This week I'll change it up. I'll host a pseudo AMA here on Insider. I say pseudo because it will take place throughout the week. There will be a few rules in place and it will be controlled, because I'd rather not get yelled at because I went off the rails and I like my job!

A few things:

  • I am not a qualified spokesperson for Razer (Yes, that's a thing), so I can't give any insight nor speak in an official capacity regarding any Razer related product releases. So please don't ask me about anything new that may or may not be coming out.

  • As to not give PR (Public Relations) a headache, I will not speak negatively about our products, nor will I accept any negative communications. So questions like, "Why does XXX suck?" will not be commented on.

  • I'll give my opinions on the questions asked. I will try to answer as many as I can, when I can. So please do not expect an immediate answer. And I will do my best to make this as interesting as possible.

  • Keep your questions short and concise. Wall of text entries will be deleted.

  • No customer support related questions. Please post in the Support Forum.

Alright, let's gooooo!

Hi, I'm Dekades, Community Cowboy on Razer Insider, an actual employee of Razer. Ask me [almost] anything!
jedramos
quais são as qualificações para ser uma equipe razer além de ser um jogador?

precisa do link se quiser um time
How you join and how this job change your live 🙂
What got you the name of Community cowboy?

Always wanted to know...

Oh, and will this question get me the Jackpot? :wink_:
I don't know if this question is accurate in this thread but I'll give it a try.

My computer gets BCOD when I use my Kraken TE headset, because of driver crash and/or USB socket losing contact. I have tried all my USB sockets but the issue remains, and the drivers are up-to-date. I have heard others having this issue too.

What am I doing wrong?
Was kinda curious about this one for some time. Does Razer has any remote job openings for people not in US or Asia? I'd really love to work for them, but remotely is all i can do.
What changed in Razer at the end of 2019? I mean for years we had the same stuff with not a lot of innovation compared to 2019-2020. I mean its like the design department got a new life or something. A lot of companies are now following your lead but I remember Razer was feeling left out around 2018 to mid 2019 when another company was exclusively doing good gaming wireless mice.
Were you living in the area already or move there specifically for the job?
How long had you worked in Razer? What employment benefits be included?
What achievement did you most memorable during the period in Razer

Did they pay you well for this job:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye_:
what are the qualifications to be a razer staff besides being a gamer?
Were you a gamer already before you started to work for Razer?
