Kraken 2019 no 7.1 surround code

  1. I bought a Kraken 2019 and registered it and i did not receive an activation code for 7.1 surround.

    Добрый день!Купил наушники Razer Kraken PRO v2.Зарегистрировался.А код не пришел!Без программы звук ужасный.Что мне делать вернуть товар?Потому что мне такие не нужны наушники!

    The same problem! I bought razer kraken 2019 few days ago. But i cant find activation code for 7.1 surround sound in my box. I registered this product in my accont. Can you help me plz? Send me activation code plz! Whithout this program the soud is very bad!

    I received code. You must make request to support. Tell them serial number and register this good in your razer ID. And then they will give you code!
