Razer diehard fan here. Blackwidow, enki pro, basilisk, even a razer aio cooler for the memes.However I'm having horrible trouble with the Goliathus mouse mats. I've purchased two in the last 2 months both subject to the same issue. When they are placed on a static color in synapse the mouse mat is divided into two colors... strangely. (Pink/purple, green/orange) and gets noticeably dim on the bottom right half after a few hours of use... now with the second mat, even spectrum cycling shows two very different colors.Has anyone else experienced these issues? I doubt this is normal. I'm beginning to lose faith in Razer quality control.

Firstly, forgive me for my English. Anyway, since I switched from a desktop (Windows 10) to a laptop (Windows 11), I've been having problems with Razer Synapse 2.0 (I'm forced to use it because of Kraken 7.1 V2). Windows recognizes the headset as a stereo device. Any modifications in the "audio," "microphone," or "EQ" tabs do not work. The 7.1 calibration has no effect, and the "mixer" tab does not have any application. In short, Synapse is only used to change the Kraken's Chroma colors.

Hey guys,Just picked up a razor key light today, and at first the initial connection was okay, went to change the colour of the light and then the app said it couldn’t connect to the device.Following the instructions to reset to factory settings by holding the reset button down for 10 seconds when it’s on has not been working. It’s just stuck on an off green colour, and doesn’t go to the flashing blue again.Tried numerous things, unplugging, holding for 10 seconds when the rocker switch is off, etc.Any advice? Hello,Just purchased the blackshark V2 Pro... not entirely sure how to work synapse and how to get the most out of my headset.Is there anybody that has optimized these settings for FPS games, ideally specifically valorant?If I could get some tips would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance

I have a one year old Razer Orochi V2. Since last month, I have intermittently lost connction with the mouse. After turning it off for a few hours , it is working again. It is not caused by my computer as when it happened, I rebooted the computer but still not working. I thought of claiming warranty but it seems so difficult to do so. I cannot find a site to do so ti submit a request. Can someone kindly advice? Thank you.

Hi!I am looking for a cooling pad with a noticeable cooling effect like IETS GT626, but the problem is that our Blade 16 2023 models have the sucking air vents on the same side as the blowing air holes - the bottom case..Has anyone managed to fit any good cooling pad on this hot brick? I am also using PTM7950 and Gelid Ultimate Pads + Undervolting but with not great succes..

I have my razer blade 15, its always going blue screen when playing games (video dxgkrnl fatal error).I tried to reset Windows, update Windows 11 and graphics driver also, but this error keep occurs,  any suggestion?

Well hello to all the gamer fans.  Do you think anyone is getting work done.   I love see razer laptop with thunderbolt 5 options available. But I spending a lot of time wonder about USB above 3.2 or USB 4 or USB 5 support.   Why is USB not updating to newest option.     Also wondering about Thunderbolt 5 support hardware cables routers and hubs and new monitors or TV.    Is any of the talk about 50 generation video  cards real can they really  sell video  cards that are better with out updating sata speeds. It seems they keep adding more traffic lanes.  But why not  just upgrade sata 6GB/s limited instead of adding 32 lanes or 64 lanes if they possible fit.    128 lines of traffic going crazy yet.      Also why no xbox wireless controller yet.  I'm very depressing with a know beep beep problem with wired firmware not available and working on pc and console yet.   It seem like I spend my life just waiting for stuff.  I guess I should be happy we have information about thunderbolt 5 lap

Hey all,I'm new to messing with my razer and as you can see I have an old one. When I load up Razer Synapse I have to install Synapse 2.0 for my old ass mouse. I'm looking for how to activate turbo on my keys so they click several times per second when held down.When I go to mouse, customize, and side view I see where I can bind my keys to something else but cannot figure out where turbo is. Do I need a macro for it to bind to? Has anyone else had this issue? Help would he greatly appreciated.Thank you.

I’m thinking of switching the OS because of the possible discontinued support for Windows 10. Sucks that Windows 11 does support the chipset for this model. I would be using it mainly for college cybersecurity projects and occasional video watching (shows, movies). I mainly use my PC for gaming now. The performance on this Razer laptop has just been unbearable and it’s starting to show its age. I was wondering whether these performance issues might carry on if I were to switch to Linux?If anyone has already switched to linux on this system before, what Linux distro worked best for you?I’ve handled Linux before, specifically kali linux but never used it as a daily driver before

How do I fix my razer missing code 

Hello, I have two questions that I would like to ask. Firstly, I would like to know the output impedance of the mixer. I own a DT 990 Pro headphones with an impedance of 250 ohms, and I would like to know if the mixer is capable of driving them adequately. Secondly, I am interested in knowing if there is a way to control audio routing using the Elgato Stream Deck. If this is not possible, I would like to know if there are any keyboard shortcuts that can be used to manage audio routing, as I would like to map these shortcuts to the Stream Deck.

Hu guys. Just wondering if there is a place to buy a replacement wheel for my Razer Cobra. This is some kind of serious flaw, but only after 9 months of use, the rubber on a scroll of my Razer Cobra started spinning without touching the scroll wheel itself. The funny fact, I don't use this mouse for gaming, I have Viper Ultimate for gaming, and I have an old Viper for my working laptop. I don't know how the hell it started malfunctioning in such a short time.

Hello,Since some time can't tell how long (around month maybe less) (possibly with some razer firmware update or windows update related) got issue.When keyboard is connected thru hyperspeed dongle (death adder v2 pro is connected to same dongle) keyboard is jamming when pressed 3 keys or more = one of keys suddenly stop responding has to be unpressed to activate back.When I connect keyboard thru USB cable (doesn't matter USB C to C or A to C) and set to middle (turn off 2,4) it works properly with no jamming issues.Any ideas how to repair this?

I’m just wondering if I’m alone in wanting modestly-spec’d 18-inch laptop. I just want to code, I don’t want any games. I just want to split bunch of windows on my 18-inch laptop to see any many lines of code as possible, and I want my battery to last the longest. So, spec-wise I need undervolted i3 or ultra low power APU of some kind, 16GB or so of DDR5, definitely no discreet GPU, 99.5Wh battery, and 18-inch monitor and full sized keyboard in highest quality build so it won’t crap out on me and looks decent in professional settings.  All the 18-inch choices are too gamey and too expensive per device. Would RAZER be up to making something like that? Or at least offer a more sensible baseline model in Razor 18 minus the GPU? I do have budget, $4500 or so but I want to be able to equip team of 3. At current pricing it would buy only 1. Surely something could be done for $1500/device?

It has now been a month. I order the razer kitsune on march 11th and the day it was suppose to come it didn't because Fedex got the zip code wrong after I entered it correctly. After the package didn't come it was suppose to be sent back and replaced. It has now been a month and when i contact razer via email i get the same bot responses saying its still in transit to the warehouse but it hasn't moved in weeks. i am at wits end I don't know that to do and I'm tired of waiting it seems like I'm never going to get what i paid for at this point. Hello!I recently bought a Kaira Pro X in February. I am impressed with the quality of the headset but I'm encountering issues basically every time I go on my xboxIt keeps disconnecting intermittently and will take forever to reconnect, it's only ever been paired to my xbox and my xbox was bought a week before I bought the kaira.I only play an hour or two on week days and maybe 3 or 4 on weekends intermittently so it's on charge alot, I have tried to reach out to razer but can not, anyone got any ideas?Also I have no items on bluetooth around it

Hi all, I have a Razer Blade 14, model from 2015. I’m looking to upgrade my SSD, current one is 256 GBs. I am struggling to understand whether the 2015 version motherboard supports nvme SSDs or only the original SATA III. I wanted to buy a Samsung SSD, but they only come in NVME versions and I’m not sure if it would be compatible.The motherboard’s slot is M key type and the original SSD from Samsung is key B + M. So would it work if I order, let’s say Samsung 980 PRO, or should I stick with WD Blue Sata III?

Hey guys,I am RMAing my Basilisk V3 for a broken scrollwheel and I have the prepaid shipping label and the commercial invoice for intl. shipping (shipping to Germany and I live in UK) and the subtotal in the invoice says EUR10 even though it should be a free RMA. What is this? Is it normal? Razer Support just keep saying how to send it, not explaining what the EUR10 is.Cheers,
