Dear all,
I’ve an issue with my razer blade pro and reached to a point where nothing else I can do.
Most of the time I switch on my laptop, I see the razer logo while booting then the monitor turns black. I can hear the sounds while it is logging in my windows, but cant see anything, I have to restart the laptop for several times in order to be able to fix the issue. Also if it is fixed, and I updated my graphics card or closed the laptop lid, it turns black again!! I’ve tried formatting my windows (full reset) , creating a restore point , uninstalling my gpu drives and reinstalling them in safemood, restarting my gpu using the ctrl windows shif b command, nothing works!! I had to use my laptop for a month or two on an external monitor and since I stopped using the external monitor the issue started. I need help please because it is so frustraring to have a very expensive laptop with a special screen but you cant use it!!

Do you have selected the dedicated GPU in the BIOS or on Synapse, and are you currently on GPU driver version 461.40? You can try to test if this happens even with an external monitor. But I highly recommend that you update to Nvidia driver version 465.89 and make sure to select Custom Installation and tick "Clean Install". Send me the serial number of the laptop if you need further assistance.
