireless network adapter. In my arrogance, I felt confident I could fix the problem myself. In hindsight, I should’ve just sent it in for repair under warranty. C'est la vie.At some point, I managed to shock my motherboard into not responding at all. I’m assuming it was a problem with my static bracelet. Or I was just negligent.Just a disclaimer going forward: Razer has absolutely no province, responsibility, or etc., to honor my warranty or fix my mistakes. I knew full well that I shouldn’t have been tinkering with the laptop; I simply thought it was a simple problem that I could handle. Again, C'est la vie. I’m here to ask about how precise a motherboard replacement has to be. I’ve seen results show up on eBay and such that offer the chance to purchase a Razer Blade motherboard but the semantics never aligned or made me feel comfortable in purchasing the replacement.  How much leeway do I

so i was trying to coneect my wirless keyboard and mouse to my pc and the keyboard wont stay on so i connected it using the razer app and reconnected the keyboard to the dongal usb and it wont stay on without a cord is there a way to turn on the keyboard when not plugged in or? cause idk what to do

Hi guys, I have a Razer Blade 15 (2023) and I really don’t wanna mess up the battery. I use my laptop everyday and during that time I keep it plugged in with the battery saver mode active at 80%. Now my question for you guys is do I keep it plugged in while it’s in sleep mode or should I unplug it every time I’m not using it? I had a cheap asus gaming laptop before this and I basically kept it plugged in 24/7 for 3 years and I’m too scared to see what the battery looks like now lol. Just wanna take better care of the Razer and want some insight, thanks!

Hi, my Steelseries keyboard is about to die slowly, and i wanted to buy a razer keyboard again, since i was so satisfied with my Blackwidow v1 and had it for 5 years, without any problems. But when i look at any of the keyboards, i cannot change the layout to Nordic? But i have found some Nordic layout keyboards on Danish online stores, but i am more looking towards other than green switches. Because the clicking is too much after 10 min. So my question is.. Do Razer really not make Nordic layout keyboards anymore?.. 

Installing Razer Synapse almost defeats point of high end mouse… But because many games cannot handle high polling rate - i was forced into it. Right after installing Razer Synapse mouse turns heavy and less reactive when making small adjustments - it is hard to select unit etc. I always tried to avoid Synapse as it makes mouse movement literal shit… See nothing was done about this years too… And it is probably mouse movement logger… On every gaming forums also i hear ppl avoid it at all costs… IT IS JOKE!

I have a 2019 Razor Blade 15 Base model, 1660 ti, 32 gb’s ram(done myseld) new fans(done myself) and a new battery(done myself, bad swelling is why i did it-messed up keyboard) Recently, I have been playing r6, i play with the laptop upside down and find that at different time intervals(5 min.-45 min.) that the gpu speed in game slowly rises as well as the heat of the gpu, the game has framerate freezes and sometimes wont run decent framerate. What should I do? I am assuming its throttling from overheating. When i replaced everything probably 2 ½ months ago i cleaned out all the dust as well. Both fans work well.

I’m having issues reloading my Razer wallet with my VISA card. It keeps showing “content not found”. What could be the problem? And also I need a quick solution to it please.

Keyboard isn’t working anymore turns on but my inputs don’t register on my computer as if the keyboard doesn’t work or it isn’t on. Tried the escaped+caps+space bar then plug it in or turn it on while holding didn’t do a thing. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem

Hey there, basically title. The Headset is 3 years old, and the bluetooth stopped connecting (it doesn't seem to find the 2,4ghz usb port which you plug into the pc, have tried 2 different laptops).Plugging in the headset via jack makes it work as a headphone, but not the microphone. Once it's plugged in I also cannot 'start' the headset using the on button, and the mic that usually has a red light on isn't glowing.Any ideas? Shouldn't the mic be working via jack input? 

Just got a Baracuda X and was wondering what the best audio settings were 

Recent update on my headsets caused my trebles to be extremely high. I cannot lower it or turn it off and everytime someone talks, I hear a treble in their voice. Currently I cannot set up nice audio settings to lower the treble.Is anyone experiencing the same issues? 

I’m trying to understand how to use this controller on my PC in the wired mode because it doesn't seem to work for me. I've tried looking online for anything relating to this issue but can't seem to find anything that helps or is associated to this controller. Is there a certain software I can't seem to find that the PC requires in order to operate in the wired mode? It works fine majority of the time it's in wireless mode on the PC but I’m trying to use it so its wired and have no latency or connectivity issues say for example being the last squad mate alive in a warzone match and then it happens to drift at a very unwanted time (it happened to me).I would greatly appreciate some help!Thanks! 😅

So I've had this thing for a couple of months and randomly today the scroll wheel is stuck on solid red. Which isn't the color I had it. I've tried turning it off and on again. I've tried restarting my computer. I've tried disconnecting my 2.4 dongle and plugging it back in. I can't figure out what's going on. Model Number:RZ01-0342 

so less then a week ago I turned on my PC and my keyboard wouldn't turn on at all. I changed USB ports, plugged it into my laptop, nothing worked. I waited like 2 days with it unplugged and then plugged it into a different USB port and then it finally worked like normal, but when I plugged it back into the USB port it was in before it stopped working completely again. I ended up reinstalling windows which fixed it for about a day and it's not working again. yes other things like my mouse work in the USB slot and I do have razer synaps install. Somebody please help 

So basically i bought this controller for a long time now and i had no problems at all. Then suddenly my LB button started going crazy like it was being pressed and in the Xbox menu i could not move from left to right because it would just go back to back, so i opened the controller to check if the LB button was stuck and it wasn’t i could just click it perfectly adding up on the issues my left stick has this double movement?, i go up one and it registers as 2 same for every direction so I closed the controller and just unplugged the usb from the console, the usb from the controller and I even unplugged the headphones and the power cable the console has.I let it rest a day and when i woke up everything was perfectly fine i could use it as always, then i quit playing for the day and i left it like that without unplugging to anything and the next day what happens? The same thing LB goes crazy and left stick, I tried Updating the controller from the Razer app to remap buttons and i cant e
