I'm having issues lately with my macros being erratic; sometimes they work, and sometimes they don't. I can turn on a "continuous macro" and have it work correctly. Then, when I turn it off and back on again, regardless the duration between turning it off and then back on, it won't work the second time. Sometimes it won't work at all. I started noticing this after I adjusted a macro.I've checked online for sources of help, checked FAQs, updated drivers, reinstalled drivers, updated synapse, reinstalled synapse,updated PC, and made angry noises at my computer, all to no avail.Is anyone having similar issues? I'm at my wits end here.

I was wondering if Razer has its own streaming platform to use such as the likes of Streamlabs obs, twitch, streamelements etc.The products I have used already are amazing and would like to think that one day could stream on a Razer platform showcasing Razer gear

Hey guys, have any of you used a bitcoin mixer before for anonymous transactions? I've been doing some research on how to improve my privacy when using cryptocurrencies, and I'm curious about how effective these mixers are.

It just tells me repeated floating of house rules. Is there anyway to contact Razer to rectify? Or am I permanently banned on their forums page? Honestly don't even remember what it was i did that got banned.

Ich mache auf dem Laptop keine anspruchsvollen Aufgaben, lediglich simple Office-Angelegenheiten und im Internet surfen und dennoch drehen die Lüfter total hoch, sodass es störend und peinlich ist, wenn ich beispielsweise in der Bibliothek oder im Unterricht damit arbeite. In der Synapse lassen sich die Lüftergeschwindigkeiten aber nur für den Netzbetrieb einstellen. 

Hello.  I have a Razer Blade 14 (2017), what is the PCI E version on it?  I choose a new ssd and do not want to overpay for the latest version, which still will not give the desired speed

My C drive has the Razer installer files taking up a huge 12Gb of space which I can ill afford. Getting 12Gb of room back will be most useful... Can these files be: Removed Copied to an other drive

Anyone else have this issue, and know of a solution? I purchased a game on the Razer Gold store this morning. Not long after payment, I received an email that payment was received and that order was completed successfully.However hours later my order progress is still stuck on “Pending...” and I’ve received no key. Is there some method somewhere to receive my key that maybe I missed?

Hello, I bought a headset (nari Ultimate Edition) from your dealer in June, and I sent it for repair last month because of a problem with the headset, and it is still under warranty, but I was told that this headset has been discontinued , and provide two earphones for me to choose, but these two earphones are different from my original earphones in terms of price and function. Is there any better way to deal with it?

My Legion 5 died on me and I wanted to get a Razer Blade 15 Advanced Used 2019 or 2020 (with warranty and return policy), however I can only get them with the UK keyboard layout. I wanted to know how bad it would be to use one but set windows itself to US. The shift key seems rather small especially considering I use it often to sprint in games.Any advice or experience would be appreciated.

My razer ripsaw HD picks up background music and sound effects but the voices are extremely quiet and muffled. This just started happening out of nowhere and am wondering if anyone has ideas to fix it. 

How to connect my headphone on my android phone without the dongle? my phone wont see my headphone even it is on pairing mode.

Ok, first off, I just got the Razer Kishi V2 controller for my Android phone. My problem is, my phone battery will not charge while I'm playing my game. Game is Diablo Immortals. The controller is great nothing wrong with it. My phone just won't charge. It's charging before I start the game, but with game started, no juice going to phone battery.

I got the above for Christmas and have this reoccurring issue when on Discord with Friends. Speakers work perfectly fine but every so often my friends say my microphone sounds “crackly” when I talk. I normally just turn it off and on and it works, sometimes I have to turn it on and off multiple times and unplug and plug in my microphone to get it to work properly. I have cleaned the port and the jack and nothing has changed, is there a fix?

Hello everyone, I have a new Razer Blade 17 2022 and I have noticed that the RGB lights (keyboard and logo at the back) turn off after 7 seconds when the keyboard is on idle. It works well when I use the keyboard but as soon as I don’t touch it for a few seconds (and only use the touchpad for instance), the lights turn off and remain off until I use the keyboard again.There is no difference when the laptop is plugged in or running on battery. It happens only when Synapse is turned off. With Synapse being open, everything works well.  I have tried a lot of things including contacting Razer Support. After a few weeks looking into this, they told me this is laptop’s natural behaviour. That means I need to have Synapse active if I want RGB to work all the time. I can’t do this because I have another issue with mz external keyboard and mouse when running Synapse and I generally don’t want to have Synapse running all the time anyway. Do you guys know if that indeed is a natural behaviour?Any

Does Razer have anything similar to Logitech’s MX Series where there’s a wireless USB dongle in each PC (up to 3) and you can push a button on the KB/Mouse to switch between them? I have a unique desk setup due to back issue where this makes my life sooo much easier since having multiple  wired keyboards and mice would not be feasible…. but the Logitech keyboard choices for this are NOT  the greatest. I’d love to have a Razer equivalent for this.  I’ve seen some other posts about KVM switches but this doesn’t quite fit into those scenarios. Thank you,T

I intend to upgrade from my Razer Blade 17 (2021) to Razer Blade 18 soon. However, I would prefer to have a 4K + panel. I mainly use the computer for work and 4K+ has some benefits over 2560x1600. Are there any plans on providing such models any time soon? I don’t really care if its 144Hz or 240Hz.P.S. I assume it would use the same aspect (16:10) as the new 18”. Making it 4K+ (3840x2400).

Hello, is the barracuda x usbc dongle compatible with apple devices?

I own the original Blackwidow keyboard, and the key switches on my space bar have worn out. I'm wondering if Razer offers replacement switches for this keyboard. I checked their replacement parts section, but the only item available for keyboards was the wireless keyboard dongle.

They didn’t, which points me to the direction of a ribbon cable fault, but since I never move my laptop anywhere, idk how that happened. keyboard died suddenly, right after first login. Logged in, then tried to use google, nothing, now I’m using on screen keyboard.
