Hi Razer, please take a look on issues with Kraken v3 PRO headset, it has been almost 4 months already without any update or fix. Either FW update or some recall event needs to be done.
Major issues with volume imbalance when volume control wheel is between 50-75% and infinite charging issue which is destroying batteries and is even dangerous as it can catch a fire (li-ion). Along with other SW based issues with synapse software, but those major ones needs to be fixed asap.

We don't need new products. We need razer stores, shipment and proper warranty in more countries.

We need more of these shops in every country in the world. Good idea! :D

As we're closing off the year and prepping for the new one, I'd love to hear from the community what new products you'd like to see in 2015. Let me know in the comments below!

I'd very much like to see a product line focused to the extreme on FUNCTION while giving the absolute, bare minimum to FASHION, with the intent of being able to sell the kind of quality tool we've all come to know and love from Razer, but at a lower price-tag, opening up Razer to gamers who are a bit more on the "Broke as hell" end of the financial spectrum, like me! :P

Made a thread on this topic a while ago here, but there was some confusion in what I was actually asking for because of the name I chose for it - I'm thinking about remaking it under a different title (to prevent further confusion) and refining the ideas a bit.

In short: function without frills.

I would love to see:

1) chroma blade, or a mechanical keyboard on it somehow. (Imagine the sales pitch "the company that created the thinnest true gaming laptop, and true gaming quality mechanical switches proves once again that gaming and innovation is not dead. Introducing the 2015 Razer Blade and Razer Blade Pro featuring the worlds thinnest gaming grade mechanical keyboard !"

2) an updated edge pro
I would be interested in seeing a dedicated razer gaming smartphone/tablet. Tablets are a continuing growing market and consumers are constantly looking for the newest devices.
Maybe a blade 15??
I think a Razer Smartwatch or upgrade of the Razer Nabu with more functionality would be awesome.

An inclusion like a mic, so we can use Google now and Siri, would be a great addition.
Wireless earphones, make it happen!

Chroma computer cases for h440, or new even smaller micro/mini itx chroma cases.

I'd just be happy if there was a better balance between supply and demand! Get rid of the crazy delay and inability to confirm availability dates!
I always wanted to see a mouse with vibration function as a xbox one controller

Razer Blade 14 4k? "Coming Soon"
@mltan Happy Birthday Chief!
I often dream of an Orbweaver with analog keys, with the ability to switch any of them from analog to digital. Also, an analog thumbstick! I know a lot of people use WASD on their orbs, and use the 8-way hat as other hotkeys, so maybe you could make two different models and upcharge an analog stick model since it will require additional engineering and manufacturing costs. Precision rolling and strafing in space sims, being able to actually move and walk like a human in first person shooters, or any game really...with the ergonomic glory of an Orbweaver! The future of keyboards is analog, I think Razer should be on the forefront of it! :big_grin_:
a set of wireless mouse and keyboard that can be wireless charged putting them on a large mouse pad. maybe an headset too. all these 3 perifericals can comunicate with the pc using only this dock that is connected by a cable usb.

New Razer Naga and Orbweaver...
Full sized board with optical linears and a wired detachable USB-c cable. Love the hunstman line, but hate that I can not switch from a full sized to a 60% without pulling a new cable...
