Huntsman mini broke my windows

    I hope Razer is aware that this problem is also on the Huntsman Tournament Editon TKL and issues a fix as well. It is a joke they do not even know which products are affected to only issue a firmware fix for 1 variant.

    Yep they send me to. Flashing, reinstall windows and test :D

    Ok. Its fixed! Finally. Fresh Windows 10 20H2, all drivers and windows Updated, 5 reboots and 5 power off, 0 problems! Thank You Razer!

    Confirmed this solved the issue for me as well. My support person still hasn't sent this to me so I appreciate the group effort here. Take care all.

  10. Testing it now so far so good on the intel system that it was having trouble on before. I wish they would tell us what the issue was though.

    Just tried the firmware update, seems to fix the issue.

    Huntsman TE TKL here. Still broken after trying everything. Also have a Ryzen CPU (3700x on B450 board)

    Shows that Razer does not even have a clue on which products are affected. It is hardly imaginable coming from Razer but I think most have accepted that and moved on. Maybe that will take another 3 months.

    Well, that firmware update crashed my pc, bluescreen. Am now installing windows for the third time since i bought the huntsman mini a couple of months ago. There is no way i will connect it to my pc again. Will return and buy another kb, not interested in keeping my viper ultimate either.

    It turns out i am not installing windows, since my pc crashed again while trying to install.
     
  17. Just to clarify the keyboard was giving my intel setup issues too but I haven't run into any after updating the keyboard firmware.

    Im must say that i am amazed!! After seferal atempts of both trying to repair and reinstalling windows, and it was crashing no matter what. I just now got my pc up again after formatting my windows drive and installing from scratch. I am interested in what that firmware update are doing, i never seen something like this, and from a keyboard.

    Any news for us Tournament Edition users? I had to reboot my pc 3 times just now to get explorer to even RESPOND.

Our devs added this in their investigation. If in case your system has this hardware, please contact AMD through this thread with the online service request form.
