My Razer Nari only works on the right side ( no sound on the left side )

Userlevel 1
Hi, i just got my Razer Nari Wireless today. i realized that my left ear didnt produced any sound when i plug in my wireless usb + aux 3.5mm chord. I already check the Left and Right volume on the sound, but still not working. i also tried to use 3.5mm aux chord with my phone. still only the right side that produced sound. the left still dead quiet. Do you guys have any suggestion what i can do to fix this?

**PS* this is my first expensive gaming headset.

my Razer Nari only works on my right side. (left side dead silence)

Just spent an hour trying to fix it, and not recommending this, but I got desperate and knocked the left outerside inwards and it must have set something back in place because it started working again.

I saw this and started to knock on the inside of it and it started to work again? maybe a pin can get loose or something idk but the most stupid answer worked thanks OP
Ok but why does punching it fix it? I tried out of frustration and it did indeed work. I just want to know why.

I got this problem probably two weeks after I got them I looked around and found that you could punch the left earcup that had a problem... It worked. Two years later I probably punch them every time I use them and it works. Wierd how it works perfectly on the right side tho something very weird.

Can someone help me because I am having the same issue with my Razer Nari and I am working on apkarc so perhaps that's why it's not performing well because normally it works fine.

Bro HAHAHA thank youuuu, you were of better help than anyone, I punched the not working earcup from the outside and it started working.

this fixed it for me, thanks.
OMG above answer about punching the air cup worked! I'm not kidding.
It just got wrong suddenly and now reading at this forum found the solution.
Para los que son hispanos. Prueben con palmar las almohadillas del audifono que no funciona. haganlo suave o fuerte con los dedos y se va a arreglar!. Me acaba de solucionar a mí

Bro, I punched the earcup from the inside and the outside and I swear it just started working, I had this problem for months but razer never helped, thank you so much holy crap

literally spent 4 hours trying to see if the software on my computer was the problem and this worked in no time at all wtf
I've had a nari for quite a while now. Got a new PC, forgot to download Synapse. Just did, and coincidentally my left ear starts fucking up. Its something to do with a driver, almost 90% sure
ive been having this problems for a year. it started when i bought it 2 weeks in then it magically started working now its not working again... i love this head phones but this is annoying now
yes I also have the similar issue with my razer nari can anyone guide me about it because may be I am working onaxialapk so may be that's why it is not performing well because when I normally used it it performs really nice.

FOUND SOLUTION (from PC):

(after lots of useless advice from Razer on phone before they finally said this...)

1. Right click on Sound Icon at bottom of screen
2. Select OPEN SOUND SETTINGS
3. Click on SOUND CONTROL PANEL (right side navigation)
4. On PLAYBACK tab, RealTek Audio Speakers should be green check marked, Right Click on it
5. Select PROPERTIES
6. Select LEVELS tab
7. Click BALANCE
8. Move the left side speaker up to 100

Now test speakers, should work. Mine was auto set to under 25 for some reason, may have been when I installed the Razer surround sound.
I had this problem, i fixed it by:
going to sound settings
go to sound control panel
mess with the mono and stero (make sure it says both left to right once you hear both sides)
and done, confirm it once you got ur sound on both sides. if that doesnt help, i'd say just return it

Sometimes the left side started magically working again for 2 weeks or so. Now I found out that if the left side doesn't work I can make it work again by going into the advanced options of my headset speakers

I'm writing this for all that are going to have that problem. 2 years ago I bought this headset and the left side stopped working. So I bought another one and the same problem happened. Sometimes the left side started magically working again for 2 weeks or so. Now I found out that if the left side doesn't work I can make it work again by going into the advanced options of my headset speakers (in windows sound settings) and changing to a higher frequency. So far I can't tell if this fixes the problem for all since I just found this yesterday.
i got the same probleme, and i solve it, i pushed the left cable (on the top of the left speaker) into the left speaker (just a little bit) and the problem was solve

I have the same problem, I think it has something to do with the newest driver.

I dont think so i have the same headset for quete some time and have no issue.

@AmaranthRedflowaero400 If left side dont work on wirless or cable and you try with and without synapse on your pc the only thing you can do it's start the case and replace the unit.
right now mine is working but its the same as the old one.. a few months it was sometimes working till i only got a cracking sound on the left
i have the same problem. Only work right side when i use the wireless dongle. CAN ANYONE OF SUPPORT TEAM CAN HELP? NOW IT IS MORE THAN "A SINGLE CASE" AND IT IS CLEARLY A FIRMWARE-DRIVER PROBLEM. WHY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT A EXPENSIVE HEADPHONE?
