Just 1 day ago i spilt a bowl of cereal on it and i dont know what to do  

I was wondering if anyone else has had their top plate on the base station v2 try to pop up a little around the sides. 

I want to purchase an item but the verification code keeps failing to be sent. What should I do?

I am currently using a Razer BlackWidow V4 75% keyboard. I am having an issue where many of my keys are double typing unless I click them super fast. I have uninstalled Razer Synapse completely and I am still having issues. I'm also plugged into a USB 3 port and my windows is up to date. This post alone was a pain to type, please help me with any solutions. Thanks

Basically what the title says but I was play overwatch and it started to disconnect and reconnect almost instantly and has been doing so for about 10 minutes. I uninstalled Synapse 3 and reinstalled it, I have checked if updates were needed, I am at a lost on how to fix this. Any solutions or should I go buy a new mouse? If so, any suggestions that arent Razed mouses!

I've already changed three razer mice in a year, and they all have the same problem, the scroll wheel stops functioning normally, either jumps over or is ignored, I don't click on the wheel at all, I use it as scrolling, in the game I have a change of weapons assigned to the scroll wheel, the maximum wheel from razer worked for me for six months How does a big-name company like Razer allow this? and it does not use a high-quality scroll wheel encoder, it seems to me that it is intended to be bought often. I will not return to razer products again until I see on the new products that you have worked on the mouse encoder so that there is protection from dust and hair and a high-quality encoder. Even on cheap Chinese mice, the wheel has been working fine for years. It's a shame, it's a shame. Considering that I like your company

Weird thing happened when i Clicked. This mouse is little over 1 year old.  Should i try send IT to repairing as i have warranty expired in 9/24?  

Well I'm in total shock. Will razer hardware and synapses support new laptop with Snapdragon cpu.   I'm not sure what to think about. Asus walked away from INTEL and AMD support.  Now running Snapdragon cpu.  So will razer hardware run on asus Snapdragon cpu and windows android version of software.    Just in shock today.  Was not expecting that at all.  Who doing testing?? 

As some of you may not know that razer gold community is really good because they does thing other community dares not id say first of all razer montly give away razer does a monthly giveaway to support all users ,they have good staff members and are working constantly to give the users the best experience if we talk about this stuff it will take a long time to complete

Hello,recently I’ve been having lots of audio problems due to latency with my gaming laptop.I’ve finally found the issue and it’s the 2.4 usb wireless connector from my new Deathadder V3 Pro. Double checked this info with LatencyMon on Win 11. I’ve tried different ports, so the problem seems to be related to this wireless piece.Has anyone found this issue too? Does anyone have any clue as why is this happening or how could this be fixed?Thank you all!

One thing ive seen and had an issue that i could kick myself about is. Upgrading ram requires re training which takes time. Black screen and keyboard lighting up is completely normal. Just let it do its thing. Its retraining the ram. It can take up to 15 minutes according to Corsair. It took mine 2 minutes. Previously I gave it 30 second. Completely forgot bout the retraining process because on the PC you have the LEDs telling you what its doing. Additionally. After waiting until it finall rebooted after upgrading from 32 to 64, I got 100s of errors. It just needs to reboot 1 or 2 times to reconfigure itself. and then a few more times before you get back to instant logins. This was with upgraing the 2024 razer 18 300hz 4090, 14900k from the default 32 to 2x Currys 32GN individual Crucial ram sticks, not pair which now work prefectly fine

Ok so this is strange and doesn’t bother me at all but when I plug my headphones into my ps5 and charge it while playing there is a faint music playing in my right ear and I’ve checked everything on my ps5 I even disconnected it from my internet and it still played only while plugged into my PlayStation again this doesn’t bother me at all and it doesn’t do it when I use the Bluetooth thing but I just thought it was strange 

Basically have been troubleshooting the issue of my chroma devices on my PC flickering and dimming off and on for the last week or so. I think I isolated the issue to it happening whenever my Aether bulbs and light bar are connected to synapse (even when synapse overide is not on) can I use a wifi extender to see if that fixes the issue, it might be because I’m not even on the same floor as my router. However it also worked fine for the previous months and the issue recently happened a few weeks back. 

Has anyone suspected that Razer has a planned obsolence policy in action for all of its Laptops. The laptops that I am referring to are those with a three pronged AC/DC power jack which is soldered to the motherboard. These jacks are doomed to failure. With months of movement of the recharger cable, the two thinner prongs break off and charging becomes impossile, converting an expensive laptop into an equally expensive door stop. It takes several months for this to occur, so the break usually happens after your warrenty has expired. Since the  repair is a replacement of the motherboard, it is quite expensive so many people will just buy a new laptop… a financial benefit for Razer. It may be that the newest laptops have an AC/DC jack that connects to a motherboard socket, but that does not help thousand sof customers that have laptops from before 2023. Anyone ever have issues where their top plate tries to pop up on the base station. 

I bought a Blackshark V2 X and for whatever reason it doesn't register when plugged into any port on my computer, with and without the splitter. I had a USB converter from my old HyperX headset which makes it work, but means my PC and Synapse see is as a HyperX and not a Blackshark. Is there a way to get Synapse to register my Blackshark while using the HyperX converter or do I need a Razer brand USB converter? 

Razer blade 15 advanced, 3080ti. When I play Diablo with external display it's like 120fps with high video preset in game But without external monitor it's running 70fps with low preset.I've tested with Optimus in/off, CPU/GPU boost mode, physx setting in NVIDIA control panel and none make much difference.Any help is appreciated please!

Hi, was looking into a proper all in one mixer for my 2 pc rig and I already have a lot of razer equipment so I figured if I somehow make it work it would be a nice extra addition. So my question is i know it says dual PC works but will it work in the way I need ? I basically need audio from my gaming PC going to stream PC and also be able to hear audio from my streaming pc on the mixer. Is this possible with this equipment? Would like to simplify my current setup.
