A gamer mouse that I could replace my g502 with.
I miss the amount of buttons on the razer mices like what I can use on my G502. I love the many buttons and the mouse wheel button I use constantly.
When my G502 will break down I would love to have the choice from razer to replace it later on with the same amount of buttons (but not like an mmo Naga like buttons, those are silly :P)

Please enable the synapse to be synced with audio function system. For example, Synchronizing the lightning effects of a chroma product with music. I've been seeing some editors for synapse are using a different application and synchronized it with the synapse.
In addition, people who uses synapse needed to downloaded a different application to synchronize it with the audio function.

For me, the new big thing could be fixing the Razer Blade Stealth. Let me explain.
First of all, the price. 1399$ for new model. I know it's i7, 16GB RAM and 256GB SSD, but somewhere you lost the sense of Blade Stealth. At the beggining you could pay 999$ for well spected ultrabook with future posibilities, now when you buy new model for 1399$ and add Core and graphic to it, you will end up with price above 2000$. For that price you could get a Blade 14' which is very capable (it is safe to say that it will be more powerful then Stealth + gtx 1080 due to the processor throttling, Stealth still has only two cores, and it's a "U" processor made only for ultrabooks, not for gaming laptops), and still portable, so you won't loose you mobile setup cause you always have it with yourself.
In conclusion what I would like to see is new variant of Blade Stealth 13.3' with i5, 8GB of RAM and 128 GB of SSD, screen doesn't have to be touch, it can be even full HD but I beg for glossy finish. And this laptop would be priced for around 900$ and 1000 Euro (Yes, rest of Europe is still waiting).
What do you think about that? This price point could bring Stealth real advantage over competition. 1399$ is premium price point, not like first Blade Stealth which was available for most of us ;)

long-lasting gaming controller
Since the Hyperesponsebutton technology, the Razer game controllers live longer than all others.
But that's not enough. Someday, a button/trigger/stick will be unusable and that's often the end of this device. And just in some cases, you can use another button.
It's required to switch single components. The MLG Pro Circuit Controller had shown, how it could be possible with stick/d-pad (btw: it was even if you prefer the stick-d-pad-layout from XB or PS). And if this would be extended to all buttons/triggers, that would be perfect.
And by the way, this is the ultimate modding feature. The players can easy switch the components and use what they want (design type, material, color, ...).
Currently, I wouldn't pay a 3 digit value for any game controller*, otherwise the price-performance is too bad. But if I could switch all components, I wouldn't have any problems to pay 200 € for a game controller like this, because I know, that this thing is made for the eternity (at least some years of excessive gaming). From time to time I have to buy some components, but that's normal because of natural wear and tear ... and much more cheaper than buying a new game controller (which rarely is everytime an expensive one).
* I own 2 Sabertooth (one as reserve, because it's hard to buy them today), which is - for me - the currently best of your game controllers (the Wildcat has 2 buttons less and a not so comfortable mapping/tuning feature; the Raiju has the wrong stick-d-pad-layout).
PC: get over the restrictions of XInput
The XInput interface is popular for developer, because it is easy to use, but it's restricted to the amount of components of the default layout.
Any XInput game controller with more buttons than default can only map the extra buttons to default buttons. It's not possible to use them separately.
In many games, it is possible to map, for every action, a key from keyboard and a key from the game controller. This could be used to map the button of a game controller to a key of the keyboard. Therefor, a special software/driver is needed.
It would be great if we can have a part of the former freedom (DInput).
Based on this, a game controller could get more (passive) buttons, because some games have more functions than it is possible to map them all on current game controller.

Active13245A 13" macbook air (closest apple competitor to stealth) is about the same price but it is old, half the ram, and half the dpi. You do get a little bit better battery life and macos. $1350 with i7 and 256gb disk. IMO a better compare is the macbook pro 13 without touchbar. That has a much more powerful CPU but by the time you configure the other specs to match you are sitting at $1700 and for me I don't need such a powerful cpu (which will also wreck battery life). It's also a dead ringer for the thinkpad x1 carbon. Excepting the touchscreen, if I configure that to be identical to my RBS, it comes out to $1491.75. But after the 2014 model's trackpad disaster, plus superfish etc, I'm leery of any thinkpad ever again.

mudpawsYaas! Remake the logitech trackman vista! (Ball under index finger, left click under thumb) what a great device that was. And make the ball glow RGB! Also , I have not tried it, but the marble FX looks extremely comfortable by not having to flatten out your hand as seen on this site: http://xahlee.info/kbd/logitech_trackman_vista_trackball.html

PentalobeWhy do we always compare to Apple? Apple has premium price cause they are Apple, they do not offer much and yet you have to pay. Apple is completly different ecosystem. Stealth was affordoable, when it was 899$, great ultrabook for everyone. And now as I mentioned you have to pay 1399$, and even now it's not available for the rest of the Europe. Dell xps is great affordoble ultrabook. For 950$ you have i5, 8GB of RAM and 128GB SSD and beatiful infinity edge display. I just don't understand why can't we stop comparing to Apple and make Stealth affordoable again. Focus on your target. Did Apple ever compered themselfes to any other brand and shamed it on ads? No, I don't think so. And yet after releasing Stealth we saw so many problems. Fans, chasis and overall quality. Insider was full of such topics. Anyway until that time come I think I will buy other laptope. I can't wait forever.

If I could design a wintel laptop from scratchc exactly the way I wanted this is what I would come up with. The price for this spec is a good value compared to other vendors out there selling reliable business-class ultrabooks that can take some knocks. Not plastic crap.

The 2016 stealth was $1300 for the base model. (qhd, 256gb disk) This was the cheapest configuration. I know, I purchased two.
You should buy the Dell, I think you will be very happy with it.
I compare it to apple because it is such a similar machine. Same aluminum unibody, same hinge design, same hinged trackpad mechanism, even the same number of screws holding the bottom panel on.

PentalobeIt was the cheapest config cause probably lower models were sold. I remeber that everyone were so happy, because Stealth had great value for a price. For 999$ you got qhd touch screen, i7, 8GB of RAM and 128GB SSD. Later on newer version came out with i5, and it was 899$. Quite funny you mentioned about screws, cause we know that Blade 14 is 1 to 1 copy of macbook pro 2012-2015. But that doesn't matter tbh, even if they are similar in build quality because Razer made it that way I still don't feel need comparing Apple to Razer. There was time when I laughed hard, when I saw that Min-Lian Tan shared pic of a new hub station with chroma and headphone stand, and he mentioned about copying their products by other gaming brands. First think I tghought about was Blade 14 desgin. Still, Min is talking about copying and we still sit here wirh Lancehead wirelss with cheap lasers sensor, Blackwidows with chinese kailh/greetech switches and Stealth that is not available for the rest of the Europe. Still I have hope it will change one day ;)

This is still the same but I'm still waiting for a Stealth Edition for the rest of the Goliathus line. No point in having Chroma if there are fixed color accents with some of the peripherals.
Also, since Razer has released the Chroma Hardware Development Kit, Chroma powered case fans would be great.
