Guys, what software should I use and how can I do it? I've been struggling a lot with high temps on my notebook. =/ want to play some games like Destiny 2 or Quake Champions and the temperature goes up to 108o C. Is there any tutorial that I can follow?

A lot of people say that a cheap laptop stand is enough to improve the cooling so, let’s buy one. I was wondering wich ones you guys are using, because I think some I found on Amazon might block the fans on the bottom.

some of you may have noticed that i posted a thread some time ago, searching for some replacement cables for my raptor monitor. these cables are available for purchase but only in the US, as im in the UK im out of luck. i posted on here in the hopes that some kind american chap would be able to purchase an send the cables to me and i would reimburse them for the trouble. however razer support decided that the post should not be viewed by anyone and locked the thread. that took place around half way through November. razer did reply to post however but refused to do anything until i gave them all information about the monitor: model number serial number where and when it was purchased this was expected and not much of a problem as i had all the info. after many back and forth emails with razer requesting info and me providing it, i finally receive an email stating that razer have approved my replacement part request and will send me the cables, also stating that i will be hearing

I just brought a seiren mini followed the instructions and it's only giving me a white light haven't seen anyone mention it and unsure on what to doI hooked it up and plugged it in to my computer and when into the settings to set it up bet yeah nothing any help is very appreciated.

Hello, I used to have BatteryBar but for some reason it's not installing in my new laptop anymore. I also used to have a different app from Microsoft Store but that is off the Store now. I also looked at other Microsoft Store apps but none of them show the battery draw. Any recommendation on a light app that shows the current battery draw and charge rate? TIA.

Hello,I am having a problem with my Viper v3 pro.About every 5 minutes the mouse will stutter while playing a gaming like the connection is cutting in and out rapidly....it will do that for approximately 2 seconds then return to normal and will be fine for about 5 minutes then will do it again.I updated the firmware on both the hyperpolling dongle and the mouse to 1.10.05 and the problem is still present.I have ordered a replacement from Amazon but worried it may not be the mouse. I really like this mouse and want to use it.Is there anything else I can do and/check for this issue?

I just purchased  a razer kishi that stops responding after a few minutes of using it. The phone still recognizes the razer. Charging continues to work but there is no response from any of buttons/toggles.  Anyone else faced this problem? Hoping for a fix because I'd rather not send it back but if I have to, I have to.

I'm looking to buy a pair of Razer Barracuda headphones, just wondering if they will be good for both music production (I make dubstep and colour bass) as well as being shit at CS2. I'm upgrading from a pair of Razer Krakens. Are there any better alternatives to the Barracudas at the same price? 

I do motion graphics specializing in 3D. Does anyone use it for the same purpose? I’m thinking of replacing my desktop but wondering if I can replace it with a laptop. 

Hello, I spent hours making macros for a super farm on Minecraft... but it fails to work half the time. While farming not even halfway through, it randomly stops and it's annoying af since I recorded everything manually when it took nearly 30 minutes per crop that reach from world height to bedrock. The only reason I'm malding about the time spent is because I have been at work and wasted my breaks and off shifts for this. I never had this issue like 2 years ago when I use to play with a passion but now I can't even use it properly. I tried "Play while assigned key is pressed" but that only works with a section, most normal work around is "play once" but it some reason fails mid section. Ill ss examples. Can someone please tell me a fix. I wanna grind while I watch anime.

I press the power button on the laptop, it doesn’t turn on, but when I hold down the power button for seconds, the white light blinks. Video 

So I just bought my Razer Laptop last 2022 of October and not even 2 years the battery started bloating and to make matters worse because the keyboard ribbon was next to the battery it pushed it out and I think it damaged it to the point that some of my keys in my keyboard stopped working. I tried contacting Razer customer support about it but even with my serial given due to the warranty ended. I have tried other brands before but this is the first time I have experienced this. I thought with Razer being a expensive and good brand that the Razer laptops would be powerful but no. Now I'm spending it several hundred dollars just to find other ways to fix this problem. The battery is now replaced but the keyboard is still broken with 5 keys not working even with Razer Synapse uninstalled and Keyboard driver reinstalled. Never again.

i know that it is connected to my xbox because it starts my Xbox when i turn it on but it doesnt play audio and acts like its unpaired

I sent out my old keyboard for warranty work about a week ago. Wasn’t working at all. Got a completely new one in today still the same problem.

My viper v2 pro has been having non stop connection issues over the past 2 months. I have tried all methods of getting it to reconnect, including completely resetting my pc and all settings. Last night (May 1st 2024)  it completely stopped connecting after the last synapse update. All my drivers are up to date. The mouse is charged. And still my pc will not pick up the dongle, the only way i can use the mouse is via the USB-C. I looked and noticed hundreds of people are having the same issue as me as of the last synapse update. Please fix the issue. 

Hi, I am planning on getting the 16" dual UFD+FHD mini-LED laptop and installing a clean install of windows (required for work purposes).My question is, will I face issues with the dual display feature thing and what will the laptop default to before I get all the necessary drivers installed (UFH or FHD)? extra question is, what is the true native resolution and what would happen if for some reason I cannot install the software that switches between display types? Any insight into what to expect when reinstalling windows would be great. Thanks

This issue started while I play games on my laptop I get windows connect and disconnect sound repeatedlyat that time issue will over when I close the game and let my laptop cool down. I tought it was a driver issue or my dongle was overheating. After a couple weeks (and this scenario repeated several times) my mouse stopped pairing with my dongle and I try everything changing the battery, updating software, using razer's dongle software to re pair to the dongle nothing is working. Bluetooth mode still works mouse is completely fine but when I plug the dongle, it keeps disconnect and reconnecting to pc even my mouse is off. I already cleaned dongle with alcohol. What can I do and solutions

This single purchase of i made is the only item i ever bought from Razer and i am very regretful on it. This webcam is a shame, by the quality for the price and also that annoying protrusion for it to hold on to the monitor, it is THREE CANTIMETER LONG, i am not using a fucking CRT monitor in 2024, this webcam made my monitor an Iphone with the camera notch, it doesnt have even horizontal mirroring option on Synapse app, so i am seeing myself like a mirrored cartoon in Zoom, how the hell people are satisfied with this webcam
